Doug Ingle, frontman of rock band Iron Butterfly, dies aged 78

Doug Ingle, the frontman and organist of US rock band Iron Butterfly who wrote their major hit In-a-Gadda-Da-Vida, has died aged 78.

His son Doug Ingle Jr announced the news on social media, writing: “Thank you Dad for being a father, teacher and friend. Cherished loving memories I will carry the rest of my days moving forward in this journey of life.”

Got to "babysit" my niblings today. Went out for lunch and grocery together. Finally had the energy to go and have my facial treatment. Got my acne treated by diamond peel, facial, and mask application.

Then went out to get new lenses (finally!) ♡ Everything's so much clearer now. Lol. I got the frame shape I've been wanting since I bought my first glasses. It's lightweight and so confortable unlike the one I bought at EO 2 years ago. (Also, still hoping my eye grade won't increase TT) The doctor was so kind in explaining every detail. Turns out I don't need "correctional glasses" anymore. Overall experience was good unlike in EO. The doctor was so attentive to my concerns and was able to recommend the glasses I need.

Currently writing in Starbucks (Landmark) while waiting for Dom. I've been meaning to write and do my journal but I'm kinda embarrassed. (with all the content creators I see on social media. They're so great!!) Also not so confident with my writing and english anymore! Maybe I need to start reading again hmm?

Anyway, I don't like Starbucks' new summer drink: Malty Chocolate Frappuccino. It's too sweet for me. Just tried it out, thinking they're almost the same as the one I'm ordering in Starbucks reserved.
