OMG JLB just announced a clothbound deluxe edition of the Inheritance Games (In the UK) and I’m literally freaking out they are so freaking beautiful. (I’ll be ordering them off of BlackWell’s because I live in the US)

Also, JLB announced a while ago that her Fixer Series was getting new covers and a new titles (The Ruling Class & Lessons in Power). I haven’t read the series yet but I’ve heard a lot of really great reviews about it.

I think I understand why JLB likes her character archetypes so much. Basically, my theory is that she likes to put her archetypes in different backgrounds (ie. two people of the same archetype have a dead mum, while one died from illness the other one was murdered while her child saw her dead body) and see what differences that causes. Or maybe I’m giving her too much credit.

also I know that there’s already a naturals novella where the characters are all 23. which I haven’t read yet because I am in denial that the series is over, so they’re a little bit older than most of tig characters, BUT THAT DOESNT MATTERRR

Jubilee, Bishop, Rogue and Gambit go to the concert to watch Dazzler's performance. However, Sinister's Nasty Boys turn up to kidnap Dazzler for a nefarious purpose. Fortunately, the X-Men foil the kidnapping attempt on Dazzler and show is able to go on.

This story in the comic is a prelude to the X-Men 97 cartoon.
