Alright finally! I have these pages out!

I've been excited to post these pages for a long time and hope you all like them! Man! Working on a comic is hard and I spent so long trying to be satisfied with how consistent the style and rendering is but it's finally in a place where I feel it's alright.

I hope you enjoy and I have a few more rough chapters coming out. The chapters come as I have time and I will be moving within the month so I wanted to put this out there before I have no time to even pick up a pencil.

Please give me feedback, I would appreciate it.

And I also need some extra support for commissions so I would appreciate some help spreading the word around! I still have the reduced prices and am willing to negotiate prices depending on the project.

I just really liked this other version of page 6 so I'll put it down here below the bar. I had a serious debate whether or not I should use this one but decided against it since the other one showed more detail. But this one somehow makes the villain look more epic or powerful. I dunno.

Let's be honest, Adrien could totally get away with not wearing a mask as Chat Noir. He is literally so good at Clark Kenting. Everyone knows that Adrien Agreste is a Good Boy who is too Famous and Busy for superheroics, while Chat Noir is a pun-master who lives and breathes chaotic energy and probably lives in the slums based on stereotypes. Heck, it seems like most people forget Chat has a secret identity, because so much of his apparent personality revolves entirely around his role as a Superhero. Ladybug having a secret identity is obvious, she brings it up a lot, and anyone can examine her behavior and go like "Ah yes this person is using an 'I'm in charge here' voice". But Chat's just, like, always there. And always acting like Chat Noir. No way Adrien can be him. Adrien's schedule is so busy he never has time for anything. 

(It is particularly amusing that this logic also applies to Gabriel as Hawkmoth. Being overly dramatic the moment you get superpowers seems to run in the family)

I know there’s times they’ve been more romantic (kissing) or saving each other from way greater peril but idk… cn is so soft in this scene and her desperation to save him,, “are you okay chat noir?” and he just says “you used your lucky charm” AHH HCHHDHDHD I LOVE U LADYNOIR IN LADY WIFI

How I Would've Wrote Lila: Part 1

Lila Rossi is a character that had massive potential, but ultimately became a disappointing and reviled antagonist. While she's set to become the main villain for Season 6, she really hasn't earned it. I want to make a Lila that would've at the very least avoided becoming the hatesink of the fandom. A Lila that wouldn't have caused several character's reputations to plummet (there really is TOO much Alya slander). So today, I'm gonna share Part 1 of how I would've written Lila Rossi.

A True Manipulator

This Lila would be the ultimate conwoman, always carrying a sly smile and thinking of ways to sucker kids into her schemes. She's always complimenting them, feeding their egos and lowering their defenses. She won't lie about meeting Jagged Stone, rather she'll say you're the best musician in Paris. It's never about her, she'll always act bashful and fake humility when her victims praise her. Why come off as a Mary Sue, when you can act like a Plane Jane. She simultaneously is incredibly charismatic, yet can easily lure suckers in with an "aw-shucks, lil ol me?" vibe as well. One of these people she easily tricked upon first meeting? Marinette Dupain-Cheng.

And there's Part 1, finished. Next we'll be looking at how Lila becomes Alya's rival, driving a wedge between her friendship with Marinette. I would really like to hear your thoughts in the replies and reblogs. @artzychic27 @msweebyness @nerd-chocolate

so apparently there’s been some controversy around the upcoming miraculous ladybug season 6 because some people thought the animation was ai made based on clips that were shown. I’m glad thomas astruc (miraculous’ creator) rightfully addressed this by stating that this is very disrespectful to the artists working so hard on the animation which is, in fact, not ai made. And it’s… just so sad that this happens. It’s sad that we’ve already reached a point were people can’t tell the difference, not in a “people are stupid and can’t tell if it’s ai or not” way, but in a “ai is so omnipresent in our life that people see it even when it’s not there, and are losing the grasp of what is real”. I wonder how many artists will see their job diminished because “it looks like ai”.
