car in the shop still. my girlfriend is stuck two hours away sleeping on our friends couch until it's fixed, because it broke down in another city. i caught a ride back home with a friend because i was freaking out being away from home but she needs to stay to wait for car repairs. i miss her. we haven't been apart for this long in a long time. im scared.

how quickly she can come home is directly linked to how quickly we can afford repairs.

there's a bunch of trouble with the transmission and if you know anything about cars you know that means "absolute nightmare expensive shitshow". so far we're down $150 for transmission fluid and an inspection and there hasn't even been work done yet. ill update this post when we get exact quotes.

but even besides car stuff to get my girlfriend back home, we have bills coming up. phone bill hits in a week and then internet, water, electric, and finally rent at the end of the month.

and on top of this our last employed roommate has lost his job now too. we're losing everything. it's all slipping through our fingers and we are just insanely fucked.

please please please keep sharing these posts. i know how pathetic it is. i hate it. i don't want this.but please. everything depends on this. it's all we have.

sometimes i’m sooooo blown away by the fact that kevin is so smart……. like yes he is the fox with the highest grades despite being also the fox with the tightest training schedule and yes he canonically gets called an obsessive genius and yes the extra content explicitly says he is both very smart and very willing to teach people. but really i am thinking about kevin playing reporters like fiddles, jean calling kevin too good of a liar to ever let anything slip, kevin going up to andrew post-game and wordlessly helping cover up the fact andrew is off his medicine by pretending andrew’s racquet had broken (and then proceeding to discreetly crush it in his hand when the foxes gather around andrew), kevin living a lifetime of walking on the edge of riko’s knife, kevin hiding french, hiding thea, kevin spotting potential from a mile away, kevin who even riko thought was brilliant and sharp-tongued. yeah……..!

I love how Vi being driven by love constantly makes her work against her morals. It is insane the way how much she loves is not just destructive to her mind, but what she stands for.

Like of course it was horrible that Vi became an enforcer, it hurts her and it hurts the audience watch her lose her principles that way, but her sister is a wanted terrorist who just killed the mother of the girl who just worked to soften her heart. She loves Jinx so hard, but she messes with Vi’s morals. Like obviously killing people is bad, even Pilties (Caitlyn insists so), but becoming an enforcer? Come on.

Vi just wants to do good and to love and sometimes principles come second to that, sometimes love makes you questions preconceived principles. And then she’s slapped in the face with it when the battle happens and Isha’s thrown in the middle. And she’s reeling from what she’s become and who she’s supposed to be because whenever her principles shift, she’s proven wrong. She has nothing to stand on because her experience in life keeps being shoved back in her face.
