Eddie: Baby, you did not so much as crack the spine of the book as much as you shattered it like you were Bane and it was Batman

Steve: I don’t know what that means, Eddie.

Steve: I cannot handle a nerd-planation right now. I’m buying you a notebook with a mom quote on it and some stickers, okay?

way back in like. march?? I took a stab at writing some kind of kabitserye type of story but it was a mess: it kept veering off into murder mystery drama territory because I was reading a lot of murder mystery novels around then and it Wasn't Good because I hadn't tried writing mysteries, let alone murder mysteries, before lmao

I did write a handful of short mystery stories since then, so next year I might take a stab at this idea again now that I'm no longer jumping head first into a genre pool I don't know how to swim in :)

Seeing an ad on Tumblr for a "2025 Planner for people with ADHD" that is pretty much just a normal planner with quirky naughty words and phrases like "neurodiverse as fuck!" fills me with such rage.

Tell me you're a corporate entity that doesn't at all understand the disorder but wants to prey on young people who are desperate for a solution without saying it outright.

I thought to make my first Bleach post back one commemorating the third cour, but, nah, I’ve decided I wanna spend more time on that, so it’ll be after my art break instead. It seems I can’t stay active on Tumblr through a full cour… First two, I’m initially inactive. This one, I become inactive, like, halfway in… I swear, if this happens next cour… It’s my last chance 🫠

Anywho, have some Bleach sketches I did first—I’ll post digital ones sometime soon (Would like to work on them a bit more). You can tell, but I was definitely in a mood, haha.

But yeah, sneak peek at my Bleach Kingdom AU! Because ofc I’d have at least one—if I stay in a fandom long enough, one’s bound, eheh—but, in fact, Bleach started them off way back when, haha. I suppose I’ll talk more about that when I finally properly make a post about this one.

I didn’t think it’d take so long to post about it… but I have yet to finalize any of the art… They’re, like, my oldest IchiHime sketches at this point, eheh ^^;;;

Got some new notebooks for specific things, a symptoms diary and a regular daily journal, but I already caved and started using one to brainstorm my original story I'm working on and I really should use the other one for the symptoms diary but GOD I WANNA MAKE LISTS INSTEAD and it is becoming extremely difficult to resist the urge.

I did set out this year to only do stash-busting knitting projects to clear out my yarn stash, and I have in fact completed one such project!

… I also bought yarn and a pattern for a baby sweater for a friend who is expecting, despite having yarn in my stash I could have used (but it wasn’t exactly right for what I wanted for this friend), as well as buying yarn to make a hooded scarf for Grace (but she loves it!), and then yarn to make a similar hooded scarf for my mom (but I never knit her anything, she always knits beautiful stuff for the girls and me and it will be lovely to be able to gift her something I have made for a change), and I just barely ordered four skeins of yarn to knit two shawls/scarves for myself (but they’re knitting projects to accompany my writing projects and they have to match my writing projects, I can’t just do any old knitting project along with these stories, what do you take me for, and besides, two of those skeins ARE to go with yarn I already have on hand so that’s practically a stash-busting project anyway).

I, uh, might have a little bit of a problem.
