Couldn't work out how to add this to my last post but here's an example of what I meant by radioactive "wellness" products - in this case a set of stickers that claim to extend mobile battery life while protecting from 5g radiation. They're now my lowest activity sample but... I don't know about you but I wouldn't want to be holding these let alone putting them up to my face. That dust doesn't look well set within the sticker and it's clearly shedding some activity. One thing to note is my geiger counter cannot detect alpha particles, so this only gives an indication that the item contains some level of radioactivity but cannot give the full picture of level, nor what it is (sadly I do not own a gamma spectrometer).

What are the reasons and solutions for the white screen when the industrial control LCD screen is turned on?
LCD industrial control LCD screen is now one of the devices that can be seen everywhere. Industrial industries have gradually used industrial control LCD screens, and industrial control LCD screens occasionally have white screens. So, how to solve the white screen failure of industrial control LCD screen? It is a very common phenomenon that the LCD industrial control LCD screen turns on the black screen or blue screen. Black screen and blue screen are problems with the system or hardware, and the white screen failure of the display screen when it turns on is generally a failure of the LCD industrial control LCD screen itself.
Causes of LCD industrial control LCD screen failure:
The white screen failure of LCD industrial control LCD screen may be caused by three aspects: problems with the LCD panel drive circuit, problems with the LCD panel power supply circuit, poor contact of the screen line, and problems with the motherboard control circuit.
If the industrial control LCD screen can be turned on normally, it means that the backlight and high-voltage generation circuit are working properly, indicating that the LCD panel has not received the drive signal; if the screen disappears after shutting down, and then a white screen occurs, it may be a problem with the power board.
This means that no matter whether it is turned on or off, as long as the power is plugged in, the high-voltage generation circuit is in working condition and the backlight source is always lit. That is to say, the high-voltage generating circuit is no longer controlled by the switch, that is, the switching signal sent by the motherboard to the high-voltage generating circuit has lost control. Since the switching signal sent by the motherboard microprocessor is generally controlled by several transistors, the fault may be that the transistor that controls the switching signal is damaged.
LCD industrial control LCD screen fault repair:
1. Remove the shell and check whether the screen line interface is loose or not connected properly.
2. Then turn on the power switch and use a multimeter to measure whether the power supply voltage of the screen line interface is normal. If the power supply voltage is normal, check whether the timing signal and drive signal in the LCD panel drive circuit are normal; if not, then check whether the fuse resistor or fuse inductor near the output end of the screen line is open or damaged. If damaged, replace the damaged components.
3. If the fuse resistor or fuse inductor near the output end of the screen line is normal, then check whether the output voltage of the DC-DC voltage conversion circuit that powers the LCD industrial control LCD screen is normal. If the output voltage is abnormal, check the fuse resistor, PWM controller, switch tube, inductor coil, filter capacitor and other components in this power supply circuit, and then replace the damaged components.
4. If the output voltage of the DC-DC voltage conversion circuit is normal, there are damaged capacitors and other components between the output of the DC-DC voltage conversion circuit and the screen line interface. Check and replace the damaged components. 5. If the power supply voltage of the screen line interface is normal, then check whether the timing signal and drive signal in the LCD panel drive circuit are normal. If not, check the output signal, input signal and power supply voltage of the chip that generates this signal to determine whether the drive chip is damaged. If damaged, replace it.

Alright, let’s pick up the pace. Here’s our spread for this post:
Technically the second Ant-Man story (1958)
They don’t respect the hyphen here either, as you can see on the cover. They also don't respect your time with this one, so I'll be quick in covering it.
Henry discovers that ants use telepathy thru their antennae to communicate, devises a helmet to send and interpret ant telepathy, he learns his strength is unaffected by shrinking, he does judo on another ant, and he uses these newfound powers to defeat… SIGH… commie spies here to steal the scientific work of good red-blooded AMERICANS (O BEAUTIFUL FOR PATRIOT DREAM/THAT SEES BEYOND THE YEARS).
The cincher? Nothing remotely resembling the scene depicted on the cover occurs.
Technically the third Thor story (1952)
Loki gets free of his centuries-long imprisonment and wreaks havoc, largely by playing pranks (although he does push some people into the path of a subway train to distract Thor). Aside from introducing Loki, this is a pretty mid story. Some things that bring it down:
I like the silhouette art at the bottom of the page, but what is this new fucking power. He can make anti-matter particles? How? Proof? Source? Show me the passage in the Eddas?? What do you mean, “anti-matter”??? I don’t think that word means what you think it means, and this sequence is in fact too baffling for me to add any concrete text about it to the Marvel physics handbook.
Loki also uses hypnosis (again involving bright lights and visual elements), but Thor just has some inbuilt resistances to obeying specific commands because obviously. You know how gods have resistance to specific hypnotic commands.
Loki apparently loses his magic when wet.
This comic invokes one of my most hated phrases in all of fiction, the “speed of thought”. There are circumstances when it makes sense to invoke it. Describing the speed of a thrown hammer is not one of them.
And oh, of course, I forgot to point this out in the last Thor comic - the love triangle! Don Blake secretly loves Jane Foster, and Jane Foster secretly loves Don Blake, but Jane is also falling in love with Thor! AUGH! This is literally her entire personality. Jane even swoons for Loki, what even is this character. Oh. My. God!
“The Fantastic Four” (1961, issue 7)
This story is so irrelevant we can skip any attempt at a synopsis. Introduces a new alien species we will probably never hear from again, a “hostility ray” technology that can turn anyone affected angry and upset with whoever they’re interacting with, and a “shrinking gas” developed by Reed (but no antidote to it as Ant-Man has).
The one enjoyable part of this issue is the added characterization we get for the Four, altho Sue once again draws the short stick, while even Reed gets fleshed out to some degree.
