PE Basketball Video Series: Effective Point Guard Play

So what does it take to be an effective lead guard?

In order to answer this question, I've put together a video analyzing two current WNBA point guards Lindsey Whalen and Kristi Toliver.  Lindsey is a 10 year WNBA veteran who has won 2 WNBA championships as well as Olympic gold with our US National Team. 

Kristi Toliver has won a NCAA championship with the University of Maryland in 2006. Over her 6 year career Kristi is shooting over 45% from the field, 40% from 3, and almost 90% from the FT Line (88.9%). 

Both guards excel both in the full court and half court game. They understand when to score, and when to get others involved. They both limit their turnovers, and can make plays at will, with or without the ball.
