"You are not of this world, are you?" (@prostatis)
The knight would shudder for a moment, his face going a bit pale. Each time he's been discovered before he revealed himself has often led to problems. Perhaps the person who addressed him was simply trying to bait him into revealing himself? No... why would they say 'world' instead of 'land' then? Since he was caught, might as well just be honest and just try his best to see if he can talk his way out of whatever situation would happen. Turning to face the person and giving a small smile, he would have his eyes closed for a moment as he spoke, trying to appear gentle. "Ah... It's... It's been a while since I've been spotted so easily. What was it that gave me away? My clothes? My mannerisms? Or was it something else?"
Rain was hoping to gain some information before he possibly used his portals to get away from this individual. If he can mask himself to avoid others like her, that might benefit him during his time spent here.

Natural Ways to Prevent Prostate Infection (Prostatitis)
Preventing a prostate infection involves adopting a healthy lifestyle that supports prostate health, reduces inflammation, and strengthens the immune system. Here are some natural preventive measures that may help reduce the risk of developing prostatitis:
Stay Hydrated Drinking plenty of water is essential for maintaining a healthy urinary system and preventing infections. Proper hydration helps flush out toxins from the body and keeps the urinary tract clean. This reduces the likelihood of bacterial growth in the urinary system, which can lead to prostate infections.
How to use: Aim to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Avoid excessive caffeine and alcohol, as these can irritate the urinary tract and contribute to inflammation.
Practice Good Hygiene Proper personal hygiene can help reduce the risk of urinary tract infections, which can sometimes lead to prostatitis. Make sure to clean the genital area thoroughly after using the bathroom. It's also important to wipe from front to back to avoid transferring bacteria from the anus to the urethra.
How to use: Shower regularly, wear clean and breathable underwear, and avoid using harsh soaps or fragrances in the genital area that can cause irritation.
Regular Exercise Regular physical activity is crucial for overall health, including prostate health. Exercise helps improve blood circulation, reduce inflammation, and maintain a healthy weight. It can also help improve the immune system’s ability to fight off infections.
How to use: Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise (such as walking, swimming, or cycling) most days of the week. Strength training and pelvic exercises (like Kegels) can also improve prostate health by increasing blood flow to the area.
Eat a Prostate-Healthy Diet A balanced diet rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants can support prostate health and reduce the risk of inflammation or infection. Foods that are particularly beneficial for prostate health include:
Tomatoes (rich in lycopene, a powerful antioxidant)
Cruciferous vegetables (like broccoli and cauliflower)
Healthy fats (such as those found in olive oil and fatty fish)
Pumpkin seeds (high in zinc, which supports prostate function)
Avoid excessive processed foods, red meat, and sugary foods, as they can contribute to inflammation and increase the risk of prostate issues.
Maintain a Healthy Weight Being overweight or obese can increase the risk of developing prostate problems, including prostatitis. Excess fat, especially around the abdomen, can lead to chronic inflammation, which may affect the prostate.
How to use: Aim for a balanced diet and regular exercise to maintain a healthy weight. If you're overweight, even modest weight loss can reduce inflammation and improve prostate health.
Manage Stress Chronic stress can negatively affect the immune system and contribute to inflammation throughout the body, including the prostate. Reducing stress is essential for overall health and may help prevent prostate infections.
How to use: Practice stress-relieving techniques such as meditation, deep breathing exercises, yoga, or mindfulness. Regular physical activity is also a great way to reduce stress.
Avoid Prolonged Sitting Prolonged sitting, especially for long hours, can put pressure on the prostate and the surrounding area, potentially leading to inflammation and discomfort. Sitting for extended periods can also decrease blood circulation to the prostate.
How to use: Take regular breaks to stand, stretch, and walk around every 30 minutes if you have a sedentary job or lifestyle. This improves circulation and reduces pressure on the prostate.

Prostalite Reviews : Does It Actually Help with Prostate Health and Relieve BPH Symptoms?

Are you struggling with prostate issues? You’re not alone—millions of men across the U.S. face similar challenges. Prostate problems, such as an enlarged or inflamed prostate, can cause serious health issues, impacting your quality of life. Normally, the prostate stops growing around age 25, but hormonal changes as we age often lead to an increase in PSA levels, causing prostate cells to grow. This growth can put pressure on the urethra, leading to uncomfortable and embarrassing symptoms like incontinence, where you may experience urine leakage after peeing or throughout the day.
Incontinence can make you feel self-conscious and affect your daily life. Many men even avoid relationships due to the embarrassment of constantly feeling wet or smelling of urine. The enlargement of the prostate can also lead to a condition called Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH), which not only causes incontinence but can make sitting uncomfortable due to the added pressure in the pelvic area. Some men resort to using foam seat cushions to get through the workday, while others face an increased risk of urinary tract infections (UTIs) or even prostatitis, a serious swelling of the prostate.

prostatitis
Urine is produced in the kidneys, stored in the bladder through the ureters, and later expelled from the body through the urethra. The tube leading from the bladder to the urethra passes through a glandular structure called the prostate gland. This prostate gland begins to grow during puberty under the influence of male hormones and continues to grow. As a result, as the prostate enlarges, it begins to compress the urethra, leading to a condition known as benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). When the prostate enlarges, the urethra can be compressed, causing the urine stream to thin and making it difficult to completely empty the bladder. As a result, you may not feel refreshed even after urinating.
Occurrence and Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia
The rate at which the prostate grows varies from person to person. Some individuals may begin experiencing symptoms of BPH as early as age 35, with approximately 60% experiencing BPH by their 60s and around 90% by their 80s. This is considered a part of aging, and it is a phenomenon that men are more likely to experience as they live longer. Benign prostatic hyperplasia does not simply end with frequent urination and a lack of refreshing urination. Instead, complications such as bladder inflammation or bladder stones can occur if urine is not completely expelled and remains in the bladder. Furthermore, if BPH worsens and blocks the urethra, urine may overflow from the bladder, reflux into the kidneys through the ureters, and cause kidney problems. Fortunately, benign prostatic hyperplasia can be effectively managed with early medication therapy. Visiting a hospital when the urine stream becomes thin and refreshing urination is less effective is a wise choice for future health. The sooner action is taken, the more effective the treatment can be.
Occurrence and Treatment of Acute Prostatitis
After age 50, if benign prostatic hyperplasia occurs, men are more likely to develop prostatitis in their 20s and 30s. Prostatitis is a very common condition, with more than half of men experiencing it at least once. Prostatitis can be divided into two types: acute and chronic. Acute prostatitis typically occurs around the age of 20 and is characterized by symptoms such as fever and pain when urinating. This can occur when bacteria infect...
