Con un alcalde socialista y 1100 habitantes (octubre 2024) la Alberca es uno de los más populares pueblos turísticos de Salamanca.

Mi tío Paulino tomó la decisión de incluirlo en la publicación de una exposición como muestra esta entrada del blog de grabados de Segovia y publicaciones, siempre accesible desde el blog principal paulinolorenzotardon.blogspot.com

Pero también existe otro óleo sobre la Alberca (el de la publicación es Ref. 474 mientras que el otro es REf. 372). Ambos aparecen en esta entrada.

TAmbién 2 acuarelas, una reciclada ref. 708-A (casa de la moneda) y otra no reciclada de óleo REf. 691 (presa en el eresma); ambas ubicadas en una misma zona de SEGOVIA. La primera de ellas (ref . 708 - A ) se publicó en la guía de la exposición que es un folleto en papel de peor calidad que aparece en todas las salas de exposiciones.

Sin embargo la publicación (o catálogo) es en papel satinado (de mayor calidad) y si eres alguien relacionado con el mundo del arte hasta te lo envían por correo a casa con la invitación a la inauguración de la exposición.

En esa publicación apareció el óleo ref . 474 objeto de la entrada.

También en esta entrada se aprecian las diferencias entre las acuarelas recicladas y no recicladas. Algo extremadamente sútil pero no para quién escribe (Rubén Lorenzo, sobrino de Paulino y gestor actuald de su galería online). Llevo toda la vida rodeado de pinturas : mi tío Francisco y mi padre Rafa también han pintado (especialmente el primero una personalidad de este mundo en la segunda mitad del Siglo XX y profesor de la escuela de Bellas Artes de Segovia).

Every so often I see advertisements for „Paperless Paper Towels“ and like I can theoretically see where they are coming from, but also like paper towels are for stuff that‘s kind of gross, so you can just throw them away? Idk stuff like putting in the bottom of the compost bin so the compost comes out easier or cleaning up cat vomit or getting rid of the bits of food stuck in the sieve in the sink after cleaning the dishes because I‘m not american and don‘t have a in built trash shredder in my sink

Also a lot of thise reusable paper towels are fucking plastic. For fucks sake, no, a giant heap of plastic is not more sustainable than the like three rolls of paper towels I use a year. Because I am a reasonable person and have cotton towels to do non-gross stuff

Does anyone else remember an add about edible bubbles with water inside that were supposed to overturn the plastic bottles?

They were big like a fist and you could just eat the bubble or you could throw it in nature and it would decompose in two days.
