Please stop taking Kasper + Lampert QNAS from before the L&K update as fact!

I see a lot of people talking about things from Kasper and Lampert's character that were 'confirmed' before the L&K update/June 21st.

Assume this information has been retconned.

For Lampert's case, his character was not in the hands of the Regretevator developers since he was a submission for the NPC contest held in 2023.

On December 8th (?) 2024, the original creator of Lampert has given the ownership of him to the Regretevator developers; all information on Lampert from before that date was at least majorly decided by someone unaffiliated with the devs.

To add to this: in the L&K update his personality was altered greatly. Lampert is not the same character that he was before the L&K update; take all information that was stated before June 21st with a huge grain of salt.

In Kasper's case, his character was flat out not fully decided before the L&K shorts/update.

Take the Lampert's journal floppy as example, Kasper is shown to be doing things he would never do or say; this floppy was even completely retconned at the end of L&K 2, as well as the floppy playing out nothing like what we saw in the two shorts. (i thought this would've been pretty obvious but like whatever man)
