While being Dark Quartz, the diamonds come and see the fusion and knowing that Rose Quartz! Reader is Pink Diamond.

They demand they unfuse this instant, but Dark Quartz refuses, and as punishment, White Diamond has no choice but to corrupt Rose Quartz! Reader, which causes both Darkiplier and Rose Quartz! Reader to both be corrupted.

Steven and Eric see this, and Pearl has no choice but to bubble both of them so they won't cause any harm.

Now all Steven and Eric do is be in Rose Quartz! Reader's garden and cry their eyes out, knowing they lost their parents.

Garnet is the one to comfort both of them and, when doing so, unfuses because they know it will only remind them of their parents.

Pearl is dealing with the grief of losing Rose Quartz! Reader ( like in the show ) and is with steven because she doesn't want him to meet the same fate.

Amethyst is the one to take their mind off it by going to Funland to cheer them up and make them smile.

If it's platonic, she's still keeping you in her room and acts more motherly around you while always being concerned for your well being.

Rose is always so eager to learn, it's like a craving to her, she needs you to teach her, she needs to hear you explain everything about Earth and humans.

Dark was pissed! Miguel decided to fuse with you but you didn’t even realize it, Dark was pissed off at Miguel not you oh no never you. “PEARL! You ran inside the temple after kicking out your manager and speeding back to Beach City. Something about that tall-pink haired lady made you feel drawn to her, but you never knew why. When you got there, you saw what you guessed was the door to her room, but it was closed.

"Uhh, it's me again... I just wanted to see you one last time, Or at least get your name!"

You pulled out your guitar and started singing. When singing your song, you saw her step out from her room, wearing the shirt you gave her.

"Oh, it's you!, looks like the shirt fits-"

"Look, your really adorable for a human and I like that... But you shouldn't throw away everything you've wanted for me"

You chuckled "Well thats gonna be hard because, you're what I want!"

You still remember that day and telling the story multiple times to Steven. Some days you really miss her and wonder what life would be like if she were still here.

That night, after saying goodbye to Steven and making sure he was with the crystal gems you took a warp pad (and knowing at least a little bit of gem history) that took you to Rose's tear fountain. You stood there, and went up to one of the statues.

Your breath was shaky as you reached to caress the statues face.

Tonight we were out shopping for a last minute ‘quirky’ gift and I stumbled into the “wellness” section of this particular shop where you could buy things like roll on perfume bottles that upon further inspection had shards of ‘healing crystals’ suspended in essential oil based perfumes being sold as a ‘chakra rebalancing’ oil.

There was also what appeared to be an eye mask made out of rose quartz blocks threaded together (it did not look comfortable) and a handwritten note presumably from the staff about what it was supposed to help with. Everything from puffy eyes to migraines to mental wellness.

I couldn’t see a price tag but the sales person who caught me looking at it informed me cheerfully it was one of their best selling wellness items.

So, curious, I looked it up just now after we got home and reader, it’s $75.

*dragging hands down face* oooh I could make so much money if I didn’t have any morals.
