I have two questions/requests!

1) Who do you think the worst (X-Men) would be? Who has the worst yandere tendencies and hovers?

2) Thinking about the Batfamily and how they’re one of the few families in DC who can fight really REALLY well without the use of a power. How would X-Men react to a daughter who was raised in the Batfamily and somehow got tossed into their universe? She can fight REALLY well (like Cassandra Cain level) but has NO mutations whatsoever. I feel like Magneto might be a little iffy around her because of her lack of mutation. They would all worry so much lol. Fighting well without a mutation is the equivalent of bringing a knife to a gunfight in their world

I can answer the first one, just not the second, because i don't do DC!

The worst platonic yandere X-Men is hard to pick, but in terms of overprotectiveness, harsh methods, deranged vibes, ability to keep and hunt Reader, and how far they'd go... I can narrow it down to a top five, I think-

Number 5: Jean and Scott. They go together, hand in hand, and both are leaders of the teen X-Men, Jean has the Phoenix Force, telekinetic abilities, mind reading and manipulation, is popular and friendly, and one wouldn't suspect her until it really is too late to go back. Scott can shoot lasers from his eyes, he's a good leader, he's welcoming and a little stern, but can be persuaded to have fun, and is like an older, protective brother, one you can't escape from and who you feel guilty leaving. They have the X-Men to back them up, they have Xavier as a father figure, they have Logan who is like their second proud dad, amd Storm and Hank as well who adore them, not to mention the other X-Teens who back them up and will help them as friends and as teammates. So, yeah, you migh be able to escape, but just barely, and probably have to turn to the dark side to do so...

Number Four: Professor Xavier. He can read minds, control them, use Cerebro to track you whenever you use your powers, and has an entire team and family of mutants who are good fighters, tacticians, and aren't afraid to back down and won't quit until they've got you with them. If he's platonic yandere, well, good luck, so are all of the X-Men, and possibly even Magneto (because if Charles likes someone, Erik will want to as well)! He's inviting, he's soothing, he calming, and he can help you; but he will also keep secrets from you, manipulate you if he thinks you aren't going to stay, and push you to rely on him and the others and see them as family. You will grow emotionally attached, amd it will hurt if you figure out what's happening and what they've tried to hide. But if you run, your only bet is either Magneto and his group, or going where no one can reach you...

Number Three: Wolverine. This guy is nigh unkillable, he has long, metal-coated claws, has heightened hearing, smell, amd sight, can withstand extreme cold, and is super protective, obsessive, and willing to die for you and kill for you. He will make you join his team, he will not let you around people he deems bad influences or dangerous, and he will not stand for you acting or being insubordanate. He won't hurt you, and if he does, it is the last, last resort. He prefers having Xavier and the teens help him, and pushes you and his other wards to be friends, to he family. And if he's interested, well, so is Sabretooth. So if you ran, you won't get far, with either Logan or the teens catching you, or Sabretooth finding you instead. You're very, very scr*wed unless you have a power that helps you in this situation...

Number Two: Sabretooth. He's like Wolverine, but worse. Doubly protective, doubly obsessive, has sharp claws, has fangs, can withstand what Wolverine can, is also near unkillable, and has a temper, too. Don't p*ss him off. There are rules, you better follow them, and you won't be drugged or possibly wounded so you remember why you're still there, and who is the one in charge. If you're hurt or almost killed, he becomes so much gentler, and is treating you almost like glass. If he likes you, Logan is definitely getting involved, and where Logan gets involved, so will Storm and the X-Teens. You will not escape unless it's with the X-Men, and if you go with them, good chance is Victor's watching you all...

Number One: Magneto. He's lost everything, multiple times. His family, his home, his friend, more than once. He's grown to be paranoid, obsessive, cunning, dangerous, and a powerful enemy of the X-Men... He can control metal and the magnetic field. Anything can be a weapon for him. He has a loyal son, a team of Acolytes, Mystique, and the Brotherhood teens, all of whom won't fight back against him and who who what he says. The moment he says you're joining, you're not getting out of it unless by some miracle Xavier hides you with him. But if that isn't the case, you're now stuck where Magneto puts you. If he likes you, that means Pietro and Wanda are trying to see what he finds so fascinating, and that leads them to liking you, albeit begrudingly at first. Then Mystique wonders why he's adding you to their group, spies on you, and is now getting the rest of the Brotherhood to keep an eye on you as well. Someone is always watching you. You feel stressed, unable to sleep, unable to eat. But if you run, if you can't make it to the X-Men, you won't be seen again until you're deemed loyal or unable to leave them... Unless you have Xavier's help, you are not escaping...

You will, NEVER get that by simply doing what they want.

Goat walked towards them, making Lambert take a few steps back.

You don't get to act like you didn't do what ANYONE asked of you just to feel like you accomplished something worth mentioning! You can continue to obey Shamura and beg them to keep you afterwards but be aware that they'll put you back where they found you! The goat launched at them, their hands around the other's throat. Goat didn't like those words, at all. The lamb choked, scratching the hands on their throat. Goat was angry, shaking as they watched the other struggle.

G: You think you can just backstab everyone who trusts you and don't face the consequences of it!? Like how you thought I'd forgive you, after you left me in that prison!? They caught you and I did everything to help you! And I waited, waited and waited for MONTHS! IS THAT YOUR FREEDOM!? You... Selfish... Ignorant... BASTARD!

Their heartbeat filled their ears, anger consuming the goat. The blood dripping from their nose hit Lambert's wool, joining the other's own stains.

Lambert stopped his struggle, instead looking up to their... friend. Maybe one of the worst things they've done. The only thing they regretted so far.

The goat hugged them. So they hugged back. It was quiet for a moment... The the goat backed away.

G: If I knew you were this much of a loser... But hey. Neither of us are made in heaven. We're both shitty. And I rather be shitty with you.

G: I'm still angry and fuck you, you know.

They smiled at Lambert, then sighed.

I.

As far back as I can remember, I always wanted to be a writer.

That's not true, actually. As far back as I can remember, I wanted to be President of the United States. Then my parents told me that as someone born in Canada to Canadian citizens, I couldn't.

And becoming Prime Minister of Canada, a country with about a tenth of the population of the United States, never seemed a particularly compelling value proposition.

II.

The Prime Minister of Canada is not a Constitutional office, at least as a matter of Constitutional text.

In the United States, "[t]he Executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States," art. II, § 1, cl. 1. It defines the chief officers of Congress, the Speaker of the House and President of the Senate. Id. art. I, § 2, cl. 5; id. § 3, cl. 4.

In Canada, "[t]he Executive Government and Authority" is "vested in the Queen." Constitution Act, 1867, 30 Vict. c. 3, § 9. The Queen is likewise vested with "Command-in-Chief of the Land and Naval Militia, and of all Naval and Military Forces." § 15.

The Queen exercises her "Executive Government and Authority" through her appointees, the Governors General of Canada, § 10, the Lieutenant-Governors of the Provinces, § 58, and such other officers as she or her delegates may appoint. § 14.

The Constitution doesn't recognize not a Prime Minister. The Constitution knows no such officer.

III.

It's not even clear where the Commons gets its power.

The Constitution does establish "One Parliament for Canada," Constitution Act, 1867, 30 Vict. c. 3, § 17, pairing an appointive Senate and an elective House of Commons.

As a matter of Constitutional structure, the Commons does have a power over money bills. "Bills for appropriating any Part of the Public Revenue, or for imposing any Tax or Impost, shall originate in the House of Commons." § 53.

By implication, the Dominion executive only has authority to spend at the direction of the Commons, the only elective part of the Dominion. Re Eurig Estate, [1998] 2 SCR 565, 582. It's the part of our Constitution that says "No taxation without representation." Id. at 581.

But that's not enough to make a Prime Minister.

The House of Commons had it under the Tudors and Stuarts, at least notionally, 3 Car. 1 c. 1, 5 Stat. Realm 23, without the Commons ever taking control of the executive. In the United States, the House of Representatives has always had this power, U.S. Const. art. I, § 7, cl. 1, and it can't exercise executive powers.

Set that aside. Take Parliamentary supremacy for granted. The Executive takes direction from the Commons. Stipulated.

Where does the Prime Minister come in?

The Prime Minister only comes in by implication.

The Constitution does create "a Council to aid and advice in the Government," appointed by, and removable by, the Governor General. 30 Vict. c. 3, § 11. And the Constitution does direct, at § 12, that the Governor General exercise executive powers only:

with the Advice or with the Advice and Consent of or in conjunction with the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, or any Members thereof, or by the Governor General individually, as the Case requires

That's it. That's the part that means the Prime Minister and the Ministers direct the executive power of the Crown. But it seems like a slender reed to rest a government on.

Especially when the exercise of powers by the Governor General is unreviewable. Reference re Proclamation of Section 16 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1968–69, [1970] SCR 777; Black v Canada (Prime Minister), 2001 CanLII 8537 (ON CA).

I didn't want to be the Prime Minister of Canada.

If I couldn't be President, I wanted to be an actor. It seemed like the next best thing. Because the President doesn't just have power. He has attention.

And as far back as I can remember, I wanted attention.

So I have been going over the stands of the series in my head, trying to see if any of them show even a little of the same amount of sentience that sex pistols have, at first I thought of the Requiem stands, but in Silver chariot requiem acts less like a sentient being more like a machine on autopilot that can't be stopped.

We have more hope with GER, since it canonically can and will withhold information about itself from Giorno (like the infinite death loop)

Hell even Giorno looks at GER like "What the hell did you do???"

But sadly we don't have enough screentime for GER to measure its level of sentience but that's still something and with SCR we know that sentience in stands doesn't come with requiem, ger is just weird /aff

So at this point I was at a loss, the closest I could find to a sentient stands doesn't even reach sex pistols level of sentience WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH STAND HUH MISTA???

I mean it being able to still live on after the DEATH of its user (and not be stuck in autopilot mood unlike notorious B.I.G) and then independently following DIO?? (that's so fucking funny to me though, I desperately need to know how the hell did DIO find a sword, found out it's actually a stand possessed sword and let it join his club odjjfjkdfj)

But yeah! Anubis shares the same level of sentience as the sex pistols! I mean we don't know if it likes eating but they can eat if they're possessing a human

That's still pretty huge! So I started to try and link anything between sex pistols and Anubis to see if there're any patterns to what make a stand sentient (besides the mental/soul state of the user)

Now that was pretty hard, but I think they both share attachments to material things in the world

For Anubis, it's literally possessing an actual sword that can help it possess others, the sword is an actual real life sword that can be seen by regular humans, the actual stand is bound to it. Perhaps, and this is just a theory, before the death of its user Anubis could possess any sword and that was simply its power with having its user the one it is bound to, but after the user's death Anubis was now bound to just one sword while being able to live on

Now the pistols don't actually possess anything nor anyone (hell they don't really need guns nor bullets since they can use anything small enough to make into projectiles they can control) but it is the easiest for them to use (both for Mista and sex pistols) so I could see them grow an attachment to the revolver

Ofc not anything as extreme as Anubis

That's why I firmly believe that the sex pistols could be an independent stand and that they would still be alive even if Mista dies (which is pretty fuckin sad oh god)

(that also explains how the hell five was able to stop Prosciutto's shots to Mista's head in the grateful dead arc even though I'm pretty sure Mista was barely conscious)

the only other stands that i think come close to sex pistols in terms of sentience, even if not independence, might be spice girls (can talk and converse w trish even if she cant guide her/make independent decisions) and echoes (particularly act 3 but again, he's not independent like the sex pistols are) but honestly ur absolutely absolutely absolutely spot on with the anubis comparison for the independence AND sentience aspect. like holy shit. the thought of them living on as a revolver's bullets after mista dies... oh that's so sad but there's a lot of potential there me thinks if anyone wanted to make a jojo oc or fan part

Idol Land PriPara episode 7

Idol Land PriPara episode 7 was released today for monthly pass holders! It will be available for the general population on 11/1.

The PriPara Police are back!

With Ajimi too, riding a wave of hashtags? I wonder if this is why we've gotten a few Ajimi coords in Prism Stone lately. (Well, I guess her birthday's coming up too.)

Anyway, ever since Mario broke into PriPara the bugs have been out of control.

Dorothy sells Meganii some special spray for 5000 idollars that ends up being glasses spray, not bug spray!! HAHAH!

Disappointing monetization, pointless hashtags, and countless bugs. You have to hand it to them for being self-aware.

Anyway, Amari is still feeling guilty for all this and after being confronted by the others she finally tells them everything. Upon hearing her story, Meganii supplements that when Amari entered PriPara, a high load was put on the system and the brand Fullmetal Rabbit mysteriously appeared.

LAALA'S REACTION HAHAHAHHAAA. This scene pans across all the characters looking concerned and Laala just :D

Anyway, despite everyone not being all that phased, Amari is still humiliated by her "dark past" and comes up with an excuse to run away as fast as possible.

She goes back to her room, where she throws everything she has related to Mario and her "dark past" into a trash bag. As she does this, Mario realizes he's disappearing faster than ever.

Amari is interrupted by her school's Gloria clone before he can disappear completely though, and Mario is more determined than ever to make sure no one ever forgets him.

Still, Amari vows never to visit PriPara again... until she realizes she forgot her wasabi mayo and sneaks back in only to be caught in a trap by Pepper.

No worries though, Pepper won't eat Amari since "weak creatures have lean meat".

But this is how Amari runs into Non Sugar and ends up at their hideout. Despite Non assuring Amari that she has no reason to run from SoLaMi Dressing, Amari just can't get over the embarrassment and is sure everyone is laughing at her (especially Dorothy). Amari's constant crying reminding Non of Laala the day before summer vacation ends, she takes pity on Amari so Non and Non Sugar dry her tears and comfort her.

But Non Sugar has other things to do! They are working on a new Making Drama for their special performance tonight!

However, things quickly derail when Pepper's friends from the Sapana visit, causing a conflict with Chili, and Ajimi blows through on top of that.

Amari tries to get Non to escape with her, but Non refuses to back down. Eventually, she manages to blast away Ajimi and calm her teammates, reminding them that they decided that they are the only ones who can awaken Yui and save PriPara!

But they never finished their Making Drama. But here is where Amari shakily steps in to tell them that they already have, and how she was moved by their determination not to run away or something like that. So, Non Sugar decides to run with it!

These coords! These are the ones that they got from winning the Prism Stone poll, right!?

And Spicy Hotcake!!!!

But okay. Since Sugarless Friend was on the Switch, I'm thinking it will probably be the next song added to the game. (As a paid song I'm sure, but still, 300 yen is worth it for some non sweet Non Sugar I think.)

So, did Non Sugar have the power needed to free Yui? Maybe they actually did. We'll never know because Mario's Cyalume Tornado interferes.

After the live, Amari sees Non writing her meticulous notes and is reminded of her own notebook. The others confront Amari and convince her that everyone has their own dark past she has nothing to worry about. Amari "chakiros" with Non Sugar, officially becoming friends, before heading home.

After landing in the trash pile she threw her stuff into, Amari decides to save her notebook after all.

Upon opening it up and looking at the ripped page, she suddenly remembers she gave Mario a weak point.

9:29 PM - Apartment at Chinatown - 1 minute until the plan

The first apartment was really small. In the only bedroom was a camera in front of an empty chair. When Mad Hatter made our hostage, Tim Drake, come to me, I would make a live transmission asking for the ransom. I knew I wouldn’t get it, but that would leave the police (and now the Batman as well) busy with something else. I also placed my laptop on the kitchen table to track the rest of the stuff.

“It’s time.”

“Ready, Scarecrow?”

“Ready.”

“Turning the masks on in 3… 2… 1.”

I couldn’t see, but I can say what must’ve happened at that moment: everyone at the party stopped moving at the same time, dropping cups, plates or whatever they were holding. Then they heard Mad Hatter’s voice.

“What a beautiful party, such a joyous day! Oh, but you’ve already had enough time to play… Now without any fuss and without any delay, head over to the Central Bank right away!”

I told one of my henchmen to take the van to the Central Bank and wait for the loot.

Step two was bringing the hostage. Only Tim Drake heard what was said next:

“Except for you, little heir, you have somewhere else to go. Head to Chinatow first and there find the Scarecrow.”

And he began walking through the streets. In a couple of minutes I would go meet him and carry on with the plan.

To free Cameron Van Cleer of any possibility of blame or suspicion without controlling him, Jervis would use a random guest to ‘knock him out’. We apologized to Drury a hundred times for that. But now, thanks to an unexpected event, we needed to get Bruce Wayne out of the picture as well. The solution that Mad Hatter found was to knock him out with another guest. In this case, the guest was Jason Todd.

This time, just the two chosen ones heard the voice:

“Oh, you are strong, you’re staying then. Use your powers and knockout the rich men!”

Cameron went down immediately. But Bruce Wayne… It was a hell of a fight. Of course, there wasn’t anyone to watch, so he didn’t have to hide his true strength and abilities.

After 10 minutes, I was preparing to go down to the street when I heard the Mad Hatter’s angry voice:

“No!”

“What is it?”

“He broke the mask! Wayne freed Jason Todd!”

My heart raced. I went out of breath while bats flooded my mind.

“Scarecrow?”

I tried to breathe, but it was hard. I ripped off my mask.

“Jonathan! Talk to me! Breathe! It’s… It’s gonna be fine!”

“You’re a bad liar, Jervis!”

I spoke through my teeth.

“And what do you want to do? You wanna turn back? Now?!”

I looked at my mask on the table. I wasn’t going to quit now. My mind cleared, the bats turned to ash. I took a deep breath.

“No. Let’s keep going.”

I put the mask back on and left the apartment. The elevator didn’t work, so I had to take the stairs. In a couple of minutes I got to the ground floor, where Tim Drake was standing.

“Let’s go, kid.”

I grabbed him by the arm and guided him back up, taking him to the bedroom. I tied the boy to the chair with ease and then, using my laptop, connected the transmission to all of Gotham’s screens (thanks to Edward).

“Hatter, I’m turning on the camera.”

“Wonderful. I’mma put him to sleep. The guests just arrived at the bank.”

Everything was going fine. Ah, I wish.

The transmission started.

“Good evening, Gotham. My threat tonight is not directed to you, simple citizens, living your nightly lives. So don’t make me change my mind. I address myself to the Prince of Gotham, Mr. Bruce Wayne. It seems you have lost something quite valuable, Mr. Wayne. I made sure to keep it for you.”

I took off Drake’s mask, revealing his face to the camera. He was unconscious.

“I will be pleased to return the boy if you pay me what I ask. You’ll receive a call soon with all the information you need. I expect the money before midnight, or Gotham will hear him scream.”

As soon as the transmission ended, the time started counting. I would have approximately 10 minutes until the police or the Batman got the location and came to the building. I packed my things to leave after I made the call. Don’t ask me how, but Nygma got Wayne Manor’s number. I couldn’t use my cellphone, since they would surely try to track the call and I definitely didn’t want Oracle hacking it. So I used the apartment’s old phone. As I expected, the butler picked up.

“Good evening. Mr. Wayne isn’t home at the moment. Can I ask him to return the call?”

“Good evening, Mr. Pennyworth.”

“Oh, Dr. Crane? We definitely weren’t expecting any calls from you before the 31st.”

“I decided to advance the festivities. You weren’t watching the news, were you?”

“No, I’m afraid not.”

“Interesting choice of words, Mr. Pennyworth. Well, I’ll get straight to the point. Mr. Wayne has until midnight to send me $500,000,000 if he wants me to give back Timothy Drake-Wayne. So I hope he returns the call soon.”

I hung up. I went to check on the boy and he was waking up.

“Oh, you woke up just in time.”

He tried to hide it, but I noticed he got scared when he saw me.

“What do you want now?”

“Don’t worry, what I want is already getting arranged.”

“How did I get here?”

“That’s for later. Now, unfortunately, I have to leave you. If you’re still here by midnight I’ll come back to see you. But I can guarantee you won’t want that.”

I left the building and got back in the van.

“I’m heading to the second location. Keep me updated, Hatter.”

Silly au idea for x men (loosely based on Evo)

What if the government, in a bid for a healthier population added something to milk but it was kinda done quietly. Like how they add floride to city water some places to help with dental health. But this addictive has the side effects of like doubling a mutants power or giving them a further mutation. And forth people who's mutation has not come out it forces it out.

So like Remy and Henri are in guild mission and suddenly they both are draling with new powers. Remy thought he had stuff under control and now he doesn't. Jean Luc freaks out and then finds out all about mutants and the stuff going down in New York . He then decides those two factoruons suck and he's making his own for his kids to be able to interact with other mutants. So now it's the x men kids, the brotherhood, and the guild.

YES!!!! I love it, Hermes! Jean Luc decides d*mn it, scr*w it, his sons are getting the best team he can manage, that isn't full of nutjobs and irresponsible adults! He will make a safe team, one that can also team important life skills outside of powers, and offer a home to those less fortunate but who don't want to start a war with the government or other mutants or some space aliens or Apocalypse thing!

Giorno, it difficult to control GER now that he’s so powerful, or is he still as loyal and obedient as he was before? I know that Polnareff struggled to control SCR but I always assumed it was because of the soul swap shenanigans.

Giorno says that Gold Experience Requiem listens to him most of the time, unless it thinks it knows better. For example, the other day GER didn't listen to Giorno's orders and dragged him inside, as it was cold out and Giorno wasn't wearing the appropriate clothes.
