As the day draws to a close, the sun gradually sink beneath the horizon creating hues of gold and crimson. You settle on the swing, your feet bring you back and forth as the metal creaks and dip at the slight force. You had a pack of ice on your cheek, a futile attempt to soothe the swollen bump before he came. Without notice, the swing beside you creaks causes you to tilt your head. The prominent yellow colored jacket makes your eyes lit and brighten up.

Togame has two bottles of ramune in his hands. He pops both marbles inside the bottle with frizz spewing out and give you one "What's with all that ice? He chuckles, taking a quick sip of his drink. You shake your head, his chuckle mixing in with your faint laughter "My teacher slapped me because I hurt my classmate." His brows quirk in a surprised manner "...Yeah," You look down, fiddling with the marble inside your carbonated drink.

You look up to stare at him because he said nothing but his face, you can tell by his expression, he's pleading you to begin again. A wry laugh escaped past your lips "He was talking shit about me, calling me ugly. I was so pissed off... I think I broke his nose." That earns you a laugh from Togame. You look at him, offended that he find times to laugh when you're being serious and swollen. His laughter trails off and he stare at you "You should've gauge his eyes out, that can make sure he's really blind." You scoff, laughing at his reckless and playful demeanor "I'm serious, you dork. Why are you being so violent?" You huff, drinking half of your ramune in frustration.

Suddenly, he gets up and push his hands inside his trouser jeans "Let's go." He walks off and you look at him, baffled "Where are you going, idiot? I was just getting comfortable." Sighing, you pick your stuff and run after him.

The two of you walk alongside each other, finding spots to take a breather "You..." His raspy voice caught you in trance and you look up, one brow furrowed upwards "Huh?" He shake his head, picking his glass up from the bridge of his nose to adjusted it "You are actually really pretty, Y/n." You grin, nodding your head at him as a confirmation to his tender words. Togame hold, no, grasp your hand firmly and put them in the pocket of his jacket.

You look at him from the side, and because of his round glass, you couldn't make out his green irises. The Shishitoren second-in-command look down at you, tightening his hold on you. However, when he look down, your reflection flashes into your eyes, ables you to look at your face, your pretty face.

The next day, you woke up and get ready for school. You look at yourself in the mirror, feeling all giddy and confident about today. You pack your stuff inside your bag and hurry out to school. You didn't check your phone when it buzzes but it's a text, from Togame and it says; "Have a nice day at school."

When you arrives, you notice a particular seat is empty. It was that guy's. You look at one of your classmates, asking them for his whereabouts since it's unusual for him to be absent but they mindless shrug you off, saying they had no idea. Unbeknownst to you though...

"What can I do? It's your fault for picking up on my girlfriend, anyway~" A swift blow erupt from the narrow alleyway and this time, Togame knows, the guy's nose is broke, for real.

o/ hello I'm also on the psychonauts braintrain rn - a thought hit me while i was working on something else and that thought was "someone should get Raz (or maybe several of the Aquatos) a service dog." (Let's be real, even if the kid didn't arrive at Whispering Rock with trauma he's surely got it after everything else that's happened to him)

Maybe it's some kind of water dog, like a retriever? So if he accidentally into the water while he's working on something else the dog's there to help him get to shore again.

Or! Or or or it's some kinda big fluffy friend, like a newfoundland or a great pyranese, and either is or will be (imagine he gets it as a puppy) bigger than Raz himself!

imagine he talks to the pupper and talks out everything that happened to him over the course of the games, from his perspective.

I'm still early in my playthrough of Psychonauts 2 (I know what happens, no worries there) but the wiki says Raz himself has Zoolepathy - imagine him talking things through with his service dog and the dog talking back and helping him figure things out.

AAAAAAAAAA I LOVE THIS Please drop everything into my inbox always!!! I will love you forever its like giving a food motivated zoo animal more treats i'm going crazy. throw those fish into my enclosure. This is a great idea! They could have a full service dog or an emotional support companion, both can be taught to perform helpful tasks! Since service dogs need certification and special training the breed can be pretty important to determine what services they can provide.

I adore New Foundlands! They're so, so sweet and are bred water dogs, so they're great for swimming! Bernese Mountain Dogs and Great Danes are other large breeds that also make good service dogs, and mixed breeds are lovely too!

A water dog would be so good for this family, especially if it can rescue drowning people. Imagine tala or queepie holding onto its fur when learning to swim 💞.

They could teach the dog tricks, of course they'd perform at the circus. A herding dog would also be fun. Guiding everyone back to camp, or finding Nona when she wanders off. Larger dogs can perform deep pressure therapy for people with anxiety and PTSD too!

This sweet pet would be so loved. Maybe the family meets them as a puppy at a shelter, and Augustus is remembering the orphanage he was briefly in. Need to stop him from adopting all the dogs there.

Gus needs a quiet moment to sort through his thoughts (have a panic attack) and the dog finds him and lays their head in his lap so he can pet their fur. Tala is scared of a thunderstorm, and the dog ends up curled beside her, soft grumbly snores soothing her to sleep. They fetch psi-cards for Raz, and Frazie and Dion are always competing over their affection with treats.

"Happy Birthday Kaede!" Chihiro threw his hands up in the air and confetti fell all around the three of them. Naoki shakes his head... he was going to have to clean this up after wasn't he? "Here.. Your gifts." He holds out a pretty pink gift bag with both presents from both of them.

Inside, there was a cute pot set that both Chihiro and Noaki got. Ceramic pots that were pink and had little cute heart and flower designs on them. Very on brand for Kaede's cutsey aesthetic. Then Chihiro got her some custom hairclips-- Food themed, of course; everything from a fried egg to little dessert pastries. Chihiro liked how her style was adorably gimmicky, sort of like her nigiri bag she carried around. A food hairclip for every meal of the day! Finally... a hoodie from Naoki, the exact same one he always wore whenever he was out in the human world-- he had asked Silky to knit one for her.. Considering she always stole the one he wore all the time, the parts that were blue and green were replaced with her favourite colours... pink and purple!

Chihiro and Naoki celebrating her day with her was already making Kaede loving today, but then Naoki holds out a gift bag containing gifts from both of them!

"Ohhh!! Aww, for me? Oh you guys are the best~! I just know I'm gonna love what's inside!!" Going to her table, she places the bag down so that she can begin taking the gifts out one by one. The pot set makes her beam!! "Oh my gosh!! Ohh these are soo cuuuute!!!! I love the little flowers and hearts on them~! Oh the moment I cook again, I'm so using these!" Since there was no way she was going to be doing any cooking on her own day! Though she will definitely be thinking of the different kinds of recipes she can make in those pots later tonight!

Then she sees the food themed hairclips and her smile widens all the more! "Waaah these are soo adorable!! Hehe you know me and my love for hairclips and food themes~!" Another perfect gift for her!! Immediately, she's taking the cherry blossom hairclips she normally wears out of her hair and is putting in a hairclip for each different kind of meal of the day! "What do you think?" She giggles, before looking at herself in her mirror. She loves how they look!! "I'm gonna wear a different pair each day, hehe! Thank you so much, Chi-kun~!"

She then opens up the hoodie, gasping. It looks just like Naoki's hoodie that she steals the most, except in her colors...! "Nao-kun!! You made me a matching hoodie?!" The fabric and texture felt so soft and warm.... definitely Silky's doing, she's sure! She'll absolutely thank her too when she can.. "Ehehe, oh I looove it!! Thank you!!" Of course, she's got to put it on right away! The moment she does, she hums at how snug it feels on her.. just like Naoki's hoodie.... "So warm~ Well, I guess I'll stop stealing your hoodie.... for now!" She winks, of course joking. After all, she's going to want to wear this one for a while!

She looks at herself in the mirror again.. wearing the hairclips Chihiro gifted her...and the hoodie Naoki gifted her... her heart flutters happily in her chest. What did she do to deserve such wonderful boyfriends, she wonders to herself...? "E-Ehehe..." With a soft blush on her cheeks, she walks over to them. "Chihiro... Naoki....you guys are the absolute best, you know that? Just spending today with me already makes my day...but then you two spoil me with the best gifts ever! Hwaaah I'm the happiest girl in the whole wide world right now!!"

And of course, that only means one thing: both her boys are getting hit with her special goddess attack! Linking her arms around Chihiro, she links her arms around his neck and attacks his face and lips with multiple kisses, before hugging Naoki and doing the same thing to his face and lips! Then, she's wrapping an arm around each of their waist so that she can hug them both at the same time! Practically burying her face in their chests with the biggest smile on her face. She's so happy she can hardly contain it...

Then she looks up at them, smile brighter than ever.. "I love you both so, sooo~! Much!! Thank you so much again for such wonderful presents! I will cherish and treasure all my gifts forever and ever, I promise!!!"

Lookit, lookit!!" *kaito then walks over and tilts his head towards the blue badger and gudetama combo cake, a cake topper for each of the figures placed at one end while the rest of the rectangular cake is in a checkerboard pattern, each 'side' having its own flavor!*

"We thought it would be best to have one big cake instead of two smaller cakes not only because it would look nicer, but because you two are inseparable! You two mean the world to each other and what better way of showing that then having both of your little mascots teaming up to wish you both a happy birthday~!!"

As Bobby and Phanty follow Kaito to the kitchen, their smiles widen in excitement as they hear him explain! "Oho~? My, how exciting! I just know we'll love what you guys made for us!"

"Yes.. we know it's gonna be great!" Nods Phanty in agreement! Phan will indeed be waiting in the room by Duchy, perking up when they all arrive as she waves!!

As they step closer and walk around the table to get a full view of the cake, they gasp in sheer awe.... "My goodness...! Look at this wonderful cake, Phanty!! Ahaha, the mix of Gudetama and Blue Badger, I love it!! The design is so adorable and the colors mix so well!! You two did an amazing job!!"

"Yeah!! They combined both our favorite mascots for one big cake! Heh heh, and the checkerboard pattern looks so awesome...and the different sides having their own flavor is so neat, too! Yeah, I'm loving this cake, too!! We can tell you guys worked mega hard on it.. I wanna just bite a biiig chunk out right now, heheh!!"

And as they hear Kaito talk, their expressions grow warm ...and the moment they're fully done examining the cake, both the boys will grab Phan and Kaito, and pull them both into one big group hug!! Duchy included, of course~! "Ohh Kaito, my boy.... Phan...and Duchy, too!! Hehe... Thank you guys.... so much...Phanty and I love the cake, so much. This was an absolutely wonderful surprise you guys made for us. And you're right, son... Phanty and I, will never be apart. Yes he's a chaotic lil brat, hehehe, but I wouldn't want anyone else in the world for a twin brother. He'll always mean the would to me; So our mascots celebrating together to wish us a happy birthday, is perfect!! Thank you, thank you!! I love you guys!!"

"Heeey!" He snickers at that 'chaotic lil brat' part, but otherwise completely agrees with everything he said, giving them all a tight squeeze as he adds: "But yeah, that's right. You worded it perfectly, Kaito....I feel the same way. Nothing in this world could tear us apart, so this cake really was an awesome concept to convey that. And now, we'll be able to enjoy it together with you guys! Bro and I will also, always be with you guys, too....this big family of ours, we're all inseparable!! Right, Phan?! I love you all so bleghing much, too, heheh! Thanks so much!"

"Yes, that's right, that's right~! You two will always have each other and always be by each other's side! Like we all will with you both!! And as a family, overall! We love you both so much, too!! You balance the smoothie cups on the tray and move forward, but Miguel blocks your way.

"I really don't see the resemblance, Miggy, you're just being a bully."

"Y'know," he pulls you closer, absentmindedly kissing your neck as he feels you squirm in his hold. "I don't get how you let the physical violence slide but I compare some white guy to Shane Dawson and you call me a bully."

Your face heats up a little, and you turn away, mumbling shyly. "C-cause you look really badass when you throw them around like that... "

"Mmm?" he teases, nuzzling his nose in your neck. "I do?"

He feels you freeze up and chuckles, his hands trailing down to your thighs.
