♥︎ he tugs at the brim of your underwear as his eyes meet yours, dimly lit. his breath is heavy & hitching with every heave of his chest.

♥︎ “i—.. i can handle this. only if you’d let me.” he mutters shyly, swallowing sharply.

♥︎ you can assume what happens after. this isn’t a common occurrence so don’t expect to be hunching everytime your end of the sentence stirs up, he isn’t a newblood (^_^)

♥︎ do vampires still experience periods? i mean im assuming not & so did you until your vampire lover awakes you, mortified

♥︎ i think he was under the same impression you were..

♥︎ “l—lovely? are you ok? are you hurt?” he isn’t stupid, he obviously can make the guess it’s your period but how are you on your period

♥︎ after a quick chat with a vampire special gynecologist, you learn that your uterine lining can still shed. unfortunately you still can experience your period but thankfully it’s more lighter than it would be as a vampire than a human.

♥︎ after that panic, vincent helps you clean up. he never had to experience something like this so.. his reaction was rather similar to sams. he felt a tad excited about the whole thing

♥︎ until you expressed the discomfort you were in & the desperate want to rest after everything so he made quick work of cleaning everything for you of course.

♥︎ as you showered, vincent did thorough research for what aids period cramps. shortly after, he prepared a heating pad, chocolate, pain killers & water

♥︎ being a vampire, the blood smell stabbed him right in the nose. it was obnoxiously strong & impossible to sleep off so he awoke.

♥︎ “holy hells.”

♥︎ he gulps & sits up, looking around awkwardly. does.. does he wake you up? he doesn’t know. he lies back down. that doesn’t feel right, he sits back up

♥︎ porter within his time hasn’t had the displeasure of dealing with a period & if he had, it’s been years.

♥︎ you still being asleep, he uses your phone to google what to do as vincent did. soon after, he awakes you gently. his voice soft and gentle as he did.

♥︎ “treasure. there’s a bit of a bloody mess below us.. now, before you overr-“ POW. right in his nose goes your head as you sit up horrified.

♥︎ spewing out apologies, you feel your heart race intensely. porter instantly shushes you & caresses your cheek, a sincere look in his eyes.

♥︎ he gently reassures you that it is ok and he does not mind & if anything it’s just a learning experience for him to soothe your worries. despite his discomfort of the smell of the blood killing his nostrils, he wanted to ensure your own comfort beforehand.

Videos of them doing cute things together with a soft piano background: cooking, cuddling, watching a movie, etc. Basically like a soft movie montage of their dates. Goes viral because of how beautiful their love is (and also how beautiful they are in general hehe)

SH would film Milo cooking sometimes, and he’d mimic those thirst trap cooking videos, earning a belly laugh from SH. You can literally see the love in Milo’s eyes as he watches them breathless from laughing. Small moments like these.

Sam:

Only has one post which is a short candid of Darlin’ where they were watching the sunset and the last golden rays shined on them just right. It blew up and went viral (Darlin’ is stunning, so no surprises there)

He posted it by accident while trying to figure out how the app works. He only downloaded it to follow the other mates.

He don’t know how to delete it and he can’t be bothered to anymore.

Ever since Sam admitted to hearing the others getting it on with their mates, you can’t convince me they haven’t accidentally butt-dialed each other before. Especially Sam and Darlin—those two are always too busy feeling each other up to notice they’ve accidentally called someone. They genuinely give Milo & Sweetheart a run for their money.

And god forbid it’s Asher who gets butt-dialed. The man won’t hang up right away—oh no. He’ll just sit there, listening in, every now and then he'll comment on what he's hearing, waiting to see how long it takes for someone to realize what they’ve done. And if he finally hangs up without being noticed? He’s not letting it go. He’ll immediately blow up their phone with the most unhinged, out-of-pocket texts until someone responds.

Pack Smash Tournament 2!

This is how I imaged them sitting + headcanons below!

Headcanons (Text on image) + details:

- David is on the far right with a drink perched on his armrest. Next to him is Angel, but they’re sitting on the floor with a the plate/bowl of brownies on the couch where they could’ve sat. Occasionally they’d rest against David’s leg or attempt to tickle him while he was playing.

-> Angel threw popcorn at Darlin’ throughout the whole night just because why not. (After the tournament, Darlin ran after Angel and picked them up off the ground as payback, Sweetheart videoed it)

-> In a fit of ‘sore-loser passion’ Angel threatened to put bleach in Babe’s conditioner when Babe got them out of the 1v1v1 with Lovely.

- Lovely sat behind Vincent the whole time, their legs straddling him, and sometimes they’d rest against him and just put all their weight on him if they were tired. They also played with his hair and kissed him on his neck or cheek from time to time too.

-> Using their vamp speed they stole a good handful of brownies from Angel’s collective. When accused, they blamed Vincent, and he was so shocked.

- Darlin’ had their legs over Sam’s thighs the whole time to a) stop him from getting up, and b) so Sam could grab them, and stop them from getting up. But mostly just because it was comfortable.

-> Darlin nudged Lovely with their foot a couple times in friendly affection to get their attention.

-> Darlin was scheming the whole night about stealing Milo’s hat from Asher to expose the new haircut, but whenever they showed the slightest inclination to get up, Sam would hold their legs down and smile at them (he somehow knew their plans).

- Sweetheart and Milo were sorta just all over each other on the beanbag. I don’t think they lasted more than fifteen minutes without changing positions.

-> Milo had to move to the right side of the beanbag because Asher kept on trying to kick him.

-> Sweetheart cloaked at one point because they were so focused on the game. Angel has a photo of the floating controller.

- Babe whispered compliments to Asher throughout the night about small things, mostly about the haircut, but also just little things they noticed - lots of “good job” and “well done” comments with a slight tone that got Ash buffering at moments.

-> Somehow at the end of the tournament Ash ended up in their lap.

-> Babe accidentally kicked Sweetheart during their 1v1. Sweetheart threw a pillow in retaliation.

Milo greer takes his mother to lunch once a week

Milo greer has a collection of candid photos of everyone close to him. His favorites are the ones of Darlin' and David, Sam and Sweetheart, Sweetheart, and Marie. Not many people know about the pictures, but sometimes he'll be seen looking at his phone with a soft smile and warm eyes (I got the idea for this one from @penumbra-mayhem )

Milo Greer, who makes a lot of food when people are around, because he knows what it's like when you need to ration food "nobodies going hungry on his watch"

Milo Greer that was so relieved when he found out Darlin' had come home, only to feel dreads cold hands wrap around his throat again, bearing the name Quinn Fox

Milo Greer (practically the entire pack does it at this point) telling his people to drive safe because he knows how unpredictable life can be

Milo Greer who still mourns the relationship he had with his father when he was young. He grieves for the man his father used to be since he knows that he will never be able to let himself give trust to that man again

Milo Greer spending at least one day a month deep cleaning the whole house so he can decompress and slow down (and then inevitably get distracted by Sweetheart)

Milo Greer having long conversations with Darlin' about their wolves and the connection they have to magic. He'll be there for then as long as they'll let him

Marie being caught off guard by how much he really does look like Colm, and her heart hurting that she makes the association since he's forever more than the man he used to call father. Milo knowing that she does, and giving her a small smile in an effort to see hers. Milo promising her that she doesnt have to worry about what happened before happening again. He learned from his fathers mistakes, and he will never be like that with his family ( @dahlia-tourism-board inspired this one with the 'you look like your father' story)

Milo 'lo' Greer playing with the pack kids and that being one of the only times he's not upset about being disheveled. The pack kids loving his wolf because they're still in awe of the fact that their family can turn into animals. Milo proud of the fact that he's someone that the kids feel comfortable enough around to laugh, play, and sleep around

Milo 'mahlow' Greer hanging out with Sam while they wait for their mates to finish sparring. Sam asking Milo how to cook some of his favorite recipes so that he can make them for Darlin

Milo 'big man' Greer arguing with Baaabe over something stupid like the number of jelly beans in a bag or the proper way to fold towels. Baaabe only started calling him that after they confirmed it was ok. The first time it happened was an accident while they were playing smash and their eyes got so wide afterwards that it made Milo laugh. It doesn't bother him

Shaw Pack Headcanons!

~ Wolves! ~

• David likes playing puzzle games on his phone. Candy Crush and QBlock: Wood Block Puzzle Game go double platinum.

• Milo thinks the brand Supreme is tacky.

• Asher still struggles when trying to read an analog clock. He can, it just…takes a while.

~ Mates! ~

• Angel forces David to make them Instant Ramen when they’re sick. The nostalgia they get from the taste makes them feel better and hearing David’s grumbling about it always makes them laugh.

• Sweetheart chews on the inside of their cheek when they’re anxious; a bad habit they’ve had since they started working for the department.

• Baabe got really into entomology for a short period of time and now they just randomly bring up bug facts, unprompted.

Vincent feels a stab in the heart every time he sees Lovely’s scars - from their turning, from their death, etc. He’ll never say it out loud, but to this day he curses at his own incompetence in not being able to save them. Lovely had told him that it’s not his fault, that there’s nothing to forgive. But that doesn’t stop his head from spinning.

Sunshine has nightmares of a certain basement. They don’t know why, and they can’t recall ever seeing such a place before. But the feeling of being trapped is so real, they wake up in a cold sweat with shaking hands every time. Only for those dreams, Elliot is locked out of the dreamscape in their head, and neither of them know exactly why. He’ll always wake up with them and hold them in his arms tight, whispering words of comfort while stroking their hair in a gentle rhythm.

When Darlin’ isn’t looking, Sam looks at them with conflicted longing - he knows they don’t have forever. He knows he doesn’t have forever. And the impermanence of the time they have left plagues his thoughts. He’s made a point to collect things that remind him of Darlin’, so that they may live on even when their bodies pass.

In a similar vein, Gavin holds Freelancer’s hand a little tighter now. Once in a while he’s reminded of his infinite lifespan, and their limited one. He makes sure to kiss them a little longer, hold them a little tighter, whisper words of love a little more often. He knows their time is destined to end. He doesn’t want any regrets. His heart is theirs forever.

Porter hesitates when he holds Treasure. He looks down at them in his arms, and then at his own hands holding them - those tainted, bloodied hands. He feels unworthy of them, and is struggling to come to terms with his heart’s desires to love, and his brain’s reminders of his past.

Milo still feels the searing pain of when he fried his core. It’s a phantom pain now, but it remains as a constant reminder of the worst day of his life. Sweetheart has had a panic attack or two when they spiralled into thoughts of Milo in pain, and then not being able to do anything about it. They know they can heal, but the experience of hopelessly watching Milo suffer weighed them down, even if they deny it to him so as to not make him worry.

Angel’s insomnia got worse after the inversion. They’ve been spiralling too, thinking about what could have happened if David didn’t make his way back to them. They keep bringing themselves back to when they were outside the arena, unable to do anything but wait and pray and hope. They hated being useless, and a part of them still feels like a burden for not being able to help when magic is involved. It gets worse when David comes home late, and more often than not he finds them on the couch in the dark, dried tears on their cheeks as they slept wrapped in a blanket.
