I recommend this video for any of you struggling to fall asleep or relax. I experience this psychological response called ASMR and videos like this are created to trigger it, but they're also really helpful for panic attacks, moments of depression and insomnia 😊 it's worth a try and there are loads of content creators who cater to different things, with role plays, sound assortments and personal attention videos! 💗

Uh, she sounds nice.

One thing I I just need to have to like the work of an ASMRtist (and of course that is only my very peronal opinion) is, that they have to talk veeery slowly. I think that sometimes people think just whispering does the trick, but then if you talk really fast, it just doesn't really do any thing for me anymore (again, just my personal preference :)). Springbok ASMR here in my opinion handles that beautifully, which makes her videos, especially this binaural clip, one heavenly, relaxing, tingle- and sleep-inducing experience.
