"Hey, Scar," Mumbo replied, his gaze flickering towards the direction Grian had flown off to before returning to Scar.

"I heard Grian scream?" Scar followed Mumbo's gaze, prompting a nod from Mumbo in confirmation. "One of the rabbits startled him, and he bolted," Mumbo explained, his voice betraying a hint of worry.

"Grian?" Mumbo's voice broke the silence, drawing Grian's gaze towards him. Tears shimmered in Grian's blue eyes, reflecting an unusual hue in the dim light, almost resembling purple. Taking a seat beside the torch, Mumbo's worry deepened.

"Are you alright?" Mumbo's concern resonated in his voice, genuine and heartfelt. But Grian remained silent, his intense stare piercing through Mumbo, conveying emotions that words couldn't express. There was an unsettling feeling in the air, though he couldn't quite pinpoint its source. In this pristine woodland, the air should have been pure.
