Here a trickyquestion: can someone with a headache or stong flu get hypnotized?

Do you mean in real life, or in fiction? In fiction, the sky's the limit - it will depend on how the hypnosis works and what limitations are placed on the hypnosis in each individual universe. I've seen stories of hypnosis not working on someone with a cold (very often scent based hypnosis) due to a stuffy nose, or someone with an infection temporarily not being able to hear out of their ears be unaffected by sound-based hypnosis. I've also seen stories where the medicine a character was taking for their illness was the reason they weren't falling under. Just depends on how best it can contribute to the plot and make it more interesting.

In real life, I imagine it would also depend on each person. Some people find it harder to let themselves fall into trance if they're in pain or discomfort, while others use hypnosis as a way to relieve it (for the former I imagine practice could help, but it depends on individual preference). Having a headache or a sickness alone wouldn't solely affect one's ability to go under - because people are so varied, it would rely on a variety of different factors for each person.

I'm no expert though - this is just based on my personal experiences and people I've talked to.
