I have six full plates of PCR2 to do and I don't wanna. It's the world's worst game of battleship.
#e.g. an amplicon in well F7 from a PCR1 plate will now go into well A4 in the PCR2 plate and it just requires a lot of my concentration#and it's gonna be fine but I'm avoiding it and i am 🤏this🤏 close to being done with sequencing and all data collection for my phd#so i need to just stfu and do it#fall 2023#lab work
