#viktor#they know what it is but it's just a good thing to be able to just talk about something that PIONEERED piltovers development-#-into what it eventually became. it's still so genuinely fascinating to me.#and with the hexcore... well now there's proof however minimal of the fact that hextech does work on organic matter. it was innately-#-connected to me thanks to my illness; my blood got into its works and whilst it caused. a lot of harm. it was connected to my body as a-#-result. the hexcore was part of what brought me back and that likely led to the discovery of natural runes and other things that could-#-have furthered our research beyond simply the technology we had already created. we could have done so much with hextech if we had more-#-time resources and funds. i didn't want it to go into weaponry but there's evidence that it could have given piltover a powerful military.#like i said: utterly fascinating.#hextech
