Hello it's me again :))

I was just going through the mvs at 0.25x to try and spot a chandelier. Its become a fun game😁

Here's my findings: I spotted two in The Black Cat Nero during the opening scene. Idk if it means anything because it's technically not their song? You tell me😋

And I found one in bouncy, at 3:17 where Hongjoong shoots a bullet which kills a Droid(i think that's what they're called? Or, guardians? I'm sorry i dont know😭) at 3:21

But one interesting thing I found in Bouncy is that the chandeliers are not directly above/behind/around Ateez. They're more like decoration at the side. Which may mean that this is nothing but the bullet goes through that, and ultimately kills one of the bad guys, the masked men. I might be reading too much into it but I find it noteworthy.

Regarding The Black Cat Nero, I ran the opening shot through reverse image search and discovered the location they shot at actually just has these lamps installed, so I don't think it means much~

Fun fact though: I found this image in a Twitter post from the director of "Human from Today" which is a show set to air in 2026 and stars Kim Hyeyoon in the leading role - the same actress who plays the lead in "Extraordinary You" and "Lovely Runner" - both of which are excellent, so now I have a new show to look forward to, so thank you for that! ♥

Regarding Bouncy, the chandeliers were also already installed in the location as can be seen in The Next Prince Episode 3 which was shot there as well:

But I think that's precisely why they didn't linger on the chandeliers in Bouncy. Regardless though, the poshness still fits since this place is actually a school called "Prestige Academy" located in Z-World.

All children who are determined to be "talented" in Strictland (which is what the locals call Z-World) are eligible to partake in the Prestige Academy entrance exam. The children's results will then determine which class they will be joining - there are five different ones ranging from city management to government worker.

The chandeliers here are thus status symbols and prove that the place is actually receiving government funding.

In the MV, the bullet flies through here to show us that Z-World's Ateez and A-World's Ateez are both active at the same time throughout the city, with the ones outside this place being Z-World's Ateez and the ones here in white being A-World's Ateez!

This is also confirmed in the Diary Entries that came with this album~

And regarding the masked guy: that's an Android Guardian, yes - they're like humanoid drones which were being used by Z to hunt down the Black Pirates and guard the prisoners on Guardian Island.

They also had the capability to suck the life out of people by turning their happy memories into a smoke they can inhale and get high on.

Neko Buster - CR 11 Humanoid

An android with a big gun from the hit game Nekopunk 20W0.

Logically, this should probably be statted out as a Starfinder enemy instead, but instead of doing that, I, uh, didn't. I made this and then I teleported my players into a cyberspace plane that was inspired by Tron, and where every single creature and many objects had glowing cybernetic cat ears and a tail. Because that's a reasonable thing to do in a Pathfinder campaign. And I called it Nekopunk 20W0.

This is an android, but rather than using class levels, it's statted out as a unique creature. Some of the abilities were inspired by Mega Man, and more specifically by this Starfinder adaptation of Mega Man by Luis Loza at Monstrous Physique. You're free to remove the catgirl aspect and just make this a more normal-looking android, but I'll be disappointed.

Neko Buster - CR 11

The artifical humanoid is wearing a glossy skin-tight body suit that glows with circuit-like patterns. One of its arms is a large cannon.

EQUIPMENT ABILITIES

Buster Armor A neko buster's technological armor is treated as light armor which grants it +8 AC and has no maximum Dexterity bonus and no armor check penalty. Additionally, it grants the neko buster a +2 deflection bonus to AC, a +1 resistance bonus to saving throws, and grants 10 points of acid, cold, electricity, fire, force, and sonic resistance. The armor has hardness 2 and 10 HP. It only functions for the neko buster, and cannot be removed from the neko buster without destroying it.

Buster Cannon A neko buster has an energy cannon mounted on its arm which is capable of making ranged attacks, and is treated as a manufactured weapon with a +3 enhancement bonus. Attacks with a buster cannon have an 80 ft. range increment, crit on a 19-20, and deal 4d6 force damage. A target hit by a critical hit with a buster cannon is automatically dazed for 1 round with no save. A buster cannon has unlimited ammunition.

A neko buster's buster cannon only functions for the neko buster and cannot be removed from its arm without destroying the cannon. It has 16 hardness and 40 hit points. The arm that the buster cannon is mounted on has the hand surgically attached to the cannon, causing the hand to be unable to be used for anything else except firing the cannon.

SPECIAL ABILITIES

Charged Shot (Ex) When performing an improved vital strike, a neko buster can spend a move action charging up the attack and aiming carefully in order to gain a +2 bonus to its attack and damage rolls.

Constructed (Ex) For the purposes of effects targeting creatures by type (such as a ranger’s favored enemy and bane weapons), neko busters are treated as androids, and thus count both as humanoids and as constructs.

Crash Bomber (Ex) As a standard action, a neko buster can fire a small bomb as a ranged touch attack (typically with a +15 bonus) at a target within 30 feet. If the attack hits, the bomb attaches itself to the target; otherwise, it attaches itself to the ground below the target's feet. The bomb detonates at the start of the neko buster's next turn, dealing 12d6 points of fire damage to the target the bomb was attached to and all adjacent creatures and objects. Adjacent creatures can halve this damage with a successful DC 22 Reflex save. The neko buster that fired the bomb gains a +8 circumstance bonus on this saving throw. The save DC is Dexterity-based.

A creature that has a bomb attached to it or is within reach of a bomb can remove the bomb and attach it to a creature or object within its reach as a standard action. Removing or attaching a bomb to an unwilling creature requires a touch attack. If the touch attack to attach a bomb fails, the creature holding the bomb can choose to drop it instead.

Energy Image (Ex) Twice per day as a move action, a neko buster can cause 3 holographic images of itself to appear, copying its movements and functioning as the mirror image spell.

As a standard action, a neko buster can cause any number of these energy images to transform into electrical energy and fly towards an enemy within 60 ft., making ranged touch attacks against that target (typically with a +15 bonus). These energy images may be fired at the same or different targets, but all energy images must be aimed at targets within 30 feet of each other and fired simultaneously. A successful attack with an energy image deals 6d6 electricity damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 22 Fortitude save or be dazed for 1 round. The save DC is Dexterity-based.

Nanite Surge (Ex) A neko buster's body is infused with nanites. Once per day as an immediate action, a neko buster can cause its nanites to surge, granting it a +14 bonus on any one d20 roll; this ability must be activated before the roll is made. When a neko buster uses this power, its circuitry-tattoos glow with light equivalent to that of a torch for 1 round.

The Justice Department’s civil rights chief has asked a federal judge to sentence a Louisville police officer convicted in the 2020 killing of Breonna Taylor to one day in jail, a stunning reversal of Biden-era efforts to address racial disparities in local law enforcement.

Last year, a federal jury in Kentucky convicted Brett Hankison, the officer, of one count of violating Ms. Taylor’s civil rights by discharging several shots through Ms. Taylor’s window during a drug raid that went awry.

He faces a maximum sentence of life in prison and is scheduled to be sentenced next week.

On Wednesday, Harmeet K. Dhillon, the assistant attorney general for civil rights, asked the judge in the case to sentence Mr. Hankison to time he had already served, in addition to one day in prison and three years of supervised release.

In the filing, Ms. Dhillon suggested the prosecution was excessive, arguing that the Biden Justice Department had secured a conviction against Mr. Hankison after he had been acquitted on state charges and his first federal trial ended in mistrial.

Naegami Fluff and/or Shenanigans 17

I'm imagining that Makoto used to have a flip phone for the longest time until he eventually upgraded. During the whole process (and even after), Byakuya just bullies Makoto and his phone. First, it's because the phone's old and crusty and "Why on Earth would one willingly carry something so decrepit in their day-to-day life?". Secondly, it's because Makoto gets an android or something as his newer phone. Not even a good one. And third, because Makoto's phone case for his new phone is some neon green color that he got because it was the best green they had (Makoto was adamant on getting a green phone case) and he just couldn't afford the others.

Every time Byakuya sees Makoto's phone, he just gives heavy shade like "You have more money now, Makoto. You can invest in a phone case that's less atrocious, putrid, and an assault to the eyes and senses." Byakuya then essentially goes for the response of, "Look, I can pay to get you something less disgusting" but Makoto doesn't budge because he's secretly named his phone and has gotten way to attached to a device that will most certainly break in less than a decade due to his clumsy mishandling of it. Or some tragedy. One or the other.

Byakuya isn't dense to not notice how close Makoto is with his phone that thing. Thus, Byakuya eventually gives up. It wasn't like he was going to convince Makoto of anything anyway. Besides, all that Makoto really cares for is that is phone functions well enough. He can take calls, text, and download as many Angry Bird's games to his hearts content. (Yes Makoto is a mobile gamer too and Byakuya ALSO bullies him for that too but Byakuya bullies him for everything). Basically, Makoto's a simple ass guy and is just glad that the basic needs of a phone have been met for him. Regardless, Byakuya's still glaring at Makoto's phone like this:

Yeah. Byakuya's not too fond of neon color but also for the other reasons mentioned. And more. Man's just a hater like that.

Back to Makoto though, there are some things Makoto wishes his phone could do like have a built-in filter to take some of those silly perspective shots. He usually just asks one of his other friends to borrow their phones so he can snap some silly pics and send them to himself. It's either that or he asks his friends to send them to him. (Makoto has WAY too many pictures on his phone) Makoto wishes he could just do it on his own phone in real time but he settles for just leaning over things to get angles close to those though it's a bit hard since he's not that tall of a person. He sometimes asks Byakuya to do it for him though Byakuya just can't comprehend the use for any of these photos. Like, why is he taking so many? Why can't he do it himself? And why the hell does leaning over it like a moron going to help with "enhancing the picture"? Byakuya sometimes yields and does it anyway though and SOME of the end results have at least made him smirk or crack a small smile. Maybe it's because the picture was actually a bit funny. Maybe it's because he took the picture with Makoto. And who knows, maybe, one day, he'll get why Makoto finds these pictures so funny.

Gavin sat on his bed, fingers digging into his sheets, as he let out a long grunt of frustration. It didn't seem to matter what his partner did; he always succeeded in getting a rise. Like he'd been specifically engineered to push his buttons and test his composure. Each cold stare and sharp word came peppered with fleeting glimpses of warmth and fondness. It had left the detective floundering for weeks, grappling to understand what his partner was: Human or machine. 

He found glimpses of both in the way Nines kissed. All the warmth and fragility of a person, coupled with movements that seemed to continuously adapt and tailor to his needs. It had required some coaxing to get to that point, but once they had, it was like the android had tuned to his every want, knowing exactly what he desired at any given moment. Yet he still asked, in heated words, whispered against the shell of his ear. 

"Tell me what you want". 

He wanted to hear Gavin say it, to disclose each sinful detail of the way he wished to be touched. Unravelling under the grip of hands that could easily destroy him. 

Then it was over, as soon as it had begun - like one of the many fleeting fantasies that seemed to be taking permanent residency in the depths of his traitorous mind.

Lying back on his sheets, shaky hands fumbled with his belt before sliding it free from the buckle. He tugged down his zipper with the sort of urgency that only seemed to come with the burning desire his partner instilled in him. Jeans fell to his ankles, along with his boxers, as his hands found his aching arousal. 

He'd never been with someone like Nines and would have no idea what to expect. Each thought toyed with a different feature, as Gavin soon found the sense of discovery excited him more than anything else. After decades of sexual encounters, he was once again left to wonder. 

His newest fascination was his lips. How natural they'd felt in weight and texture, whilst sculpted to a perfection he had previously thought impossible. In the privacy of his room, Gavin felt a name slip from his lips. Small and desperate, as he quickened the movements between his parted legs. His eyes remained shut as he sunk deeper into the grips of his fantasy.

Nails dug into his thighs hard enough to leave bruises. He watched in awe as his partner took him into his mouth, drawing out moans with each of his long, rhythmic motions. Because the android would want to watch. Analysing his every move as he goaded each desperate pant and plea. Like a predator stalking its prey, waiting until he was most vulnerable before closing in to strike. 

Or perhaps he’d take a different approach. Using his connection to his partner's responses to mercilessly tease and edge. Coaxing Gavin to the brink of release, doing precisely what was needed before slowing down or stopping entirely. 

Adjusting his mind to this newfound narrative, he watched as Nines' mouth steadily pulled away. Maintaining just enough proximity that his lips brushed his skin as he spoke. "I want you to beg". 

In an act of defiance, Gavin chose to resist the command. If only to speculate on how his partner might respond. The answer, as directed by his own libido, came in the form of long fingers wrapping their way around his neck. Trailing teasingly along the skin before firmly applying pressure. 

"I can take your pleasure just as easily as I can provide it". Gavin could feel his throat closing off as his head began to swim from lack of oxygen. "Do not play games with me. Now beg". 

Through the increasingly focused tightness, he managed a hoarse "Please". 

"Very good, Detective", Nines praised as the grip on his neck loosened, and fingers began coaxing at his lips, forcibly parting them. "If you continue to behave, I will ensure you are suitably rewarded". 

Gavin moaned as the first of the digits slipped their way into his mouth, quickly joined by a second. He caressed them both with his tongue, making no effort to disguise his burgeoning eagerness. The android watched on, smirking, and slowly pulled himself upright, pressing his knees to the inside of each of his partner’s thighs. With a firm movement, he forced them apart, permitting himself greater access to the willing body writhing beneath him.

Removing his fingers from Gavin's mouth, he allowed his hand to drift tortuously down the expanse of his legs. 

The other man keened in response as his free hand began to wander amidst his fantasy. Having mirrored each imagined action, he blindly made his way to the junction between his legs, steadily moving back. 

"No one else can make you feel this way". Nines' hand drifted lower until his fingers were brushing against his entrance. "I want you to submit to me. Entirely". 

The only response that Gavin could muster came in the form of a low, drawn moan. It was all the invitation Nines required as he swiftly entered him. His movements were gentle at first, allowing his partner time to adjust before he quickly picked up the pace. Striking each of his nerves with skilful precision and leaving him at a loss to do anything but pant and groan - as he sunk further into ecstasy. 

Every time he tried to reach up, to needily tug at his partner's clothes, Nines would swiftly rebuff him. Reminding the man of his strength while also acting in service to the many blanks his mind had yet to fill. 

A second finger entered as Nines began to further coordinate his movements. Continuing the motion of his fingers, his other hand came to envelop his partner's neglected arousal, teasing it back to hardness in a matter of seconds. He was methodic and controlled, yet there was no detachment in the way he pleasured him. His focus remained firmly on Gavin, wanting the man to know precisely who he belonged to at that moment. 

"Look at me". Nines demanded, staring down with piercing eyes that had etched their way permanently into his mind. "I want you to look at me when you come". 

As the fantasy reached its conclusion, Gavin was beginning to come undone. A name slipped from his mouth again. Louder, trembling, as he hurriedly brought himself to release. It spilled from his cock, and painted his hand before his arms to fell limply to his sides.

He knew many of his questions could be answered without his partner's involvement. It was simply a case of indulging in the right explicit material or propositioning one of the thousands of androids that occupied Detroit. With enough searching, it was possible he could find one that looked like him. The same dark hair, grey eyes, and gentle dusting of freckles. It would feel so close, yet not enough, and the thought alone was enough to dissuade him.

When Freiza is rebuilt he's more powerful than he was before so these replacements were stronger than he was. So Gero isn't even the only one capable of doing this.

And then 17 self enhances to the point he's on par with blue Goku.

I think Toriyama was trying to tell us that AI is the biggest threat to life in the galaxy.

[Yeeeeah, I think I've given plenty of fair warning that, without giving me any other information about the character, I've deduced that she could not fight Vegeta on equal footing. Immortal or not, trained her whole life or not, compared to most of the main cast of Dragonball, even the least powerful of the bunch, it's going to be like pitting Hercule or even Videl against them.

And for people that have been here for a while, you've seen me lament over the fact that this series doesn't give the humans(?) like Tien, Yamcha, and Krillin (especially Tien) a really fair shot because I DO believe and would LOVE to see a human character be on the same level as Goku and Vegeta (I mean I've pushed for the idea of Trunks being Bulma and Yamcha's kid instead of Vegeta's for Pete's sake). I've even argued that, with Tien actually training his whole life, even in peace, HE should be the one keeping up with SSB in Super rather than 17 or at least alongside the android.

So this definitely isn't about some kind of stupid idea that a human couldn't and shouldn't be able to keep up with Vegeta because I absolute believe one could. But in this series, ki is a MUST. They even made this apparent with Videl, even though they did shit all with her really learning or utilizing it. This is all simply, from what little they want to share or have developed, I don't see their character competing with the likes of Vegeta or really ANY DB main cast character on a serious level. Would she make a good sparring partner for someone willing to entertain not going all out and not using ki (i.e. someone a lot more laid back like Goku, or Yamcha, or Krillin, possibly even Tien or Piccolo)? Sure! But not Vegeta. He's not one to train with people weaker than him or who don't present a plausible challenge.]
