HE COULD BE PERSUADED,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, He initially joined up with Solas to try to reclaim the eluvians for Briala. Which obviously is not a simple thing. I tend to leave his personal feelings toward Solas open for plotting (default there's a wariness and respect, even a little fear because he's not stupid), but he found people within Fen'Harel's agents that he bonded with and causes / efforts they've undertaken that he can support. Things get complicated over time.

That having been said, the fact that he always had an ulterior motive in joining and isn't loyal to Solas personally means he could become a double agent if properly persuaded. His loyalty to Briala comes first. He's always going to make his bargains with the angle of what might benefit her. So as long as Asharen can work that angle —
