Today I discovered how many family members Im losing due to their disapproval of how loud I am about their racism. Today I discovered even friends want to tear me down when I slip and fall. Today I remembered the world will keep spinning so, even though it fucking hurts, it’s ok to not be perfect. It’s ok to lose people. It’s ok to hurt because as long as it doesn’t threaten your life, you’re gonna be ok.  But also fuck racism.

I ran 8 miles this morning! I incorporated more hills into this longer run too. I had an average 13:09 pace which made me pumped! . Last night I looked at the course description for my race next weekend and it scared me a bit.. The phrase "death by hills" came to mind. . That was motivation enough for me to step it up a bit today and head out for a longer and harder run! My legs were tired by the end but I probably could've done more so I'm happy with it! . I also saw a bobcat cross the street in front of me... So if that didn't get my legs moving, I don't know what will! 😮😺 . I'm lucky to be running this race with three of my girlfriends! The weekend.

Spent the weekend unproductively. Saturday morning I was gonna honor a walk/run, but I ended up in the hospital. Massive unusual migraine that caused me to pass out. Spent the rest of the weekend scrapbooking and watching sherlock. I also watched Dark Crimes with Jim Carrey. Really good. Didn't see the ending coming. Didn't care much for his ascent though. Kinda reminded me of his ghost of Christmas past voice from A Christmas Carol. Gonna try and get up early tomorrow. It's not gonna happen. But I'm gonna try..
