First things first I needed to get my health under control. I am on so much medication from the hospital and have multiple required surgeries. I am on a pureed/liquid diet and not by choice. I just can’t eat whole foods and i can feel myself struggling. If there is one common denominator I’ve learnt from my years of study, is the best way to give yourself the most help is using GOOD QUALITY NUTRITION. I have been on a journey, trying heaps of products with a mission of success. I needed products that wouldn’t make me nauseous or upset my stomach, that were enjoyable and would give me the best results. I found them!!!! Top quality, nutritious and easy to absorb fruit, vegetables and berries, omegas, proteins…Everything in one place ….Everything that agreed with my body…..Everything I needed to support and enhance my nutrition while I was going through treatment, surgeries and all the emotional stuff that came with it. Surgery was a success. Getting a few more things biopsied. Results on the 10th January for that (have to wait due to holidays and Christmas), another surgery after that to remove a couple more small things. Then another surgery for a hysterectomy and should be SPARKLING from then on.
