unicorn overlord absolutely rocks btw.
#like many a great game I've finished at 2:00 am#i even managed to get the True ending which is the exact flavor of Bonkers i enjoy#i love it so much i love how it's not afraid of being cringe#like yes yay i love a good gritty story as much as the next guy#but this game has unicorns and angels and furries in it. so. <3#also sidenote but i think anyone in the DA community who struggles with loving something even though it's Flawed and Problematic#should play jrpgs like this#there's problematic shit in this game that would give the average tumblr DA superfan an anneurysm#but then there's all the Dopamine from the music and the art and the POW-POW of the swords and the cute character interactions#and then it helps and motivates you kinda sift through the bad shit#(whatever genre that includes Unicorn Overlord Fire Emblem and Rune Factory. that genre kinda Excels at that)#maybe that's worded weird idk. like i said it's 2:00 am#anyway i think i love this game#it's so simple that i think it hides a lot of complexity really well#the gameplay is not for everyone though#it's like a real-time strategy version of Fire Emblem which results in something really complicated imo#also have i mentioned the Music omg#anywayyyy good game imma sleep now <3#marie speaks
