Can you do something for Hetalia Valentine's Day? The Axis and Allies are arguing with each other about being y/n's Valentine's date. While they are arguing Sealand goes to y/n's house with flowers on his hands and he is wearing a cute suit. When y/n opened the door Sealand asked y/n to be his Valentine date. Y/n found him so cute and she agreed. How would the Axis and Allies going to react after seeing this?

"Achoo!" (Y/n) let out a loud sneeze, causing Finland and Denmark to look at her in surprise.

"Are you alright?" Finland wondered as he handed her a tissue.

"Did you get sick or something?" Denmark chimed in as he checked her temperature, which was normal as he could conclude.

"I am fine. I just think someone is gossiping about me, you know." She joked as the two looked at her in confusion.

"Weird."

"Yeah. Who would gossip about you?"

The country shrugged her shoulders, unsure what to answer them back.

'I just hope it's not Belarus scheming something! I already said I have no interest in Russia!' (Y/n) thought in fear, but tried to brush that image out of her head.

"I dunno. By the way, I am off to meet up with Belgium and her brothers. Have fun staying at home."

"Stay safe!"

"Call us if you need anything!"

Before she could answer back, there was a knock on the door and (Y/n) went to open it.

"Yes? Huh?" She stopped while looking down at a bouquet with red roses while Sealand was grinning up at her.

"Happy Valentine's Day! Please be my Valentine!"

"Huh... Sealand..." She muttered in confusion as the boy stared at her.

Meanwhile, the country was partially right with her assumptions. Eight countries were talking about (Y/n), just not in the way she expected it to be.

"You?! What makes you think you are compatible for (Y/n)?!" America yelled, pointing at Russia. The two countries were never on good terms ever since the Cold War started, now with Valentine's Day being right around the corner, and both going after the same country things got much more tense.

"And I don't see what makes you think we are not. (C/n) and I do share some history with each other. Meanwhile, you are just a little kid compared to me. Why would she want you?" Russia laughed as America got into his face.

"And you creep her out! Weren't you the reason she isolated herself to begin with?! Also, my present is way better!"

Meanwhile, Germany was glaring at Italy, who was fawning over the present he had prepared for (Y/n), which was a painting he painted for her.

"Ve~ I am sure mia bella will love this! I can't wait for her saying yes to being my Valentine-"

"Hold up, Italy! Who said she will agree to be you Valentine! I have a gift for her as well." Germany interrupted the Italian, who frowned at his words.

"Because my present is just better. And besides, I am the one who is more of a passionate person than you are." Italy giggled as he saw Germany's face turn red in anger.

"That means nothing! My gift is just as good!"

"I have to disappoint you on the last part, mon ami Italy." France laughed as he held England back from chocking him.

"After all, I am the country of romance and love. She will definitely pick me." France boasted as the German and Italian glared at the man.

"You?! You pervert have absolutely no chance! Didn't you scare (Y/n) the last time you saw each other!"

"That was months ago!" France said with a red face.

"And besides, she would rather have a gentleman, like me."

The four started arguing among each other as Japan and China looked at them with unamused expressions.

"They are so loud, aiyah! Stupid Westerners." China exclaimed as he covered up his ears. Japan silently nodded his head.

"And this whole argument is useless as well. (Y/n) will definitely pick me. I always cook her good meals."

Now this was something Japan wouldn't stay silent on as he sent the older nation a glare.

"You? Aren't you too old for this? Besides, (Y/n) likes me more than you. We have a lot of common interests as well."

"You?! Don't make laugh, Japan! You can barely look her in the eyes, let alone confess anything! I will be her Valentine!"

"Dream on." The two Asian countries were about to start arguing as well, but got interrupted by Sealand walking into the living room, looking at all of them in confusion.

"Why are you old people arguing now?" The countries tensed up and looked back at the micronation, who was holding a box with some sweets inside.

"Nothing a kid like you should know about." Russia smiled, causing Sealand to shiver in fright.

"Stop scaring him. He is still a kid." Germany warned as Italy hid behind him. Sealand pouted at that when England spoke up.

"What did you need? You usually only come to me when you need something."

The micronation looked back at the former empire as the rest looked between them.

"Nothing much. Just wanted to say that France's idea on how to woo someone over worked. I just had to act cute, and got a Valentine and sweets from her." The other countries stared at him in confusion as France laughed.

"Well of course it will work when you listen to me! So, your little lady friend likes you back?"

"Hold up! Since when do you have a crush?" England questioned as America and China chimed in.

"We could have totally helped you out, dude!"

"Besides, I am the oldest around here. If anyone knows how to treat a woman, that would be me." Que Japan rolling his eyes at China.

"Nah. I was fine like this. And Ms. (C/n) didn't say directly she likes me back, but she gave me sweets and said the flowers were nice." Sealand said as the countries froze in their spots.

"(Y/n)... you asked her out?" Italy asked as his face got pale.

"Yup! In a few years she might agree to be my Valentine for real! But for now, the sweets she gave me will do.' Sealand cheered as he left the room.

Immediately after he left, Japan took his phone out to call (Y/n), which was an action that didn't go unnoticed by Italy, China, and America.

"Hey! Put her on speaker!"

"She is making a huge mistake! She can't wait for Sealand to grow up God knows when!"

"Ve~ I am a way better pick!"

Meanwhile, Russia, Germany, and England were glaring daggers at France, who was both mad and frightened.

"I will give you 10 seconds, da?"

"You are too kind, I am giving him 5 seconds."

"Both of you gits are wrong! Kill him now!"

"Wait! I had no idea who he liked!"

Meanwhile, with (Y/n)....

Belgium pouted as she declined Japan's call for the 5th time while Luxembourg looked at her in amusement.

"You know, she will find out what you did, big sis."

"I am fine with her knowing. As long as her and Netherlands get together, I am saying this was a worth sacrifice."

The two siblings looked back at the said 2 countries. One looked like struggling to say coherent sentences, while the other one had his usual stoic look.

"It doesn't look all too well." Luxembourg chuckled as Belgium sighed in frustration.

"Don't worry! I am sure big brother will catch on to it and be the perfect gentleman! He even bought her hot chocolate." Belgium smiled as the two silently looked at (Y/n) and Netherlands. The girl's face was a dark shade of red as Netherlands stared at her intensely.

"You know...."

Luxembourg and Belgium held their breaths as the oldest spoke up.

"That hot chocolate costed me around 4 euros. Please pay it back when you can."

The two watched in disbelief as he said that and (Y/n) started to scramble for her wallet.

"O-oh! Sure, no worries!"

"Is he nuts?!" Belgium silently yelled as Luxembourg stared at his brother in annoyance.

Hello, I'm building the world of my Hetalia Cardverse AU fanfiction

I'm trying to sort the various character into the four suits (even though I probably won't use all of them anyways), but I need help for some, so I made a Google Doc with polls for you to vote (while choosing, remember the main characteristic about each kingdom that I listed both below and on the google doc):

The world has 4 Kingdoms:

The Mutual Destruction of Sennacherib & Babylon

The reign of Assyrian king Sennacherib (705-681 BCE) was chiefly characterized by his difficulties with Babylon. Throughout the history of the Assyrian Empire, Babylon had caused problems and had even been destroyed by the Assyrian king Tukulti-Ninurta I in c. 1225 BCE. Even so, there were direct cultural bonds between Babylon and Ashur, capital of the Assyrian Empire, and the city was always re-built and re-populated. Babylon was more than just a physical city of bricks and streets in the minds of the Mesopotamians: it was a cultural center of immense significance. Tukulti-Ninurta I's desecration of Babylon and her gods, in fact, led directly to his assassination. Owing to its status among the people of Mesopotamia, however, the people of Babylon seemed to feel that they could repeatedly throw off the authority of whatever ruling body held the region with impunity, and one can understand how a king could become tired of such an attitude. This was precisely what happened with Sennacherib in his dealings with the great city.

Sargon II & Sennacherib

Sennacherib's problems with Babylon were largely inherited. His father, Sargon II (reigned 722-705 BCE) had defeated the tribal chieftain Merodach-Baladan and driven him from Babylon but had allowed him to live. Once Sargon II was dead, and Sennacherib took the throne, Merodach-Baladan returned to Babylon and re-claimed the throne. The Babylonians welcomed him; Sennacherib had done nothing at all to endear himself to the city. As the new king, he was supposed to have participated in the ceremony in which he took the hand of the statue of the god Marduk as a sign of respect for the god, Babylon, and the people Marduk presided over. Instead, Sennacherib had simply sent them word that he was now king of Babylon and never even bothered to visit the city. Merodach-Baladan was not in the least bit concerned about the new king. Sennacherib was considered a weakling. He had never taken part in any of his father's military campaigns and had spent his earlier life as crown prince with administrative duties, while Sargon II had achieved his glorious victories on the battlefield. When Sennacherib heard that Merodach-Baladan had taken Babylon, he did not even lead a force to re-claim it himself but, instead, sent his commander-in-chief at the head of an army. This force was swiftly defeated by the combined forces of Babylon and their allies the Elamites and Aramaeans in 703 BCE. Babylon then arranged its troops, just in case the Assyrians came back again, and settled down to its own business. According to the historian Susan Wise Bauer:

That was the last straw. Sennacherib himself came sweeping down like the wrath of Assur and broke through the allied front line, barely pausing. Merodach-Baladan ran from the battlefield and crept into the marshes of the Sealand, which he knew well, to hide himself; Sennacherib marched the rest of the way to Babylon, which prudently opened its gates as soon as it saw the Assyrian king on the horizon. Sennacherib came through the open gate, but chose to send Babylon a message: he ransacked the city, took almost a quarter of a million captives, and destroyed the fields and groves of anyone who had joined the alliance against him (384).

The people of Babylon quickly realized that the poor opinion they had held of Sennacherib was misguided. In this early campaign the new king showed himself an adept tactician, able military leader, and ruthless enemy.

what you think the nordics learn at uni or college?

Well, nation-verse or human AU? If they're still nations I think most nations have several degrees they go back to update from time to time and I think I've mentioned what I hc their educations to be in Human AUs before, but since I can't find the post at the moment I imagine they would go with something like...

Norway: Lawyer, focused on economic crimes and dealing with big companies. In the future he will be scarily good and because of this very expensive to hire, but every 10-15th case or so he's taking on what more or less is a charity case to help someone out who otherwise wouldn't be able to pay for a good lawyer and is about to get screwed over by a big company. Norway is scarily good at what he does, and he'll win his cases 99% of the time as long as his clients listen to his instructions. (For the last 1%, well, he can't cure stupid).

It's either that or he would be crazy good at reading the stock market, making moves no ones expect and turn them into his own advantage. Some call it luck, but Norway just knows what signs to look for and has a strict code of business he follows for himself.

Denmark: Electrician. Idk what the education looks like in other countries, but over here the +2 years education to electrician isn't exactly uni or college, but kind of like... Something else. A mix between apprenticeship and reading theory. I think this would suit Denmark better than traditional university education, because though he's really smart he just doesn't have the attention span and peace to sit down and study 8-10 hours/day like you might have to do for some of the university degrees out there.

Sweden: I originally really liked him as a kindergarten teacher, which would be university education, but considering how tall I hc him to be... The job would absolutely kill his back. I also hc him as blind, so he'd probably suit better as teacher for slightly older children (think 6-12y olds maybe, or older) or the teacher running the after-school program. Depending on how serious I make his back-pain in the AU, I sometimes also let him be home on disability and/or with a part-time job. (In at least 2 AUs I have Sweden employed part-time by China to do general maintenance on the house China is landlord for and/or call in the people who need to be hired to fix The Problem in question).

Iceland: I have a hard time imagining him in uni since we always see him so young-looking, but I can absolutely see him work with/studying Geothermal power and sustainable energy in general.

Finland: Former military who I think either became a chimney sweeper or a plumber. He's not afraid of getting his hands dirty and wants something more physical to make use of his restless energy. I can also see him re-educate himself to some sort of forest ranger or nature guide in the future, because he would absolutely love to spend all day outdoors as well.

I have no idea what I would put for Sealand on this, but Ladonia will probably grow up to get an university degree in programming (I'm thinking Java, C+ and a personal interest in Python) and a minor in (human) language(s). 😊 Haven't decided if I think Ladonia would be more interested in programming machines/computers from scratch or more into game developing though, but he still has a few more years to figure that out. 😉

Hello, I'm building the world of my Hetalia Cardverse AU fanfiction

Les requêtes nos 488868 et 488869 présentent à juger des questions semblables. Il y a lieu de les joindre pour statuer par une seule décision. 2. Aux termes de l’article R. 321-6 du code de la route :  » La réception communautaire, dite réception CE, est destinée à constater qu’un véhicule ou un type de véhicule, de système ou d’équipement satisfait aux prescriptions techniques exigées pour sa mise en circulation « . Aux termes de l’article R. 321-11 de ce code :  » Tout véhicule dont le type a fait l’objet d’une réception CE et qui est muni d’un certificat de conformité valide peut être librement commercialisé et mis en circulation « . Aux termes de l’article R. 321-15 du même code :  » Avant sa mise en circulation et en l’absence de réception CE, tout véhicule à moteur, toute remorque ou tout élément de véhicule, toute semi-remorque doit faire l’objet d’une réception nationale effectuée soit par type à la demande du constructeur, soit à titre isolé à la demande du propriétaire ou de son représentant « . Enfin, aux termes du I de l’article R. 322-1 du même code :  » Tout propriétaire d’un véhicule à moteur (…) et qui souhaite le mettre en circulation pour la première fois doit faire une demande de certificat d’immatriculation en justifiant de son identité. / Le propriétaire doit également pouvoir justifier, à la demande du ministre de l’intérieur : (…) 4° (…) soit de la conformité de son véhicule à un type CE réceptionné ou à un type national réceptionné, soit que son véhicule a fait l’objet d’une réception à titre isolé ou d’une réception individuelle au sens des articles R. 321-6 et R. 321-15 (…) « . 3. La société Sealand Safari, qui est notamment spécialisée dans l’importation de véhicules précédemment immatriculés, demande au Conseil d’Etat l’annulation de l’arrêté du 4 août 2023 modifiant l’arrêté du 9 février 2009 relatif aux modalités d’immatriculation des véhicules, et celle de l’arrêté du même jour modifiant l’arrêté du 19 juillet 1954 relatif à la réception des véhicules automobiles. Eu égard aux moyens qu’elle soulève, ses conclusions doivent être regardées comme dirigées, d’une part, contre le c du 3° de l’article 2 et l’article 8 du premier de ces arrêtés, modifiant le 1.E.2 de l’article 1er de l’arrêté du 9 février 2009, et, d’autre part, contre l’article 15 du second de ces arrêtés, modifiant l’article 14 bis de l’arrêté du 19 juillet 1954. 4. Les dispositions contestées organisent la procédure d’immatriculation, et le cas échéant, de réception, d’un véhicule usagé complet ou complété, relevant de la catégorie internationale M1 ou N1 visées à l’article R. 311-1 du code de la route, précédemment immatriculé sur le territoire de l’Union européenne avec un certificat d’immatriculation définitif et harmonisé, non conforme à un type ayant fait l’objet d’une réception européenne ou d’une réception nationale française, et importé en France en vue de son immatriculation. 5. Ainsi, d’une part, l’arrêté du 19 juillet 1954 modifié dans cette mesure par l’arrêté attaqué sous le numéro 488869 prévoit que le véhicule est présenté au service en charge des réceptions afin de délivrer une attestation de vérification des données techniques après avoir vérifié notamment si les données techniques obligatoires figurent sur le certificat d’immatriculation définitif et harmonisé et si les données mentionnées sur ce certificat correspondent à celles révélées par l’examen du véhicule présenté. Si certaines données obligatoires ne figurent pas sur le certificat d’immatriculation définitif et harmonisé ou si les données mentionnées sur ce certificat ne correspondent pas à celles du véhicule présenté, et si, par suite, ce certificat ne permet pas l’identification du véhicule, l’arrêté dispose que  » la demande sera rejetée et le demandeur pourra faire une demande de réception à titre isolé (…) « . D’autre part, l’arrêté du 9 février 2009 modifié dans cette mesure par l’arrêté attaqué sous le numéro 488868, détermine, à son annexe XIII ter, le modèle d’attestation de vérification des données techniques. Celle-ci doit être présentée, ou, à défaut, le procès-verbal de réception à titre individuel, aux fins d’immatriculation du véhicule. Sur la légalité externe des arrêtés attaqués : 6. En premier lieu, d’une part, il ressort des pièces du dossier qu’à la date de la signature des arrêtés attaqués, M. A…, qui occupait les fonctions de sous-directeur de la sécurité et des émissions des véhicules, au sein du service du climat et de l’efficacité énergétique de la direction générale de l’énergie et du climat pouvait, conformément au 2° de l’article 1er du décret du 27 juillet 2005 relatif aux délégations de signature des membres du Gouvernement, signer l’ensemble des actes, à l’exception des décrets, relatifs aux affaires des services placés sous son autorité, au nombre desquels figurent, en application de l’article 4.2.2 de l’arrêté du 9 juillet 2008 modifié portant organisation de l’administration centrale des ministères chargés de la transition écologique, de la cohésion des territoires et de la mer, les textes réglementaires relatifs aux véhicules et à leur immatriculation, tels les arrêtés attaqués par la société requérante. D’autre part, aucune mention des actes relatifs à la compétence de leur signataire n’est requise dans les visas des textes signés par délégation d’un ministre. Le moyen tiré du défaut de compétence du signataire des arrêtés attaqués doit par suite être écarté. 7. En deuxième lieu, en ce qui concerne l’arrêté du 4 août 2023 modifiant l’arrêté du 9 février 2009 relatif aux modalités d’immatriculation des véhicules, il ressort de ses visas et des pièces du dossier que le ministre de l’intérieur et des outre-mer a été associé à son élaboration. D’une part, aucune règle de formalisme ne s’attache aux avis qu’il a rendus les 22 juin, 27 juin et 4 août 2023. D’autre part, si la société requérante soutient que les agents du ministère de l’intérieur et des outre-mer n’étaient pas compétents pour émettre ces avis au nom du ministre, il ressort des pièces du dossier que cette irrégularité, à la supposer établie, est en tout état de cause restée sans influence sur le sens de la décision attaquée et n’a pas privé l’intéressée d’une garantie. Le moyen tiré du défaut de consultation du ministre de l’intérieur et des outre-mer doit par suite être écarté. 8. En troisième lieu, en ce qui concerne l’arrêté du 4 août 2023 modifiant l’arrêté du 19 juillet 1954 relatif à la réception des véhicules automobiles, il résulte des dispositions de l’article 4 du décret du 20 juillet 2022 relatif aux attributions du ministre de l’intérieur et des outre-mer qui prévoient qu' » [a]u titre de ses missions de sécurité routière, le ministre de l’intérieur et des outre-mer définit et met en œuvre la politique en matière de sécurité et d’éducation routières, à l’exclusion des politiques de sécurité des infrastructures routières et de réglementation technique des véhicules « , et de celles de l’article R. 321-5-3 du code de la route qui disposent que  » le ministre chargé des transports fixe par arrêté les conditions et la durée de validité des réceptions « , que la consultation du ministre de l’intérieur et des outre-mer pour l’élaboration de cet arrêté n’était pas requise. Par ailleurs, si le 5° du VI du décret du 1er juin 2022 relatif aux attributions du ministre de la transition écologique et de la cohésion des territoires dispose que ce ministre  » élabore et met en œuvre les politiques de sécurité et de sûreté des infrastructures routières et de réglementation technique des véhicules (…) en lien avec le ministre de la transition énergétique « , les dispositions attaquées, qui se bornent à prévoir la délivrance d’une attestation de vérification des données techniques pour les véhicules usagés de catégorie M1 ou N1 précédemment immatriculés sur le territoire de l’Union européenne avec un certificat d’immatriculation définitif et harmonisé, ne peuvent être regardées comme justifiant de les élaborer avec le ministre de la transition énergétique. Le moyen tiré du défaut de consultation du ministre de l’intérieur et des outre-mer ou du ministre de la transition énergétique doit par suite être écarté. Sur la légalité interne des arrêtés attaqués : 9. Aux termes de l’article 45 du règlement (UE) 2018/858 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 30 mai 2018 relatif à la réception et à la surveillance du marché des véhicules à moteur et de leurs remorques, ainsi que des systèmes, composants et entités techniques distinctes destinés à ces véhicules :  » Réceptions nationales individuelles de véhicules. / 1. Les États membres peuvent décider d’exempter un véhicule donné, qu’il soit unique ou non, de l’obligation de se conformer à une ou plusieurs des prescriptions du présent règlement ou à une ou plusieurs des prescriptions énoncées dans les actes réglementaires énumérés à l’annexe II, à condition que ces États membres aient défini des prescriptions alternatives pertinentes. / 2. Une demande de réception nationale individuelle d’un véhicule est soumise par le propriétaire du véhicule, le constructeur, le mandataire du constructeur ou l’importateur « . Aux termes du 3 de l’article 46 de ce même règlement :  » Validité des réceptions nationales individuelles de véhicules / Un État membre autorise la mise à disposition sur le marché, l’immatriculation ou la mise en service d’un véhicule pour lequel un autre État membre a accordé une réception nationale individuelle conformément à l’article 45, à moins qu’il n’ait des motifs raisonnables de croire que les autres prescriptions pertinentes en vertu desquelles le véhicule a été réceptionné ne sont pas équivalentes à ses propres prescriptions ou que le véhicule ne satisfait pas à ces prescriptions « . 10. En premier lieu, la société Sealand Safari soutient que les dispositions attaquées, en ce qu’elles créent un contrôle systématique des véhicules qui disposent déjà d’un certificat d’immatriculation définitif et harmonisé délivré par un autre Etat membre, sont contraires aux articles 45 et 46 du règlement 2018/858 citées au point 9. Toutefois, d’une part, l’examen physique de correspondance entre les données techniques qui figurent sur le certificat d’immatriculation délivré par l’autre Etat membre et celles du véhicule, permettant aux services compétents d’établir l’attestation de vérification des données techniques, constitue une formalité inhérente au traitement même de la demande de nouvelle immatriculation du véhicule en France. D’autre part, une discordance entre ces données constitue un motif raisonnable de croire que le véhicule présenté ne satisfait pas aux prescriptions techniques en vertu desquelles il a été réceptionné par l’autre Etat membre, au sens du paragraphe 3 de l’article 46 du règlement du 30 mai 2018 précité, justifiant une nouvelle réception à titre isolé. Le moyen tiré de la méconnaissance de ce règlement doit par suite, en tout état de cause, être écarté. 11. En deuxième lieu, il ne ressort ni des termes des dispositions attaquées qui déterminent le modèle d’attestation et les éléments qui doivent y figurer, ni des pièces du dossier que le dispositif contesté serait disproportionné au regard des objectifs qu’il poursuit tenant à la sécurité routière, à la protection de l’ordre public et du consommateur ainsi qu’à la lutte contre la fraude et le trafic des véhicules. En particulier, il ne ressort pas des pièces du dossier qu’ainsi que le soutient la société requérante, les délais et déplacements nécessaires pour procéder à la vérification des données techniques seraient structurellement excessifs. Par suite, le moyen tiré de la méconnaissance de l’article 34 du traité sur le fonctionnement de l’Union européenne doit être écarté. 12. En dernier lieu, en se bornant à soutenir que les dispositions attaquées seraient inintelligibles, la société requérante n’établit pas qu’elles méconnaitraient les principes de sécurité juridique et de confiance légitime. La circonstance alléguée, à la supposer avérée, que le site internet du ministère de l’intérieur et des outre-mer ou les fiches d’information diffusées par l’administration ne seraient pas actualisés est sans incidence sur la légalité des dispositions attaquées. 13. Il résulte de ce qui précède que la société Sealand Safari n’est pas fondée à demander l’annulation des dispositions qu’elle attaque. Ses conclusions tendant à l’annulation des deux arrêtés du 4 août 2023 doivent être rejetées. 14. Les dispositions de l’article L. 761-1 du code de justice administrative font obstacle à ce qu’une somme soit mise à ce titre à la charge de l’Etat, qui n’est pas, dans la présente instance, la partie perdante. Article 2 : La présente décision sera notifiée à la société Sealand Safari et à la ministre de la transition écologique, de l’énergie, du climat et de la prévention des risques.
