I want buddie to platonically have another kid together. I want them to have a conversation where Chris mentions offhandedly that he sees Buck as his dad, and Eddie doesn’t correct him, and Buck kinda internally crashes out about it. But then he talks to Eddie, and Eddie is like “well yeah? He’s our son”. And maybe Chris brings it up; asks if they ever want to have another kid, or says he’d like a little sister like Denny has. Or maybe Buck says it. Says to Eddie; “I want a baby”. Maybe it’s right after Chim and Maddie’s son is born, maybe it’s in the hospital, Baby Han a wall away. Maybe it’s Eddie. Maybe Eddie says “I want”. However it happens, I want them to have a kid together, and I want them to still be dancing around each other when they do. They live together, they have two kids, and they’re still ‘just friends’. I think that’s a hilarious yet beautiful concept that only a couple as insane as buddie could pull off. Imagine the possibilities. Imagine Maddie’s suffering. “He’s just my best friend Maddie 🙄” “you have TWO KIDS TOGETHER” she’d lose it.

Ok Loop nation as much as it makes sense for Odile to be the one to clock loop as being a clone, I feel like it would be Mirabelle. Like I feel like she would be the one to have enough genre savviness to be like “ oh, you’re like a time clone or something right?”  like she might be an anxiety creature who would sooner die than trust her own judgment but you know she’s absolutely read about time loop stories before.

like she is very geared to view the world through a somewhat narrative perspective and narratively Loop being Siffrin is the most obvious thing ever to be written

Edwin takes a large sip of the wine. It’s not good — too dry even for his tastes and not rich enough to balance it out. He forces it down anyway, almost relishes in the bitterness. His gripe with the situation is as follows: It has been good. Better, even, than he ever imagined, or could have imagined that first morning. Charles has been an absolute delight — bringing him flowers and taking him out and worming his way into every little nook of Edwin's life. He can scarcely go more than twenty minutes without thinking of Charles, pining away like some 19th century heroine. The sex, as promised, is spectacular. They can’t keep their hands off each other, tumbling into bed whenever they meet up. Most importantly, Edwin has been good.
