Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to GSM Gateway?
How Does It Work?
Local Data Collection (BLE): BLE devices, like temperature sensors or asset trackers, send small packets of data (low-energy, short-range).
Gateway Reception: The gateway picks up these signals within a range of ~10–50 meters.
Cellular Transmission (GSM): The gateway converts the BLE data and sends it via cellular networks (LTE Cat M1 for efficiency, NB-IoT for low power, or 2G for areas with older networks).
In short, the gateway acts as a bridge, extending the BLE device’s reach to anywhere there’s cellular coverage.

"A team at Northwestern University has come up with the term “dancing molecules” to describe an invention of synthetic nanofibers which they say have the potential to quicken the regeneration of cartilage damage beyond what our body is capable of.
The moniker was coined back in November 2021, when the same team introduced an injection of these molecules to repair tissues and reverse paralysis after severe spinal cord injuries in mice.
Now they’ve applied the same therapeutic strategy to damaged human cartilage cells. In a new study, published in the Journal of the American Chemical Society, the treatment activated the gene expression necessary to regenerate cartilage within just four hours.
And, after only three days, the human cells produced protein components needed for cartilage regeneration, something humans can’t do in adulthood.
The conceptual mechanisms of the dancing molecules work through cellular receptors located on the exterior of the cell membrane. These receptors are the gateways for thousands of compounds that run a myriad of processes in biology, but they exist in dense crowds constantly moving about on the cell membrane.
The dancing molecules quickly form synthetic nanofibers that move according to their chemical structure. They mimic the extracellular matrix of the surrounding tissue, and by ‘dancing’ these fibers can keep up with the movement of the cell receptors. By adding biological signaling receptors, the whole assemblage can functionally move and communicate with cells like natural biology.
“Cellular receptors constantly move around,” said Northwestern Professor of Materials Sciences Samuel Stupp, who led the study. “By making our molecules move, ‘dance’ or even leap temporarily out of these structures, known as supramolecular polymers, they are able to connect more effectively with receptors.”
The target of their work is the nearly 530 million people around the globe living with osteoarthritis, a degenerative disease in which tissues in joints break down over time, resulting in one of the most common forms of morbidity and disability.
“Current treatments aim to slow disease progression or postpone inevitable joint replacement,” Stupp said. “There are no regenerative options because humans do not have an inherent capacity to regenerate cartilage in adulthood.”
In the new study, Stupp and his team looked to the receptors for a specific protein critical for cartilage formation and maintenance. To target this receptor, the team developed a new circular peptide that mimics the bioactive signal of the protein, which is called transforming growth factor beta-1 (TGFb-1).
Northwestern U. Press then reported that the researchers incorporated this peptide into two different molecules that interact to form supramolecular polymers in water, each with the same ability to mimic TGFb-1...
“With the success of the study in human cartilage cells, we predict that cartilage regeneration will be greatly enhanced when used in highly translational pre-clinical models,” Stupp said. “It should develop into a novel bioactive material for regeneration of cartilage tissue in joints.”
“We are beginning to see the tremendous breadth of conditions that this fundamental discovery on ‘dancing molecules’ could apply to,” Stupp said. “Controlling supramolecular motion through chemical design appears to be a powerful tool to increase efficacy for a range of regenerative therapies.”"

Energy like you has no beginning and no end. It can never be destroyed. It is only ever shifting states.” — Panache Desai
Angels of Sirius Talon Abraxas On The Energies Today we have a rare energetic alignment as the Moon aligns with Sirius, the brightest star in our night sky and a powerful transmitter of galactic light codes and higher-dimensional frequencies. This celestial gateway is a moment of heightened interstellar connection, a bridge between the Earth’s emotional body (the Moon) and the cosmic wisdom of Sirius, our Spiritual Sun. When the Moon aligns with Sirius, it opens a quantum corridor between our inner world and higher realms of consciousness. The Moon acts as an amplifier, bringing these cosmic downloads directly into your emotional body, cellular memory, and energetic DNA. You may feel this as a surge of intuitive knowing, heart expansion, and deep emotional healing. The light codes transmitted from Sirius today carry frequency keys that awaken dormant starseed memories. Because of the Moon energy you may be healing deep ancestral patterns and emotional wounds. These energies are helping you to transmute fear, grief, and past-life imprints that have kept you in 3D density. Today is great for connecting with your Higher Self and grounding in the Lightbody upgrades. Remember to drink extra water and rest as needed. These energies can bring major recalibrations. They are helping to better attune to the star frequencies.

Emergency 18+
chapter 23
you x iso
The medbay was chaos – a symphony of pain and hishing tech. The portal snapped shut, spitting out the last drops of liquid plasma, leaving the air thick with ozone, scorched metal, and the coppery tang of blood. Viper was already commanding, her voice cutting through the siren wail:
"Stretchers! Iso to table one! Raze, Killjoy to table two! Omen, Echo – diagnostic scanner, NOW!"
The green slime of Viper's neurotoxin pulsed on Iso's mangled thigh, devouring flesh with a quiet hiss. The muscles beneath weren't bleeding – they were disintegrating into thin, smoking fibrils, like burnt-out filaments.
"Disintegrator virus… Omega-Viper's old signature," - Sage's voice was calm, but her fingers tearing away damaged armor segments betrayed fury. Her hands flared with soft emerald light – a Healing Orb condensed over the wound. Warm light wove into the tissues, slowing decay, stimulating regeneration at the cellular level. - "Nerve endings are exposed. Pain will be excruciating. Clench your teeth. Scream if you must."
Iso dug his head back into the table. Sweat mixed with soot streamed down his temples. His eyes, filled with agony and rage, locked onto the motionless figure on the adjacent scanner:
"Echo… Is she breathing…?"
"Quiet," - Sage snapped sharply, intensifying the energy flow. The green light thickened, battling the poisonous ooze. - "Your leg is the only thing you should be thinking about right now. Or you'll never be able to help her."
Raze lay on her side. The armor plating on her back was fused into a black-red crust by plasma fire.
"Second-degree burns, deep thermal tissue damage," - Skye stated, applying a layer of biogel laden with nanobots. The cold substance hissed against the wound.
"Raze, don't move. Nanobots will remove necrotic tissue and kickstart regeneration. It'll itch – endure it."
Beside her, Killjoy wheezed, clutching her side. Her face was grey.
"Cracked 8th rib, lung contusion, concussion from the blast wave," -Skye pressed a portable ultrasonic stimulator to her chest. - "Deep breath… Slowly. Yes, like that. Painful? It'll get worse. But you're not broken."
Skye's gaze flicked to the screen above Echo: the EEG waves were flat, punctuated by rare, sharp spikes of terror.
"Deep dissociation… A psychic block. As if she's walled herself in."
Killjoy, teeth gritted against pain, exhaled through tears:
"They… logged… every second… how he…"
"SILENCE!" - Skye pressed the stimulator sharply, making Killjoy flinch. - "Breathe. Heal. The rest comes later. Survival is paramount. For all of us."
Omen stood motionless, a guardian carved from shadow. Echo lay on the cold scanner surface, unresponsive as a doll. Only ragged breathing and a faint tremor in her eyelids betrayed life. Sensors painted her inner hell on the screen: hyperactive amygdala (fear center), suppressed cerebral cortex. Omen placed his bony, inhuman hand on her forehead – not to heal, but as an anchor to reality. Her fingers convulsively gripped the edge of his coat.
The silence hung thick as smog. Holograms pulsed above the table:
Beta-Earth: An endless mirrored desert under a black, starless sky. Above it – Black Spheres. Perfect, fathomless, devouring light and warping space around them. Not objects. Absolute.
Echo's Blood: DNA helixes tangled with pulsing purple nodes – Rho-7.
"Quantum-biological catalyst… Opens neural gateways to fundamental fields," - Killjoy's voice was arid with disgust.
Omega Video Archive: Short clips seared with pain. Cell #9. A lab capsule. A mirrored wall breathing in time with Echo's pulse.
Viper lifted an ampoule of thick black-purple fluid – concentrated Rho-7.
"Synthesized with purified Radianite," - her voice was like grinding metal. - "Theoretically – a catalyst for controlled Radianite awakening. Lucia gained telepathy from the serum. We could empower thousands. An army capable of resisting… much."
Iso surged to his feet, his crutch clattering to the floor. His face, still pale from pain and toxin, twisted.
"An army?!" - His shout shook the air. - "Are you BLIND?! Look!" -He jabbed a finger at a frozen frame: Omega-Iso pinning Echo to a cot, her eyes – glassy, empty wells. - "They broke her. Hammered fear into every cell. Turned her into an incubator for this… RADIOACTIVE FILTH! And you—'serum'? 'Potential'? You're no better than them."
Phoenix grabbed his shoulder:
"Iso! Your leg! Sit the hell down!"
"OFF!" - Iso wrenched away, ignoring the lancing pain. - "My leg is NOTHING! This is our wound!" - He slammed his finger onto the hologram again. - "HER PAIN! And you want to pick at her blood, like the Omegas did?!"
Brimstone raised a hand. Silence fell instantly. His bass rumbled like distant thunder:
"Enough. Iso, sit. This isn't the time for anger. It's time for decisions." - His heavy, sorrowful gaze settled on Echo's hologram. -"She has endured too much these past months… A hell we can scarcely comprehend. Her mind is a shattered mirror. The risk of re-traumatization… or her abilities spiraling out of control under the weight of nightmares… is too great." - He scanned the table, meeting each gaze. - "First decision: Echo is immediately placed on inactive duty. Full medical and psychological rest AWAY from Protocol. Duration – until stabilization."
"Where?" - Sage asked, already mentally packing her kit.
"Japan," - Brimstone answered. - "In her file… a dream of sakura in Kyoto, old temples. Let her see it. Not as a soldier. As a person. Escort team: Sage, KAY/O, Jett, and Yoru."
Iso stood, leaning on his crutch. Bitterness and understanding warred in his eyes.
"And me?" - His voice rasped.
Brimstone approached, placing a heavy hand on his shoulder:
"You stay. Because right now, your face, your voice… they are keys to her nightmare. We give her time… to erase that Iso's features from memory. So that when she sees you…" - He paused, looking at the hologram of Echo's empty eyes. - "…so she sees you. Only you. We give her that chance. For her sake."
Iso closed his eyes. Nodded. Once. Tightly.
"Yoru?" - Viper's voice was a blade dipped in cyanide. - "The same Yoru who pinned a wounded girl to a wall on Split and choked her, yelling 'Confess, spy!'?" - She stood, pointing a finger at the Japanese agent standing in the shadows. - "Or the one who nearly broke her wrist in the range trying to force her to 'copy the strike'? Or perhaps the one who dragged her around the mess hall like a trophy, and then in the G-Wing…" - Viper paused, casting a glance at Iso. He sat, knuckles white. - "…where he 'trained' her until Iso intervened? This Yoru guards her? That's not protection, Brim. That's sadism in its most refined form."
Phoenix stared grimly at the table:
"He knows Japan, yeah. But after what he…"
Jett nervously fiddled with the tassel on her hood:
"Yoru… he always looked at her like… an outsider…"
Yoru stood motionless, face shadowed by his hood. But when Viper said "G-Wing," his shoulders gave an almost imperceptible twitch. He slowly raised his head. The hood slipped back, revealing his face. Not the usual mask of cold contempt. The face of a man seeing his own reflection in a hellish mirror. He wasn't looking at Viper. His gaze was fixed on the hologram of Cell #9.
Frame: Omega-Iso throwing his gloves. A slap on linoleum. Frame: Echo's hand clutching the bed frame. Frame: The shadow on the wall. Oppressive. Familiar. His own shadow, looming over her in the range.
Timer: 00:17. Empty eyes.
Yoru coughed sharply, as if choking on ash. He took a step towards the table. When he spoke, the voice wasn't his – cracked, hollow, stripped of all former arrogance:
"On Split…" -He swallowed, fingers digging into the table edge. - "…I saw a wounded girl who'd discharged a spike. Thought: 'Spy. Set up.' I pressed her throat… and she looked at me with such… innocent eyes. I…"
He jabbed a finger at the hologram – at Echo's glassy eyes under Omega-Iso.
"In the G-Wing…" - His voice broke. - "…I broke her. Physically. Psychologically. I saw the light die in her eyes… and called it 'survival training'." - He looked directly at Iso. - "You came then. I remember your look. You knew. That I'd crossed the line. That I…"
Iso didn't look away. Nodded. Curtly. Sharply. Confirmation.
Yoru turned to Brimstone. His eyes burned not with the fire of hatred, but with the dark of realized guilt:
"I will go. Not for redemption. There is none for deeds like these. For duty." - He looked at the hologram of Japan – mountains, temples, sakura.
"I will guide her along quiet paths. Give her what I stole in the G-Wing: the sense that the one behind her isn't an enemy. Silence. If my step makes her flinch – I'll guard from a kilometer away. If my face brings fear – I'll wear a mask. But the sakura bloom… it must be peace for her. I will be the shield of that peace. A word of shadows."
Brimstone sighed heavily. He saw in Yoru's eyes what sensors couldn't record: a deep fracture. The bitterness of revelation. Cell #9 had become a mirror where the Japanese agent saw his own reflection – and recoiled.
"Agreed. Yoru – on the team. But remember: your shadow is a shield only. Not a step towards her without her silent consent. Not a sound unless spoken to. Break this – you come home. Permanently."
Yoru nodded. Silently. Becoming the impassive shadow once more. But now – a shadow that knew the price of the light it once tried to snuff out. The road to Japan wasn't just mission protection for him. It was a path to a final line: to become silence, not thunder. Earth, not storm. Sakura, not steel.

[ henry cavill, ambisexual, cis queer + he/him, interdimensional energy gateway ] thomas tyler is a neutral good agent of pandora selected for their decoration as a military strategist and tactician and underwent the top-secret mutation process. to the rest of the world, the forty-five years old originally from anchorage, alaska is deceased or missing. however, in atlantis, they are now known as solaris of pride after developing the ability to store and utilize ambient energy from an unknown source at a cellular level to enhance physical conditioning and/or release this energy through powerful ruby-red optic blasts of varying degrees. the agent has been with pandora for twenty years and is trusted for being valiant & vigilant, but once reprimanded for being blunt & broody.

THE BREAKDOWN
CALLSIGN: Solaris MORAL ALIGNMENT: Neutral Good DIVISION: Pride TENURE: 20 years FORMER OCCUPATION: Airforce Pilot HOMETOWN: Anchorage, Alaska AGE: 45 yrs GENDER: Cisgender Queer MARITAL STATUS: Single SEXUALITY: Ambisexual ROMANTIC: Homoromantic HEIGHT: 6ft 7in (2.01m) ARCHETYPE: Muscular HAIR COLOR: Brunette HAIRSTYLE: Variable (example of his common style) IRIS COLOR: Red FACIAL HAIR: Variable
CHARACTER NOTE: Solaris has many variations to the polarized ruby quartz lenses which keep him from easily unleashing the energy blast which is housed behind the physical gateway which resonates in the eyes. These lenses override the base energy threshold (or weaker levels) and keep the said energy inside of him. With age, there is promise of greater control but he has yet to full endure the restraint of keeping that much energy at bay. His eyes can appear blue but the energy makes them appear red. MORALITY: (Neutral Good) Not much needs to be said. Thomas will always seek to do what is right for a greater good. Very few moments does he display bias (though they do exist). He tries to keep himself from making rash decisions based on raw emotions but what feels right- even to his own detriment. Bleeding heart? To a point.
WHY PANDORA: Nothing more. Nothing less. Thomas assumed it was just another step in service. Devotion to the end.
MUTATION: Interdimensional Energy Gateway. Solaris' energy source was one assumed to be solar-based, able to draw and store ambient solar radiation inside of him while projecting it through his eyes. Though, the traceable records failed to produce known byproduct. He is capable of withholding a great charge of energy inside of him to achieve extraordinary physical feats or tap into the source of his energy and release it through optical blasts that appear to be ruby-red in hue. These concussive projections pack enough kinetic energy to blast through stone, break bones, and rend metal. With the aid of his visor, he can fine tune these blasts into narrow beams or unleash a powerful blast.
DIVISION SKILLS: Battlefield Endurance and Brute Force EXPERTISE IN: Marksmanship PROFICIENT AT: Acrobatics & Evasion, Athletics, Close Combat Mastery, Perception, and Tactical Foresight SUBSTANDARD AT: Hacking & Cyber Warfare and Languages

heterotrophic (depend on other organisms for food)
include zooflagellates
amoeba - one of the simplest known protozoans
consists of a nucleus and all other cellular parts present in a eukaryotic cell
crawls using pseudopodia (false feet)
powered by a protein called actin
eats tiny food particles
amoebiasis/amoebic dysentery - usually acquired in crowded and unsanitary areas
funguslike or slime molds
saprophytic (derive food and energy by breaking down dead organic matter)

fungi
includes wide variety of species
four major groups of fungi:
zygomycetes
rapid growers in soil/dead plants
asomycetes
parasitic and takes over their brains
basidiomycetes
spores develop in basidia
chytridiomycetes
live in soil, fresh water, and saline estuaries
found in dark, moist and humid environments
have eukaryotic cells with chitin cell walls
lack chlorophyll and procures food from other sources
some fungi obtain nutrients through parasitism
a few fungi are unicellular, most are multicellular
hyphae - threadlike filaments present in some species of fungi
elongated, tubular, and have branching filaments from the mycelium
the hyphae of the mycelium secrete enzymes that digest the food
horizontal hyphae grow across the surface of moldy food, making it appear moldy
rhizoids grows into the food
molds can reproduce asexually by growing vertical hyphae, where sporangium disperse individual spores that can develop into a new mycelium
other parts include:
cap - top part of the mushroom that protects the gills and spores
gills - found on the underside of the cap where the special structures called basidia are found
basidia - found on the gills, microscoping club-shaped reproductive structures that bear spores
stalk/stipe - supports the cap
annulus - ringlike structure along the stipe
mycelium - a mass of branching hyphae below the soil or growth medium that absorbs nutrients

What is the difference between LoRa and LoRaWAN?
Introduction:
LoRaWAN serves as the communication protocol connecting the LoRa signal (which carries sensor data) to the respective application(s). To simplify, think of LoRa as the radio signal transporting the data, while LoRaWAN acts as the governing framework that dictates how this data travels and communicates within the network.

What is LoRa?
LoRa, short for Long Range, is a wireless technology known for its extended range and energy-efficient characteristics. It operates within unlicensed wireless frequencies, similar to how Wi-Fi utilizes the unregulated 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. The specific frequency employed by LoRa varies depending on the geographic location of the deployment. For instance, in North America, LoRa operates in the 915 MHz band, while in Europe, it utilizes the 868 MHz band and in India it is 865 MHz to 867 MHz.
It is crucial to be aware of the legally permitted frequencies for LoRa deployments in each respective location. In terms of its communication range, LoRa can transmit data up to a distance of 10 kilometers in ideal conditions with a clear line of sight.
Low Power Wide Area (LPWA) technology can be categorized into two main types. On one hand, there's cellular LPWA, which utilizes mobile networks. Examples of cellular LPWA technologies include Narrowband IoT (NB-IoT) and Long Term Machine Type Communications (LTE-M). On the other hand, there's non-cellular LPWA like LoRa, which disseminates data by dividing it into encoded packets and transmitting them across various frequency channels and data rates.
What is LoRaWAN?
LoRaWAN is a network protocol that serves as the bridge between the LoRa signal, which carries sensor data, and the applications that use this data. In simpler terms, LoRa represents the radio signal responsible for transmitting the data, while LoRaWAN is the communication protocol that manages and defines how this data is transmitted across the network.
LoRaWAN offers several valuable advantages, including low power consumption, extensive coverage range, and cost-effective connectivity for devices that don't require high data transfer speeds. It's an excellent choice when cellular connectivity is too expensive or Wi-Fi coverage is unavailable. Some of the most compelling use cases for LoRaWAN include:
Agriculture: LoRaWAN's long-range capabilities provide reliable connectivity for rural applications where high data transfer rates are not necessary, making it ideal for agricultural applications. LoRaWAN sensors for agriculture are used for cattle management, soli monitoring, and temperature monitoring.
Asset Tracking and Logistics: LoRaWAN supports cost-effective location tracking of assets, with optimized battery life, making it a practical choice for asset management and logistics.
Smart Metering: LoRaWAN's sensors have the ability to reach even in underground utility locations makes it a suitable choice for smart metering applications.
Smart Homes: LoRaWAN can penetrate obstacles like walls and supports battery-powered devices with low data consumption, making it an attractive connectivity option for smart home applications.LoRaWAN sensors for smart homes are used for Air quality monitoring, water quality monitoring, and temperature & humidity monitoring.
Healthcare: The low power consumption, affordability, and reliability of LoRa technology make it suitable for connected health applications. IoT solutions based on LoRa hardware can monitor high-risk patients or systems around the clock, ensuring comprehensive health and medical safety management.LoRaWAN Gateways and sensors enhance production practices, enable efficient tracking and monitoring of shipments, and facilitate the development of cutting-edge medications.
Industrial Applications: LoRa-enabled devices and sensors play a crucial role in the transformation of industrial IoT operations like mentioned above. They digitize legacy processes and equipment, leading to increased profits, lower costs, and enhanced efficiency. These devices provide real-time data for predictive maintenance, machine health monitoring, reduced downtime, and more.
