Four in my mind listens to all flavours of Dad Rock. He will talk your ear off about steely dan or the eagles.

Dilani is the weirdo and has no actual interest in music but still enjoys auditory things. they only listen to atmospheric things like rain sounds or cityscape tracks.

Sunny is really eluding me. maybe he's just lame and has no music taste at all... (if anyone has a take, please let me know)

Maz is very euro-pop and top 40 chart music. anything new and in the mainstream is their vibe!

Aimee is very 90s/00s r&b to me. craig david, aaliyah, brandy, faith evans etc etc.

Synopsis - Teenage angst. Any type of teenage angst you want it to be.

Lyric Meaning - Bro is simply traumatized because of his extended isolation and incapacity to ask for help

Subject - Tommy (He talks about Purpled in the song tho)

Synopsis - Technically teenage angst again, but it’s mostly how Tommy struggles to connect with people in general (bro has two friends T-T)

Notable Lyric(s) - “Ain’t that how it’s supposed to be, though it isn’t me”

Lyric Meaning - Tommy isn’t quite authentic, and hasn’t been for a long time, so this aids his disconnect from the world and normal society present throughout the song

Subject - Tommy & Purpled

Synopsis - This is mostly a song about Tommy and Purpled’s shared trauma from before they met, but in the end when it says “the stars welcome him with open arms” etc that’s basically symbolic of their healing ✨❤️together❤️✨ and they hug and stuff yeyyy

Notable Lyric(s) - “Get a load of this monster, he doesn’t know how to communicate. His mind is in a different place, will everybody please give him a little bit of space?”, “Get a load of this train wreck, his hair’s a mess and he doesn’t know who he is yet”
