Okay, so I finally watched the DDBAs1 finale. Was the season, as a whole, good, even great in places? Yes. Am I still salty about the Foggy thing? Also yes. Does it also have the same faults as the comics, namely a re-hashing of themes we already dealt with in the last run/season that should've given way to new character development, and the writing bending over backwards to avoid involving other characters that logically should be involved in the plot by now? Oh definitely, 100%.

But what I'm really incredulous about is the fact that they DID NOT PUT A CONTENT WARNING ON THIS EPISODE EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS BLATANT POLICE BRUTALITY/MURDER ONSCREEN LIKE HUH??????

#no but fr they are just DODGING the fact that Jessica Jones lives in Hell's Kitchen and Luke Cage was running Harlem last we saw him #like Danny not being involved I can forgive last we saw he was running around China with magic guns he's busy that's fair #but Jessica literally LIVES THERE?? Luke versus Fisk would've been a GREAT plot??? hello?????#you do blatant fanservice all the time but not THIS ONE TIME????
