There’s no sleek symmetry here—just narrow walkways, creaky lifts, and bulkheads that feel like they were placed by gut instinct and welding torch.
Despite this, the ship flows with a certain lived-in logic. Key areas are connected by tight corridors, steep stairs, and crawlspaces Soren insists are “maintenance access,” but that I suspect were just shortcuts someone punched through one desperate night.
𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒄𝒐𝒄𝒌𝒑𝒊𝒕
Small, cramped, and cluttered—but unmistakably alive, the cockpit of The Clementine feels more like the nerve center of a smuggler's soul than the bridge of a ship. The walls are lined with wires that twist like veins, bundled and knotted in places where quick fixes became permanent solutions. There’s an intimacy to the chaos here—every dial, every flickering switch, every scorch-marked panel tells a story of panic, brilliance, and survival.
Pilot Seat: A soft, old leather chair that’s clearly seen better decades. Cracks spider along the arms, but someone (Soren) has patched them carefully with dark tape and faded stitching. The padding’s worn into his shape—no one else ever feels quite comfortable sitting there.
Controls: The controls are a frankensteined mess of retrofitted modules—flight sticks from a racing skiff, an ancient throttle lever with a piece of ribbon tied around it for “luck,” and a nav panel that’s half-digital, half hand-labeled switches. Zia once called it “beautifully stupid.” Soren agreed.
Canopy: The forward viewport is broad but scuffed, marked by fine micro-scratches from years of travel through space dust and debris. A faint yellowish tint gives everything a warm, distorted hue. There’s a manual shutter—repurposed plating—that can be pulled down if the system’s sunshield fails again. (It has. Often.)

I’ve also added a small suction-cup planter to the top of the instrument panel. It now contains a leafy green sprout that Soren complains about and absolutely has not removed.
Atmosphere: It smells like old coffee, coolant, and static. The air’s dry here, thinner than the rest of the ship—it’s the first place to lose heat when systems drop.
Noise: The hum of the engines feels louder here. Like a heartbeat in the walls. When everything’s running smooth, there’s a low vibration in the seat and a whistle in the metal. Soren swears he can feel if something’s off just by the pitch of the background noise alone.
𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒆 𝒓𝒐𝒐𝒎
It’s less a room and more a mechanical cathedral—narrow, vertical, and filled with noise. This is where the Clementine breathes hardest, where the deck vibrates underfoot and the walls sweat heat. You don’t come in here for quiet. You come in with tools, with burns, with curses already forming on your tongue.

Main Drive: The tri-core fusion engine squats at the room’s center like a sleeping beast, wrapped in coolant lines and wrapped in makeshift thermal shielding. When it’s active, it pulses with a low, teeth-rattling thrum. When it surges? Everyone feels it in their bones.
Power Coupling Array: Custom-built from at least four incompatible systems. It buzzes when the shields are online. It screams when cloaking mode is activated.
Fuel Converter: Loud. Unstable. Deeply resents being looked at. I once offered it tea as a joke. It ran better for three days.
Lighting: Harsh and glaring—white strips bolted to ceiling struts. Half the room flickers ominously whenever the ship’s shielding comes online. One corner has been permanently lit with a red diagnostic lamp, which Soren hasn’t fixed “because it makes it feel dramatic.”
Noise: Constant. Roaring when in full burn, growling in idle. You have to shout to be heard. The pressure gauge hisses like a snake. Somewhere, something always clicks.
Equipment and Tools:
Tool Wall: A pegboard of tools hangs near the primary console—everything from plasma welders to spanner wrenches to a hammer labeled “Persuader.”
Console Array: An overloaded panel bolted against the wall with a cracked screen, analog dials, and a diagnostic readout that displays in a language no one speaks fluently. Soren has it memorized. Jax thinks it’s cursed.
Coolant Bay: Three tanks of stabilizing coolant, color-coded and violently reactive if mixed. Each is marked with warning tape. One has a handwritten sign reading “Touch this and explode. Seriously.”
Maintenance Hatch: A low-sealed crawlspace that runs beneath the floor and provides access to the stabilizer conduit. Dark. Greasy. Definitely haunted.
Storage and Parts:
Crates line one wall filled with spare fuses, worn-out coils, half-salvaged capacitors, and one mystery box labeled “DO NOT OPEN (SOREN).”
A spare engine belt hangs like a trophy above the main workstation. It’s burnt through. No one knows why he kept it.
Safety Features (Such As They Are):
One fire extinguisher. Oversized. Painted with a smiley face.
One emergency oxygen mask duct-taped to the wall.
A “safety checklist” written on the back of a ration box, held in place with chewing gum. It says things like: “1. Wear gloves.” “2. Don’t die.” “3. If it sparks, walk away.”
Use: The engine room is Soren’s sanctum, grease-stained and echoing. This is where he comes to think. To fix. To feel in control. It’s also where he inevitably spends most of his maintenance hours—grease-streaked, shirt half-off, cursing softly and arguing with the ship like it’s listening. I on the other hand, am banned unless I'm bringing water or a wrench (there have been incidents).
𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒄𝒂𝒓𝒈𝒐 𝒉𝒐𝒍𝒅
This is the belly of The Clementine—wide, echoing, and forever on the edge of organized disaster. Originally designed for transport freight, the hold has long since been reconfigured into a multi-purpose zone of crates, gear, hidden stashes, and barely legal salvage. It's a place where gravity plating hums a little unevenly and everything smells faintly of ionized air, engine heat, and duct tape.
Layout: A double-level bay with a grated catwalk running around the perimeter of the upper tier. The lower deck is open floor space, though cluttered with crates, gear lockers, portable machinery, and the occasional tarped-over mystery. There's a cargo lift embedded in the center floor—a vertical platform that groans ominously but still works. Mostly.
Lighting: Stark white strips along the ceiling, though half are cracked or flicker. I’ve hung a few low-glow lanterns to keep it from feeling like a morgue. There’s a motion-activated spotlight in one corner that always turns on five seconds after you trip over something.
Gravity: Slightly patchy. The plating was rewired after a major retrofit, and there’s a half-second lag in the rear quadrant that makes everything feel floaty.
Temperature: Colder than the rest of the ship—close to the outer hull. It’s where breath fogs and hands go numb first.
Sounds: The distant hum of engines filters in through the bulkheads, creaks when someone walks above, the occasional sharp clang when a crate shifts unprompted, Soren swearing while trying to find that one fuse coupler he just saw yesterday.
Smell: Oil, metal, ozone, and something faintly herbal from when my crates of plant cuttings overflowed during a rough landing.

Hazard Cabinets: Lock-sealed wall units containing spare fuel cells, plasma cartridges, and explosive charges. Brightly marked. Slightly scorched.
Smuggler’s Hold: A retractable floor panel beneath the largest crate opens to reveal a narrow sub-deck chamber, reinforced and scan-shielded. Its contents rotate depending on the job—but it always has a few bars of emergency trade metal and at least one crate of forged IDs.
Work Corner: A stack of mech parts, disconnected power couplings, and a folded tarp Soren swears is useful. It is not. He will not throw it away.
Mystery Zone: One long crate, bolted shut, with no label and no key. No one remembers when it got there. Soren keeps saying he’ll open it “eventually.”
Use:
Primary Function: Freight. Salvage. Contraband. Spare ship parts.
Secondary Function: Impromptu training area, heated argument space, and occasional “go cool off before someone throws a punch” zone.
Details and Personal Touches:
A target practice dummy half-hidden behind engine parts, riddled with blast holes.
A permanent dent in the wall from “that time with the anti-grav sled.”
A string of old festival lights nailed across a support beam. I found them in a crate. Somehow they’re still up.
A magnetic poetry piece stuck to a crate: “run fast / stay sharp / come home.”
𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒂𝒊𝒓𝒍𝒐𝒄𝒌 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒎𝒃𝒆𝒓
This is not a glamorous room. It's not clean, not quiet, and not meant for lingering. The airlock chamber is where boots hit metal, where seals hiss open, and where deals either begin or go catastrophically wrong. It’s one of the most frequently used spaces on The Clementine, but also one of the least comfortable—on purpose.
Soren likes it that way. “If you feel at home here, we’ve got bigger problems.”
Location: Portside midship, just off the cargo hold and near the secondary system bay. Technically it can accommodate two docked connections, but only one clamp is functional at any given time. The second is held together by a prayer, a broken crowbar, and three feet of synth tape.
Layout: A compact rectangular chamber just off the cargo hold, located along the ship’s port side. Two key sections: the external docking interface (a heavy, reinforced circular hatch for hard-docking with other ships or stations), and the internal airlock seal, which connects to the inner pressure bulkhead. One narrow wall houses EVA gear. The opposite wall has been turned into an unofficial prep station—think tool crates, a grimy bench, and a locker labeled “Grab n’ Go.”
Atmospheric Controls: Half-decent, thanks to Soren constantly re-tuning the filters. Still prone to overcorrecting—sometimes it pumps in extra oxygen, other times the pressure drops juuuust enough to give everyone a headache.
Decon System: Spray nozzles mounted to the ceiling. Technically decontaminates incoming personnel and cargo. Actually just blasts you with something vaguely citrus-scented and uncomfortably wet.
Lighting: Harsh white, but flickering. I've tried to string up a few yellow safety lights around the paneling. It helped. Somewhat.
Gravity: Slightly lighter than ship-normal to ease loading/unloading. It gives the chamber an eerie floaty feel, especially when tired or injured.
Airlock Mechanism:
Inner Door: Manual override handle, reinforced blast frame. You have to yank it sometimes. The auto-seal engages with a shudder and a hiss. It’s always too loud.
Outer Hatch: A pressure-rated iris valve—scorched around the edges from a docking misfire two years ago. The locking clamps still work, but sometimes groan like an old beast trying to stand.
Cycling Process: 18-second pressure equalization. Always feels longer when you're bleeding, sweating, or trying to board under fire.
Equipment:
EVA Suits: Four full suits (patched, mismatched, and one held together with thermal tape). Jax's added little tags to label them by height.
Mag Boots: Four pairs. Only three work properly. One is clearly labeled “Do Not Use Unless You Want To Die.”

A tally scrawled onto the bulkhead labeled “Landings Without Crashing.” It resets often.
A single glove wedged into the ceiling vent. No one can reach it. It’s been there for years.
Someone's added a small sign above the door that reads: “You are now leaving Safe Zone: good luck, don’t die.”
Someone etched “Home Sweet Metal Deathtrap” into the inner hatch rim. It might’ve been Soren. Zia's handwriting corrected the grammar.

GANGLE:
i feel like they would have opposite approaches. gangle would remain quiet and leave things open for you to speak up about whatever is bothering you. or to speak up about things to distract you and feel better. gangle doesnt talk much, and she's more than happy to let you fill the silence with your voice... she drags you to her room, which i feel is already a calming and comforting place in general; not too loud or cluttered with decoration, lights arent too bright... actually i can see gangle having a room lit up with fairy lights or something similar... basically its one of the few places of the digital circus that arent insanely overstimulating, so thats gonna be good for you if thats something you need
KINGER:
kinger on the other hand is the opposite, he talks to you in order to keep your mind off of the issue. however if you want to talk about it and face it head on hes going to face it with you. lets you fiddle with the fluff of his coat if you need something to fidget with. pillow fort, obviously. i like to think that it can block out the noise of the digital circus for the most part, both because barricade but also i can see it blocking out more than it can realistically block... at least sound and light wise. so like gangles room, its another safe spot that isnt too overwhelming for you! generally very soothing, i think, like when he really needs to i think he can be good at comforting people. asks if you want comfort or solutions, and will see to it that you get whatever you require

I thought this one would be just another developer of mobile game that use The Sims 4 contents in its (fake) ads to fraud users by making people belive it is its game, when it has a completely different gameplay.
Unfortunately, Room Makover by FlyBird Casual Games is much more than this.
Room Makover has plenty of false ads. This time I actually tried the game, because the pictures and videos on Google Play were cute and I decided to give it a try.
I was so naive. Happens that the whole page on Google Play is full of fake contents.
It's just one of those mobile games in which you have to match and remove nails. Every time you pass a level, you will rewarded with bills that you can use to unlock part of a building under "makeover". You have just three option for every part of the building or the room to choose between.
There is nothing creative. Not actual building or cluttering rooms or decoring.
As, always, since I'm a curious little bitch, I decided to dig further into this FlyBird Casual Game and... Oh. God. Their site looks even less legit than LUCKY FORTUNE GAMES' one!
It is just a void page. There is nothing here. NOTHING. The only two working section are the privacy and conditions of use, in which they try to convince you that they didn't have any liability for damages or fraud committed.
The privacy one is curious, because mentions this Commissioner's Office in UK and a long list of partners. Both for ads and for data collection, which is hugely uncommon for this kind of games.
Sooooo... In this magical list of apps, I noticed a few tech nightmares, which I will explain briefly here:
Aarki is an AI company that builds advertising solutions to drive mobile revenue growth. Traslated from bullshit: they use AI to generate fake ads and sells it to shady corps.
Blind Ferret is the big deal here! Not only gave you digital marketing solutions, data collection and analytics, but also pays influencers and product placement on social media to promote the game and, hear me out, CREATE fake ads too! It's literally written in their site: "Our Creative Services don’t just make things look pretty. Our team uses data to guide us! How do we make brands shine? By turning the arts into a numbers game with top-performing creative content." This include: Graphic Design, Illustration, 2D Animation, Video Editing and Composition, Copywriting and conceptualizing.
InMobi is a big Corp that does native advertising, which means promoted contents, collabs with influencers, etc.
Ironsource. This one is a fucking cancer. IronSource Ltd. is an Israeli software company that focuses on developing technologies for app monetization and distribution, with its core production focused on the app economy. That would sound harmless, but Samsung use it in its budget and midrange smartphone to install multiple third-party apps during the set-up process. This platform slips bloatware on the pretext of recommended apps, leading to apps clutter and reduction in on-board storage space. The only purpose it exists on Samsung phones is to download games without your consent with no way to remove it (no app installed).
Mintegral is another fucking tech nightmare. Not only poses serious threats to your privacy and datas, but also uses malicious codes to spy your activity and when you seem intentioned to install a mobile app, Mintegral’s software would then fire off fake clicks on non-existent ads to claim credit for the install and essentially collect a bounty from app publishers who pay ad networks to promote their apps.
Mistplay is one of those "play to earn bucks" that I find very very dangerous. Because YOUR data are their revenue.
Tapjoy does monetization of ads and also surveys, that force users to download one from a long list of games, download it and playing for hours or since it is gained some in-game prize. This surveys are rewarded with credits and user can spend on the mobile game they actually want to play. Tapjoy has a huge market among IMVU users, who need credits to buy piece of clothing and accessories for their avi.
The other apps do mobile app marketing, using data collection that allow shady corps to target more gullable and naive people to scam. Plus they do also monetization surveys to earn money and at the same time forcefully grow the engagement of this shady corps.



Obviously, there is no user support mail listed in their Google Play page, but at least this has a contact mail listed on their website: [email protected]

My solution to a creative block caused my doom scrolling and brain rot.
My mind is like a vast thrift store that practices the most unconventional organizational system. My thoughts are hidden gems hidden among the clutter, just have to sift through and boom gold.
Currently, I am dragging myself from the deepest creative pit of my life but I see a small light at the end of the tunnel, so Ill will work with what I got. My small-step real solution after getting timers and moving your apps around was to get addicted to my laptop instead of my phone. Pulling out my laptop caused me to have more intentional brain rot instead of watching hours of minute-long videos. This solution has spiraled into an overwhelming obsession to write and create in mediums I haven't touched in years. I've always had a love to create art, start projects, and document the processes. This new obsession has manifested into me reading Fanfiction I haven't read since 2016, building a DnD campaign for my friends that has the most interactive lore I have ever attempted to make, and writing about my favorite songs and albums of my dad. I've also had urges to start a video diary/longer form sit-down content idk. I'm just happy to feel inspired for the first time in a long time and I'm going to chase every spark I get.
Long story short Welcome to where most of my rants will be housed. Hopefully this will turn into a digital diary/sketchbook for me. And this is a sign to start treating your laptop like your best friend. You are a girl in the early to mid-2010s addicted to blogs and writing about whatever calls her lol.
