With the help of automated rollers, the car begins to move forward on the conveyor track.
·         Over passing through a several points with sensors and infrared beams, the vehicle’s size is measured in all aspects, including shape, length, height and curvature. This helps in accurately cleaning the vehicle with perfection using Digital Control System (DCS) in the automated version where it adjusts the entire procedure accordingly.
·         As the vehicle gets measured with the eye scan and the procedure is devised, the vehicle will be given a bath through several nozzles using pre-soak which typically wets the car using water and detergent solution
·         The vehicle will also be sprayed underneath using solutions that help in removing stubborn dirt, grime and give brightness to the tire with high intensity nozzles called tire applicators that are situated on the floor.
