I just beat birth by sleep and the funniest thing is me being so hopelessly face blind that when vanitas took the mask off, I was like "ah yes black haired ven I suspected something like this" and my dear partner had to be like "hun that's sora" and it wasn't until then that the confused screaming kicked in

#I played 2 before this and I had to genuinely ask whether roxas and sora had the same or different faces #because I differentiate people primarily by hair and outfits #so when you change one of those things I'm entirely lost lol #especially with anime characters they all look exactly the same anyways #even without nomura being obsessed with riku's character design enough to make 20 of him #saix's hair changes in hue slightly throughout kh2 and I thought he was a different person every time #I played ven's route last for context of why this is coming up only after I've beat the game #kh #sora #ven #vanitas #mine
