(Name) Was proud of his sons, the three teens always making them proud and doing the best they could while being kind young alphas.

"I swear if I see one more courting letter I'm gonna scream" (name) grumbled as he and sephiroth retired for the night, the Alpha letting (name) put his very long hair in a thigh high sock for the night as the silver haired man sat on (name)s vanity stool "they're 15! They can't even drive let alone worry about marriage and mating marks" (name) huffed as sephiroth turned to pull (name) into his lap, kissing (name)s scent gland as he rubbed his sides "don't worry to much my love, I'll make sure it's all handled"

(Name) Grumbled but let his husband lift him and carry him to bed, the Alpha wearing silk pajama pants and (name) wearing the alphas top and a pair of loose shorts from when they were in highschool. Sephiroth crawled on top of him and kissed him sweetly "I just-- they're already at the age where people ask for courting! Well people did when they were little but now it's even worse!" (Name) Whined as sephiroth rumbled and pumped soothing pharamones "I'm not ready for it to be an empty nest..." (Name)s voice was watery and sephiroth calmed him "what do you want me to do?" Sephiroth asked earnestly to his mate who shrugged "... Would it be selfish to want another pup?"

"You want another baby?" Sephiroth asked calmly and (name) nodded, the Alpha smiling softly and kissing him "guess it's time for you to get off the pill then"

Come morning (name) was far chipper with a slight limp and sephiroth was like a new man as the Alpha made breakfast, his mate sipping (drink) as he went through the mail that their housekeeper brought in for them, organizing them by person "good morning..." Loz grumbled as he plopped on the chair at the kitchen island, breakfasts were spent in the kitchen after all.

"Good morning, pup" (name) said softly as he handed the teen a few letters and Loz sleepily opened them as the other two wandered in and got their stacks of letters "ew..." Loz read the letter in disgust and (name) looked confused "the Sato family is telling me how their Omega is untouched and pure"

"She absolutely is not" Yazoo said back as he ate the breakfast their sure made them, (name) getting the mail back and reading them one by one angrily and sephiroth wanted to pull his hair out, having just gotten (name) calm and content "most of these are courting letters!" He seethed and the teens were also tired of it "I'll handle it" sephiroth said simply and the other four knee what that meant.

The following weeks, the courting letters dwindled and (name) wasn't sure what sephiroth did but it worked as the Omega prepared his nest, his sons staying at their uncles for the week and sephiroth would just smile at the Omega when (name) asked about it.

Well, whatever he did worked.

Hey, hi, hello. I'm Elsa, if the title didn't give it away. If the title also didn't give it away, I'm doing writing commissions! Because I am broke. If it puts your fears at ease, I'm not a newbie to this; I've been a professional ghostwriter for years, to the tune of well over 800,000 words.

PRICING:

$0.03 per word.

So, 500 words would be $15.

You give me a ballpark of the length you want. So, if you’re willing to spend between $20 and $25, the story will be between 666 and 833 words.

I’ll round down to the nearest $0.10. So if the finished product is 526 words, I’ll report it as being $15.70, rather than $15.78.

I take payments through Paypal or Venmo.

GUIDELINES:

500-word minimum

You don’t need to supply a full outline, but you do need to have some idea of what you want to happen in the story. The longer the story, the more detail I’ll need. If you just want, like, 500 words, then 'X and Y cuddling’ will suffice, but if you want 5,000 words, I’ll need more to go off of than that.

I will write about your OCs, as long as you can provide info on them. This includes fully original, non-fanfiction works.

That said, I will also write fanfic, as long as I know the source material well enough (list provided below).

I will write smut, just double-check any kinks you want first. (I won’t write any involving bodily fluids, poop, vore, or feet, sorry.)

If I’m super uncomfy with the subject matter, I’ll turn down the commission, if only because it would be a really badly written end product.

Sorry, but I won't write self-insert or reader-insert fic.

PART 1 RECAP

Concerned, you follow Itadori's gaze and affix your eyes on the celestial being for the first time. For some odd reason, just like Itadori, you cannot seem to look away, not out of fear of seeing a ghoul for the first time, but because it was actually... beautiful, ethereal even. It looked nothing like how ghouls were portrayed in the books. The ghoul seemed so human-like, you questioned if your discernment was telling you the truth, but you knew you weren't mistaken once it launched at you with a bloodthirsty look in its eyes...

'Y/N! WATCH OUT!' Itadori cries out, mortified of what would happen to you if the ghoul came any closer. 

Equally as terrified as Itadori, you slam your eyes shut, drop the Dao blade you were holding, and prepare yourself for the worst. At best, you could make it out alive... at worst, [insert date] would be written on your tombstone. 

You quiver in fear and dread, your knees buckle inwards, your hands sweat profusely. The ghoul's footsteps grow exponentially louder, his portentous aura almost suffocating you. You knew your time had come. You wait in anticipation and hold your breath as the ghoul does.... 

nothing? 

Confused, you hesitantly open your eyes to make sense of why you are still alive. To your astonishment, you lock eyes with the ghoul who is standing right in front of you, almost looking like he has no intention of harming you. Taking complete advantage of the situation, you instantly turn on her heel and start running away.

'ITADORI!' You cry out, not daring to look back. 'WE'RE GETTING OUT OF HERE!' 

Itadori hastily follows suit, catching one last glimpse of the ghoul before you both flee the mansion. 

'Oh God..' You repeatedly mutter under your breath, ensuring the ghoul hadn't followed you outside the mansion. 

'What the hell...' Itadori whispers, his mouth gaping open. 'There's no way we just encountered a ghoul...' 

'I know...' You barely manage to make out between heavy breaths. 'I'm just relieved we were able to make it back in one piece...' 

'Same here' Itadori adds, sighing and facing upwards. 'I thought I would never get to see the light of day again!' 

You gleam at how laid back Itadori is, even after a life-or-death situation. 'Thank God we're still alive. Now let's go back home. That's enough spirit hunting for one day.' 

'Man..' Itadori sighs. 'We didn't even get any gains this time.' 

'I know, I know.' You groan, also feeling an underlying sense of defeat. 'But I'd rather walk away with our lives rather than more kills.'

'I wouldn't mind both.' Itadori grins, nudging your arm. 'Anyways I'm gonna head home this way, see ya tomorrow!'

'See ya, Itadori.' 

You wave Itadori goodbye and head your separate ways. Thankfully you didn't live too far away from the mansion - all you needed were your headphones and the right song and you would be home in under 15 minutes. On your journey back, you ran today's events over and over in your mind, barely able to get past the fact that you ran into a ghoul and made it out alive. It all seemed so surreal, you had to imagine how you would have handled the situation if you were a qualified sorcerer. Soon enough, your fantasy was cut short once you realised that you had finally reached home. 

Exhausted by today's unexpected happenings, you reluctantly dragged yourself up the stairs, even forgetting to leave your shoes at the doorstep. Eventually, you reached your bed and instantly flopped onto it, and simply laid there, almost like you were bed-ridden. 

'Gosh...' You sigh out of relief. 'It's been too long of a day.' 

After lying there for a while, you picked up your phone and scrolled on it for almost an hour before finally deciding to put away your things and head to sleep. As you tidied up your belongings, your heart stopped when you realised it was missing. Frantically, you re-checked your bag, scavenged your pockets and examined your apartment, but to your horror, you found nothing. 

'My Dao blade!' You utter, with a shaky voice. 'Oh my gosh, where could it be..' 

Without another thought, you grabbed your phone and speed dialled Itadori. Whether he was asleep or not didn't matter to you, you had to find it. Your heart beat accelerated with every passing second until you finally heard the other line connect, revealing a hoarse 'Hello?' from Itadori. 

'Itadori!' You almost scream into your mic. 'Have you seen my Dao blade?' 

'Uhhh...' Itadori hums for a minute. 'Nah I haven't sorry. The last time I saw it was back at the mansion.' 

'Damn it..' You curse under your breath. 'I think I left it at the mansion...' 

'BRO WHAT?!' Itadori lets out, aghast. 'What should we do...' 

You remain silent for a while before affirming your decision. 

'I'm going back.' You declare with finality. 

'Are you sure..' Itadori voices his concerns. 'I mean what are you gonna do if you run into the ghoul again...?' 

'I don't know..' You reply, still assured of your previous answer. 'But you know how much that blade means to me - this is like throwing my whole life away!' 

'I know, I know' Itadori chuffs. 'So in that case, I'll go with you. Besides it's just a ghoul, it's not like it's invincible or something!' 

'Omg, you will?! Thank you so much, Itadori!' You almost cry out of gratitude. 

'Of course!' Itadori re-affirms. 'We can count this as extra experience on our ESA application!' 

You laugh at Itadori's remark, deeply in awe of how great of a friend he is. 

'Thank you... but we need a plan..' You admit, not forgetting about the grave danger you almost put yourself in earlier today.  'How can we even counterattack the ghoul...?' 

'Well..' Itadori starts. 'I don't know if this will help the situation but...' 

'But...?' 

'But I did notice that the ghoul only attacked you and not me.' Itadori continues.

'Yeah but how does that help our case?' You ask, slightly confused on where Itadori is heading with this. 

'And he only attacked when you took out your Dao blade.. So maybe...?' 

'Maybe if we don't show signs of attacking he won't attack us?!' You add with enthusiasim. 

'That's what I was thinking!' Itadori exclaims. 'It's a solid theory.. But in the case that it doesn't work...'

'If it doesn't work then we're leaving my Dao blade behind.' You conclude firmly. 

'Are you sure, Y/N' Itadori questions, sounding concerned. 

'Positive.' 

'Alright then!' Itadori cheers. 'We're gonna get that blade back tomorrow during the lunch break. All in favour of embarking on this semi-risky, life-or-death journey say aye!' 

'Aye!' You beam, filled with an equal mix of determination and fear. 'Alright, Itadori I'll let you sleep now. Goodnight and thank you for everything.'

'Sleep tight, Y/N. I'll see ya tomorrow.' 

With that, you closed your eyes softly and drifted off to sleep...

What was the point of Chapter 419 with AFO giving Tomura decay and being involved in his life since he was born, besides generating AFO is behind everything and Kotaro gay affair memes?

I still believe Hori could have pulled this off if he hadn't veered completely off course after 419 because a LOT of Tenko's (and AFO's) arc revolves around the concepts of "identity" and fantasy vs reality (Like, just scratching the surface: AFO attempting to escape from his reality through fantasy, Tenko angrily attempting to pull away the curtain of fantasy and expose the cruel reality of their world. AFO using "reality" as his source of power by claiming its victims for himself, Tenko using "fantasy" as his power by offering those same victims a dream and the promise of an "escape" from their painful reality. "Shigaraki Tomura" as the fictional construct that both AFO and Tenko are attempting to insert themselves into, for both different and similar reasons-- Tenko because he decides to embrace the fact that he killed his family and uses it as evidence that he was "born evil" and "wanted them to die" as a way of explaining his existence. AFO because he wants to escape from the reality that he murdered his brother, while also escaping from the reality of his origin as a helpless infant who no one would look at no matter how much he cried. Blah blah blah etc etc when I say u have to read AFO and Tenko's arcs as a set instead of getting angry at AFO for "inserting himself into Tenko's story," I really do mean it lmao).

Like, MVA aside, Chapter 115 in particular set the tone for Act 2 and HEAVILY foreshadowed what Tenko's arc would end up being about:

(lmao ya'll there is so much evidence in Act 2 that points to the idea that Hori really did want to write a deconstruction of your typical hero story. like, the framing of this panel with Jin angrily turning the TV off when they start talking about "focusing on the positives"????😭I get so sad when I think about the mha we coulda had)

(Side note: Jin was just so so so good as both a character and as a device meant to introduce the reader to MHA's concepts of identity + how a "hero/villain" identities are frequently used as crutches to stop a person from breaking apart under the weight of their trauma

..... which of course makes the fact that Hori rendered his death pointless in the end all the more upsetting :/)

((As an aside: 115 is another shining example of how Hori is definitely a competent writer, bc it manages to set up pretty much the entirety of Act 2 + its themes up in just 15-17 pages-- which is all the more reason why the extremely poor quality of MHA's conclusion is so hard to swallow. I definitely don't believe in blaming the editors/publishers alone for how things turned out, but all the same, I do think there was some executive meddling from behind the scenes bc of how rushed and disjointed the epilogue ended up being. It's not the quality we're used to, not by a long shot, and you can tell as much by reading pretty much any chapter before 423.)) /tangent over

ANYWAY. To me, it ways always pretty obvious that AFO was more or less grooming Tenko to be his perfect ~Demon Lord~ OC-- the idea of treating a real person like a fictional character is something I find pretty terrifying + it's something that further emphasizes MHA's metafiction elements, with Tenko being trapped in a role that was written for someone else. I feel that there was adequate build up to AFO being "the author" behind Shigaraki Tomura, specifically-- and it all seemed to be leading up to a point where Tenko would be encouraged to break free & finally take control of his own story ("I needed to hear those words" -> "Those guys (the villains) need a hero, too" -> "You CAN be a hero" "Uh, whoopsie??" 🥲🥲🥲)

Sadly it ends up amounting to nothing because..... Tenko isn't even allowed to fully process the implications of his birth/life and how this has influenced his actions/beliefs/"dream" before exploding, a core scene between him and Nana gets offscreened, and our MC never even bothers to react to the revelation that Tenko's life was scripted. It renders a HUGE part of Tenko's character arc almost completely pointless because we get no actual resolution/pay off for everything that was set up. Like, so much of the finale + epilogue just feels like Hori was going down a check list of plot points/parallels he wanted to include before putting MHA out of its misery, rather than building up to them naturally-- and it's just sad it had to end this way, bc, well. It didn't HAVE to end this way. Hori had all the ingredients necessary to make something truly wonderful, but he didn't use them.

I don't mind sharing. But yes, I'm fine with those who don't. In the wise words of DOOM Twitter, "you control the buttons you press". I guess the one thing that makes me really uncomfortable is those fake x reader posts where the character in question leaves for someone else? Don't even get me started on the ones that are just bluntly "X leaves you for(insert same gender-character here)/(insert same gender here)". Pardon my french, but it's just super retarded. But I think that's only a problem, with like, one F/O (Yosuke).

Current rates are in three different stages, which you can choose from for the length of your fic. These rates are:

Drabble / 1,000 words = 10USD

Ficlet / 2,000 words = 20USD

Oneshot / 3,000+ = 30USD, additional 5USD for extra 1k words requested

I will not charge extra if I go over the requested and paid amount of words, and I will do my best to meet the paid amount of words.

I'm open and willing to write a lot of things, but there are certain things I find to be a strong point in terms of writing. Of the things I'm most confident in writing, they are:

What Can You Ask for?

From everything established above, here's some suggestions of things you can ask for on the app you sent to my email. You don't have to ask specifically for things like this! However you are more than welcome to if you think one of these is something that you're leaning towards. They are:

A fandom ficlet of your favourite ship in the fandom

An AU oneshot of your favourite fandom, provided you can explain the AU for me

A showcase of your OC, be it in a fanfiction or in a piece of original work to introduce the OC (you're free to use this as you see fit afterwards, provided credit is given)

OC X OC work in either an original setting or fandom setting

A oneshot focused around a headcanon of a specific character or group in a series

OC X Canon / Reader X Canon work focused around a specific prompt

If you follow my work, you're welcome to also request something from those series specifically, maybe even something indulgent or cracky, but I'm not gonna come out and encourage it because it feels very big-headed of me to suggest it lol. But those are some examples of what you can ask for.

Production Time

Depending on the tier and complexity of the commission, the time can range between 2 and 3 weeks. Obviously a higher word count will be on the higher end of the scale, but I will be doing a check-in at the one week mark to let you know the status of the work and let you know if I need more time to work on it.

Payment Method

I only have a paypal, however I also have a ko-fi, so if a paypal doesn't work for you, I can point you to my ko-fi for the amount due and will wait until you send funds to start the commission. If you do have a paypal, though, you can just put your paypal email in the application and I'll invoice you the funds via paypal.

Just a brief request that I'm sure I don't really need to specify, but I'm sure most of you know that I'm a transmasc individual and my paypal still has my deadname attached to it, and due to how uncommon my deadname is, I request no one acknowledge the name itself. Not saying anyone will, just kinda covering my bases with this request since I can understand if anyone gets a little confused seeing the name.

If there's something specific you're looking for, I can point you to some of the fics in particular. For example:

If you're looking for OCs/readers interacting with canon events in a fandom, you can best find that in Doomed to Repeat, Rigor Samsa, my trash OCs series, and Apotheosis.

If you're looking for an AU set in fandom, be it speculative pre- or post-canon, your best bets are Smothered Mate (which is currently in rewriting stages), Runner Ups, and Fate/Atlas.

If you're looking for canon character ships, the best I can offer is Honey and Venom, which unfortunately I haven't had the chance to work on a bit more.

Many fandoms, but my biggest ones are Dragon Age, Marvel and The Witcher.

5). Do you respond to comments? Why or why not?

Yes, even if a bit late.

6). What’s the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

There's a few. From the pain I have been frozen into (I beg to be free) (Stucky - Marvel) has one of the worse falls/endings I've ever written, because the reader discovers they've been misled the entire time. Thou Shall Call Sothoth (Stucky - Marvel) is angsty from start to finish, there's no redemption for any of the characters.

7). What’s the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

Most of my fics end well or hopeful, unless tagged otherwise, so I can't pinpoint one in particular.

8). Do you get hate on fics?

Maybe, but never aimed directly in my face. I used to have a hater comment on my Tony/Bucky fics the second I hit post, very general hate comment, so I think the person just hated the ship but felt compelled to stalk the tag for some reason.

9). Do you write smut?

I'm aroace, of course I do.

10). Do you write crossovers?

Are AUs considered crossovers? If so, then yes.

11). Have you ever had a fic stolen?

Not to my knowledge.

12). Have you ever had a fic translated?

Yes, a few.

13). Have you ever cowritten a fic before?

I used to RP Final Fantasy VII a lot in the past, it never saw the light of FFN.net or AO3 though. I came close to cowrite a few Dragon Age fics, but those never came to fruition.

14). What’s your all-time favorite ship?

I've been in the fandom for too long to only have one favourite ship. It's more like which flavour of a ship do I feel like that day.

15). What’s the WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will?

Ha ha, you're so funny.

16). What are your writing strengths?

Action scenes and dialogues, I feel like I'm really comfortable with. Fight scenes are really like smut when you think about it, only with more blood and weapons (unless that's your kink).

17). What are your writing weaknesses?

Broad environment descriptions. I could never write like J.R.R Tolkien because I don't care what shade of green the trees are, my brain will fill that detail in for me while I'm reading, so I don't care about adding it in. I tend to focus on the current scene's details with the five senses, I like to bring in a feeling of intimacy and tangibility.

18). Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in a fic?

I'm an ESL, I'm literally writing in another language than my own in English. The best way to have a dialogue translated is not to use Google translate, but a website with more credibility, then to have a native speaker double check it when possible.

I wrote this fic, Teardrops Burn, where Bucky spoke about ten different languages because he would fly all over the world for his hitman business. I think that wanting to include a language out of respect and admiration is a good thing. Some people will be pressed by it no matter what, so do what you want.

19). First fandom you wrote for?

Final Fantasy VII. It was a self-insert 17 yo me absolutely in love with Cloud, I think it's still my longest fic to date at around 50k. It no longer exists on the internet.

20). Favorite fic you’ve ever written?

Writers will understand this when I say that sometimes, it's not the fic itself but the behind the scenes of it that feels nostalgic. Of course there's some fics of mine that I enjoy rereading, but each of them remind me of a period of my life, good and bad.

Hello. Oh my god that was a long time ago. I am so fucking impressed you remembered that. ❤️❤️

I love 15, I love everything about it, except the ending. I get it, Noctis dying is very ‘versus’ and I get it. But Final Fantasy the series as a whole is about defying fate. If the bros and Noctis had spent ages trying to fight his fate, and failed. Then atleast that’s a compelling ending. But it didn’t. No one fought, no one tried and Noctis died.

I finished Incompatible before ep Ignis came out. So I conceived of the whole story before the ep Ignis alternative ending. My thought process was about what can I make happen, with just one OC that could cause everyone to fight harder and have Noctis survive.

My idea was to make Ardyn more evil lol.

In Incompatible, Ardyn is the full on reason for Iggys blindness, not just kind of indirectly. I wanted to give Ignis some proper resentment towards him.

In my story, Ardyn kidnaps Prompto when he does in game, but also kidnaps ‘reader’ during the alternate chapter 13. Ardyn makes Noctis choose between the two of them. She begs for Noctis to choose Prom, that she’ll be fine and so he does. The scene in game where Noctis grabs Prom from the crucifixion thing is so damn powerful I had to keep it.

So Prom ends up scarred, but he’s okay. In exchange Ardyn tortures reader. He cuts out her tongue specifically, so she can’t communicate with Ignis. To inflict maximum pain. So we have Ardyn responsible for blinding and muting Noctis’ friends.

I thought this would encourage, the 4 of them, while Noctis is in the crystal, to fight harder to find a way to save him. I hated in game how easily Ignis gave up, when we all know he would never stop fighting for Noct. And then also encourages Noctis, when he comes back in the future, to never give up.

So he ends up surviving and ushering in the dawn.

I wanna add that I have never had an outline for this. It was my idea for how the series ended, but I never planned to write it. So you’re not all missing out on a big fic that I never ended up getting to.

WHAT I'M GOING TO WRITE: NOTE: 1.) I only accept pure one-shots, but I’ll consider inserting one smut part that won’t affect the entire plot. 2.) It could be Idol x M Reader, Idol x F Reader, Idol x Idol, or Member x Member. 3.) 20 Questions for Fic Writers

1. How many works do you have on Ao3? 

18, though I’ve only posted a fraction of my BNHA stuff on there and there’s even some JJK stuff I haven’t posted there yet. 

2. What’s your total Ao3 word count?

217,870. And wow it took me way too long to find that lol. I didn’t even know about the Statistics page! 

3. What fandoms do you write for? 

Currently, Jujutsu Kaisen and Boku no Hero Academia. I wrote for a ton of different fandoms back in my “previous era” I’ll call it lol. I wrote for One Piece, Naruto, Final Fantasy (mostly 7 and 12), Death Note, Gundam Wing, Harry Potter, Durarara!!, and lots of other things (almost all of it featuring non canon ships like Cloud x Yuffie and L x Misa). I’d like to try writing for Bungou Stray Dogs and Demon Slayer at some point. 

4. What are your top five fics by kudos?

5. Do you respond to comments?

I try to! But sometimes if it’s a comment on an older chapter of something I might not or if I got several close together I miss a few and then I’m too embarrassed to go back and respond later. Or if they just comment with an emoticon, I’m not sure how to reply lol. 

6. What is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

In my current era, it’s definitely the Mr. Compress chapter of The Dark Carnival. I have other fics that end badly for Reader but this one felt very tragic to me. 

7. What’s the fic you wrote with the happiest ending? 

Most of mine have pretty happy endings! 

8. Do you get hate on fics? 

Current era, I occasionally get people complaining that certain Readers are wimpy or stupid or whatever. I even had one person on AO3 write out a huge wall of text about how one of my Reader characters was a Mary Sue (they simultaneously complained that she was too weak and useless in a fight but also too perfect). But I tend to shrug off those comments. Readers are supposed to be Mary Sues. They’re literally Reader/Writer self inserts! Part of the appeal of x Reader fanfiction is the fantasy of Reader being an idealized version of yourself. So yeah she can hang out with the League of Villains and be the only girl Dabi has ever liked, or she can be old high school buddies with Gojo and Geto and they’re both crazy about her. It’s all fantasy. 

9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind? 

Yes! And I write pretty much all kinds that don’t involve my three “big no’s” (minors, animals, or scat/pee/vomit). 

10. Do you write crossovers? What’s the craziest one you’ve written? 

Not since I was a kid, writing Sailor Moon/DBZ crossovers lol. 

11. Have you ever had a fic stolen? 

Not in my current era, not that I know of. In my previous era, I wrote a Gundam Wing fanfic that got really popular in the fandom and was ripped off twice. Not exactly copied word for word, but very close in both cases. They basically changed the wording around a bit but kept the entire plot the same (and it was a very unique AU with a big, sprawling plot). 

12. Have you ever had a fic translated? 

Not that I know of!

13. Have you ever co-written a fic before? 

Like 20+ years ago a friend and I were co-writing a very fucked up DBZ fanfic together. It was actually pretty good, but it was unfortunately lost to time. I’d give anything to find it and be able to read it again, but she’s the one who was posting it and she deleted her account a few years later. 

14. What’s your all time favorite ship? 

I’m just gonna go with my current fave ships of my two main fandoms: BNHA (Spinneraki) and JJK (SatoSugu). 

15. What’s a WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will? 

Probably The League of Villains Heroes. I love it dearly but it gets practically no notes so I have little motivation to keep working on it. 

16. What are your writing strengths? 

I’ve always felt like dialogue is my strong point. Probably because, until I was up into my 20’s, I rarely read actual books and almost exclusively read comics/manga (which tend to be dialogue heavy). I think I’m pretty decent with plotting as well. 

17. What are your writing weaknesses? 

Descriptions! 😩 I am so bad at describing things. Or rather, I’m bad to just… not do it. I literally forget to. I’ve had friends read my work and be like “what does this place look like?” Or “what does that guy look like?” And I can see it all so clearly in my head that I forget readers can’t see it as well. 

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic? 

I sometimes toss in some honorifics just because it seems weird to have certain characters not use them. Other than that, I try to avoid throwing in random Japanese (the only other language I would even consider using, just because these are Japanese characters). I did have Sukuna say his famous “Gambare, gambare” line once but it’s just too iconic! 

19. First fandom you wrote for? 

First I wrote for: Sailor Moon. First I actually posted a fic online for: Dragon Ball Z. 

20. Favourite fic you’ve written? 

I’m going to pick one from each fandom, only among completed fics.

Hey, hi, hello! I'm Elsa and my usual freelancing contracts are (still) being flaky assholes, so I'm extending branches in other directions!

I’ve been informed that I’m a fairly good writer, and I’ve done writing commissions in the past, so I figure I may as well see if it helps! You can check my writeblr tag, my (very tiny) ghostwriting portfolio, or my AO3 account for examples of my writing.

PRICING:

$0.03 per word.

So, 500 words would be $15.

You give me a ballpark of the length you want. So, if you’re willing to spend between $20 and $25, the story will be between 666 and 833 words.

I’ll round down to the nearest $0.10. So if the finished product is 526 words, I’ll report it as being $15.70, rather than $15.78.

I take payments through Paypal or Venmo.

GUIDELINES:

500-word minimum

You don’t need to supply a full outline, but you do need to have some idea of what you want to happen in the story. The longer the story, the more detail I’ll need. If you just want, like, 500 words, then 'X and Y cuddling’ will suffice, but if you want 5,000 words, I’ll need more to go off of than that.

I will write about your OCs, as long as you can provide info on them.

I will write fanfic, as long as I know the source material well enough (list provided below).

The academic season has arrived and staying alive is expensive. That means I'm opening up limitless commissions for fics and headcanon lists. Everything you need to know is below the cut, but I'll start with fandoms first.

pricing

Price is dependent on word count. All works are priced in USD, through Paypal invoices. The minimum is 750 words for $15. I have no word maximum, but be warned the price jumps after 5k-6k words. The following list is an adequate example of my pricing, but there are exceptions.

2000 words = $35

3000 = $45

5000 = $85

7000 = $150

Additionally, you can also commission me to continue a chaptered work. Chaptered fics tend to be much longer on average, so the price will depend on which fic you want continued.

If you want me to write your OC instead of a reader insert, you need to provide me with ample detail about their appearance, personality etc. I charge an additional $15 fee for writing OCs.

do's & don't's

I am willing to write on a variety of subjects and themes. Dark themes including drugs, alcohol, dubious consent, noncon, age gaps (as long as the younger party is not a minor), etc. If you have something you're unsure of, ask me and I will not judge.

I will not write anything to have to do with waste, gas, feet, vore, gore, mutilation, intense physical abuse, necrophilia, pedophilia or bestiality. I also do not write smut of characters who are minors. The themes I enjoy the most and have the most experience with can be found HERE. I reserve the right to turn down any commission I am not comfortable taking.

timing & expectations

Commissions, depending on length and complexity, can take anywhere from two weeks to five months to complete. Shorter commissions will naturally take much less time. I will link you the google doc where I am working on the fic so you can view updates in real time. After your fic is completed, I'll send you a PDF version via email so you can have it forever!

Weekly Reading Update (04/15/24)

Reviews and thoughts under the cut

The Buried and the Bound by Rochelle Hassan (8/10)

This was a quick reread since I'm going to be reading The Summer Queen, the sequel, and I actually liked this one more the second time around! It has a sort of casual interaction with the fantastical that I love, and Aziza, Leo, and Tristan are all great characters with unique ties to each other. There are some points where I think things are just a little too convenient or rushed, but those mostly happen early on and the plot is cohesive and strong for the rest of the book.

House of Crimson Hearts by Ruby Roe (3/10, DNF @ 50%, 18+)

As I've mentioned, I was excited for this one since sapphic fantasy romances are few and far between. Unfortunately, this book was just a mess. The main characters have wildly inconsistent characterization, and it's so obvious the author wrote in certain worldbuilding elements to make them have sex without working out their issues and hatred for each other. The worldbuilding is atrocious; despite the typical vaguely historical fantasy setting descriptions and the lack of anything like lightbulbs, phones, or really any technological advancement, the final straw for me was the remote control vibrator that made its appearance halfway through. There's absolutely no effort to build a sensible setting for the story, which is barely there in the first place. The actual plot was just beginning when I DNF'd--halfway through the book! An unfortunate letdown.

To Gaze Upon Wicked Gods by Molly X. Chang (CR, 53%)

This was another highly anticipated read of mine and, unfortunately, it's not living up to my hopes. I think a lot of flaws lay in the writing, which is clunky and over-descriptive, taking time away from character and plot developments. The worldbuilding is interesting, but it's inserted in very awkward infodumps, and a lot of the elements that caught my attention aren't being given a lot of page time.

Wolf Gone Wild by Juliette Cross (CR, 33%)

On one hand, this is shaping up to be a brainless, fun fantasy romance, just like I thought it'd be. On the other hand, there is a place for your fandom rants, and your published novel is not it. If I wanted to read about this author's undying love for Reylo or Wolverine, I'd check out their social media. I should not have to slog through a whole chapter of the main character perusing a comic book shop so the love interest can say she's so 'quirky' and 'passionate.' It's unfortunate because the rest of the book is meeting my expectations so far.

Island of Graves by Lisa McMann (CR, 18%)

This is another book with a major pro and con. Pro: Alex instantly gave up searching for Aaron, finally letting Aaron reap the consequences of his actions. Con: Alex instantly gave up searching for Aaron, ruining the cliffhanger of the last book. If you're going to introduce a huge future plot point at the end of a book to get readers to continue your series, you can't immediately backtrack on it. This is a symptom of this series' issues as a whole, desperately trying to maintain the status quo for seven whole books, and stunting the plot and character growth in the process.

Interview with the Vampire by Anne Rice (CR, 6%)

I've barely started this one, but for now it's just sort of decent. I'm vaguely intrigued by the vampire's story, but it's also tough to get attached when a lot of the details, such as people's actual names, are missing.

what i write

this blog was created partially as a challenge to myself, partially as a love letter to my friends who gobble up reader-insert stories. this blog will focus on my own personal writings in this sphere, as well as those of others. mostly focused on anime hyperfixations, though other fandoms may make an appearance!

my writing will always be written from second person pov, with the intent to write around unnecessary specifics while sometimes incorporating traits and reader characters that are lesser represented. most, if not all, of my writing will revolve around romantic relationships by default, unless otherwise requested or i get a wild hair up my ass about friendship.
