i think the problem is that when you marinate in a worldview it becomes inextricable from your identity. this is related to when we say someone has a beautiful soul. what properties does a soul have. wyat about an ugly soul. are you just fucked then. and if youre only a kind and wonderful person because of your beautiful soul does that make you so kind and wonderful after all then. but what does it matter what you are without what your soul is. nobody is anything everything just happens. cis people think people are Born Trans. i dont think i was. i think i just really love wearing what society calls girl clothes and being called a name that in our society is of course regarded as very feminine and overall being a "Girl" in our societys sense. im not transgender though i dont think that makes sense. im not anything. im just doing what i like. idk

AU where Siffrin was with the King prior to canon, but genuinely had no idea about the whole "freeze Vauguard in time forever" plan and was not happy when they found out about it.

Yes, they knew he was working on something big with wish craft, that he'd talked about making sure Vauguard would never suffer the fate of their home- but he thought that this was about using wish craft to find out what happened to the Island, maybe bring it back! You know, like a sane person! Not this.

They were away for a couple weeks- out on another odd job they'd picked up, because someone has to bring in rent money around here! Hiding away in your room researching lost forms of craft rituals might be the key to saving their home and letting them return someday, but it doesn't exactly pay the bills. They always supported him.

They come back to find Corbeaux beginning to freeze, and rush to find him, thinking that it all must have gone horribly wrong, that whatever ritual he used must have backfired in some catastrophic way.

And then they find him... triumphant. Happy.

First they beg him to stop. Then they try to stop him. Then they try to survive him.

(The dangers of trying to solo the final boss before you've even gone out and level grinded your way up to endgame!)

The King seems very regretful about what happened, when Siffrin regains consciousness.

Not that it's going to stop him, oh no, of course not. But he doesn't want to freeze them in time yet, not until they've had a chance to recover. He loves them, after all! He wants to make sure they're preserved forever in perfect condition, so his beloved will never fade.

So they can just rest and heal up here, in this nice safe locked-from-the-outside room in the House of Change he's taken over, and then once they've made a full recovery they can get all dressed up in their best outfit and he'll take them somewhere nice and scenic, so they can spend eternity somewhere pretty, looking their best.

Won't that be lovely? :) See, he really does care about you so much!

Siffrin waits until the exact second they're recovered enough to stand up again, and then immediately breaks themself out of the House and runs for it.

The sensible thing to do would probably be to attempt to flee the country! As evidenced by their taste in men, Siffrin is not entirely sensible. They're going to level grind, and then come back for round two and a fucking divorce.

Maybe this "chosen of the Change God" they keep hearing rumors about could be helpful with that...

Pompouspep where Danny is so worried about his parents finding out that he rails Vlad on the regular that he forgets to also hide that he's a ghost.

Like, he hides his texts by phasing his phone into the couch, he turns invisible to hide marks, he gets so embarrassed he glows a little.

Jack and Maddie are convinced that he died very recently and is trying to hide it (even though he died like 10 years ago at this point). So they tell him they'll love him no matter what and there's nothing he could do to make them hate him. And he's like holy shit they definitely know about Vlad and that's why they're telling me to come out to them.

And Vlad is like "of course your parents don't know, Daniel. They don't pay attention and we're very sneaky."

But then Jack and Maddie put 2+2 together and realize all the ghost stuff they're seeing around Danny also applies to Vlad, so they start trying to talk to Vlad to see if he has any insight or maybe accidentally drops hints about Danny/being a ghost or something. But all they really get across is "Dannyhas a secret and we think you know what it is". And Vlad is like "Daniel we have to leave the country right now immediately"

(I imagine it ending with the Fentons sincerely telling both Danny and Vlad that they are loved and will be loved no matter what, and then Danny asks if they're really okay with Vlad being their son-in-law, and then all hell breaks loose because "we thought you were just dead! What do you mean you're going to marry your godfather?")

every december I abruptly remember the same fic concept I've had for literal years where Johnny 13 hosts an absolute garbage Christmas Truce party. Like just the worst party ever. It was supposed to be a potluck but there's no food aside from chip dip Danny brought and ghost weed. Everyone is bored out of their minds.

Except Danny saw on the invitation (which was written on a crumpled receipt from Johnny's pocket, purely because Kitty insisted on at least that, and thrown at him mid fight) that he can 'invite whoever'.

So he'd invited Clockwork.

And as soon as Clockwork arrives everyone loses their minds because uhhhh?? hey THE LITERAL GOD OF TIME is here???
