I have so many ideas of GCBC reader and Eddie going on their well deserved vacation.
It takes a day or two for her to get sexually open again. She’s affectionate with him, but he makes sure not to push anything since she had a rough week. When she’s ready, they start slowly making out on the bed, he’s being so sweet to her.
“You can be mean or rough if you want, Eds.” She mumbles, breaking the kiss.
“I don’t want to.” He smiles, hand cupping her jaw as his thumb runs against her skin. What ensues is pure lovemaking, nothing like they’ve ever done before.
There’s nothing rushed, it’s so intimate, they’re laughing and relaxed. If she cries, it’s only due to overwhelming emotions, not pain. They start repeating how much they love each other back and forth, holding to the others bodies like a lifeline.
After this, they become even closer and she finally starts to enjoy the trip. Not even just in a sexual way, but they do fun things like dinner or bowling. They’re sitting by a fire one night and he stares at her, the flames illuminating her skin, she looks so beautiful. She always does, but now she looks peaceful. Relaxed.
The phone rings one day and Eddie feels his heart sink to his stomach as she gets up from his arms on the couch. Initially going for the handle, her movement stutters as she retreats, pulling the cord from the wall instead. He knows it was hard for her, he gives her a forehead kiss and lets her enjoy the silence.
Apologizes this was long, your work is great!
Ugh, don’t we wish she was strong enough to unplug the phone?

When GCBC Steve met reader, what about her attracted him to her? And how/when did he ask her out? Right there at the Office party?
She was a cutie, and filled out a pencil skirt really nice. Since she was probably the youngest person at the office for the party, he kept her company. He thought she was nice and sweet at first, worth it to throw a little Harrington charm at her and try to get lucky at the end of the night and never see her again. But the more they talked, the more he saw what his dad saw -- she was smart, determined, quick witted, super educated on what she was passionate about.
Needless to say, after their third cup of punch he took her on his dad's desk and called her the next day to ask her on a real date.

@tam-nya Couldn’t decide which one I liked better so here’s two different drabbles whoopsie
1. Bad Cop meets a familiar face at Bricksburg’s new cafe 2. GCBC meet up with their parents at Bricksburg’s new cafe.
Bad Cop had never been to this new cafe downtown yet. Well, that's not entirely true, Good Cop's been here a couple times, but Bad himself has never been out during his visits. He'd always been in the back of their mind, allowing Good to handle the order and other social situations. Of course, he's been hiding out to often. Good Cop had forced him to switch out this morning, refusing to let him switch back out. He told Bad that he needed to get out more, and that he'd spent too much time alone. He needed to interact with actual people. Spending years surrounded by robots would hinder a person's communication skills, of course. Bad Cop had ordered a coffee. Black. Good Cop hated his taste in coffee, he'd rather drown it in sugar and cream. This was Bad's way of getting him back. He'd have to taste bitter coffee every time he switched in for hours. Bad Cop laughed to himself at the concept before taking a drink from his cup. He looked over at the newsstand beside the table where he was sitting. Who keeps a newsstand in the back of the room? He pulled out a paper with a certain headline which caught his eye. 'SSP OFFICER APPOINTED CHIEF OF BRICKSBURG POLICE' it read. They could've came up with something more creative. Good Cop mentally nudged Bad Cop. 'That's us!' Bad Cop smiled a bit. The ringing of the bell at the door caught Bad Cop's attention. He looked behind him and the citizen walking in. A familiar construction vest caught his eye. Emmet Brickowski. Bad Cop returned his attention to the newspaper in front of him, silently hoping Emmet wouldn't notice him. "Bad Cop?" Darn. "Hey, Bad Cop! Fancy seeing you here!" Bad Cop turned his head to look at the approaching Special. "Hello, Brickowski." He opened the paper, pretending to read it. "I told you, just call me Emmet!" Bad Cop shook his head, not saying a word. Emmet said nothing for a few moments. He rubbed the back of his neck. "Well, uh, how, uh... how are you two... doing?" This conversation got awkward. Fast. "We're jus' fine." There was a spelling mistake on page 3. "That's good! Speaking of good, how has, uh, Good Cop been holding up?" Bad Cop stayed quiet. He took note of Emmet's fidgeting out of the corner of his eye. "I'm sorry, I shouldn't have asked. It's just after what happened with Business," Bad Cop tensed. "I-" He stopped talking when the cop put up his hand. "You're fine. I jus' chose not t' answer." They were both quiet for a minute. Bad set down the newspaper he was pretend-reading and looked at Emmet in the eyes. "He's fine. We both are. We're... recoverin'." Emmet gestured towards the chair across from the cop. Bad Cop nodded as he took a seat. "Things have been a little... weird, Brickowksi." Bad Cop didn't know how long he had been talking to Emmet or how much information about himself he overshared, but Good Cop had been listening the whole time. On their way to the police station shortly after, he made several comments about the conversation. Bad Cop vented out his feelings about the Business situation (and other things), he was able to be social again, and began a bit of a friendship with Emmet. Which had been weird to him. Why would the man he tried to kill for three days straight be his friend? It baffled him. He didn't think about it any further.
"Sir, can I get you anything?" Bad Cop was startled by the waitress across the counter. He had been left alone with his thoughts for a few minutes. Good had been taking a short nap. "No. 'm fine, jus'... waitin' for someone." The waitress nodded and had returned to taking orders to those waiting in line. The cop had now realized how weird it must've looked for someone to just walk in and not even order anything. He'd order something when his parents got there. He would prefer to wait in case they already ate, he wouldn't want to buy food for nothing. Nothing. They were his parents. Not nothing. He felt Good Cop stir in their mind. He shut up his thoughts. Stupid. Stupid thoughts. He didn't know how long he sat there, alone with his thoughts once again. He had been staring out the window and almost didn't even notice the familiar car parking in front of the cafe. His thoughts returned once more, mind swirling with things to say to his parents when they walked in. He was glad they instantly saw him through to window as they stepped out of the car. They waved. He waved back. "Good. They're here." Bad Cop felt Good Cop wake up a bit. 'Hmm?' "Mom and Dad are here." Good Cop woke up almost instantly at hearing this, his voice becoming a bit louder than intended. 'Ooh! Really?!' Ma and Pa walked through the door, instantly spotting where their son had been sitting. As they walked over, Bad Cop stood up and hugged them both, not caring who saw. He loved his mom and dad, what were they gonna do, sue him? Good Cop switched in, mid-hug. His hugs were a bit stronger and more sincere. "Hi, Mom. Hi, Dad!" He greeted. "Whoa, son, ease up a bit!" Pa chuckled. Good Cop laughed with him. "Sorry, I'm jus' excited t' see you both!" Ma laughed along as well. "We know, son, we're excited too!" She placed a kiss on Good Cop's cheek as he let go of them both, returning to the table. Ma and Pa sat across from him, Ma taking a menu from the holder beside them. Good Cop sighed. "Sorry, I didn't know whether or not t' order anything..." "You're fine, son." Pa assured him. Good smiled. It had been a while since all four of them had properly hung out. The most they ever saw their parents was during short visits to their home after work, or even during work if Ma and Pa ever went into town. Good Cop patiently waited for their parents to decide what to eat. It was weird, he thought to himself, this is the man and woman who cared for you your whole life, and even after all you've done to hurt them they- They still love you all the same. "Son?" Bad Cop switched in at hearing his father's voice. "Y-Yes?" Ma and Pa took note of their switch. "Is everything alright?" A tear hit the table. Bad Cop was crying. Why was he crying? 'Sorry, buddy...' "'m fine." He wiped at his eyes under his aviators and smiled. "Jus' fine." Ma and Pa eventually ordered food, for both them and their son. Just a dessert for each of them. Bad Cop made a mental note to work out twice as much this week if he wanted to burn off the calories from this cake. He was a cop after all, chief of Bricksburg Police, he needed to stay fit. The family had enjoyed each other's company for what seemed like hours. Good Cop eventually switched back in, chatting away with their parents just as much as Bad Cop had been. Maybe a little more. Time passed and eventually each of their cakes had been gone. The two older cops took this as a hint that it was time to go, as did Good Cop. They shared hugs and goodbyes as they each returned to their respective homes. Neither Good nor Bad could stop smiling the rest of the night. God, they loved their parents.
