#wolf 359 #w359 #doug eiffel #hera wolf 359 #hera w359 #art #id in alt text #i've been holding onto this one for a little while. for no particular reason i just wanted to.#but here it is #thank you so so much!!#incredible eye for detail as always and i'm obsessed with how you draw people. and also. everything #this is such a good eiffel. the circle kind of suggesting a helmet worked out so well. the way you did the star!! the glitch effects!!#the use of an actual sound clip and the heart monitor through it and all of it through his chest. genius to me.#and this ended up leaning more in the direction of eiffel's general repeated misfortune but i also really love the element of #eiffel and hera both being prisoners treated as test subjects. i like how it can read as much like him being pulled away as falling.#and with the soundwave and communication as a bridge and that specific clip from mayday and hera being the voice in his head that saves him #etc. etc. i love it thank you so much again!! <3

i like think that ribbit and Jax were two chaotic energies who wrecked havoc and pulled pranks on everyone including each other.

When ribbit entered the circus, the trouble didn't double. It squared.

#khux #ephemer #flashing gif #time to ramble~! 🍹#I like that his fighting style is essentially ‘hit em fast and hard before they have a chance to retaliate’#(I’d also say the flashy attacks are deliberately meant to stun/intimidate but that’s just khux’s style aka not unique to eph)#but also kinda ties back to how he approaches things headfirst; albeit in (sometimes) cocky and reckless ways #literally his first scene has him admitting that he got cocky and visually you can guess he might’ve overexerted himself a bit #and generally he’s quick to act; especially if it’s in the interest of helping/defending others (some of which you can see here;#others being like when he volunteers to go with player to investigate the glitches; etc etc)#then there’s also that iconic ‘oh? so you surrender?’ moment with darkness that might partly be him putting on a brave face for the others #‘isn’t he just confident in his strength?’ yes call it what you will but he IS reckless sometimes whether he knows it or not #anyway all this to say that eph is the kinda guy who /does/ know how to be grounded and careful #but more often than not he’s throwing himself into things the first chance he gets and just trusting that he can handle it #which does work! …until it doesn’t :)#I really could say so much but that’s my word dump for now byeeee #my posts #timeless child #gifemer

You know, I would love it if we get to see shadows medical failure guilt expanded on, it makes sense he would have a lot , he has a lot of deadly, raging guilt inside of him, survivors guilt, creation guilt, the guilt of past mistakes that almost destroyed entire planets ect, and the guilt of failing someone you were medically responsible for. I want too see that guilt of failure expanded on, Shadow is the ultimate cure, he sees himself as a tool, a weapon, a twisted distortion of a miracle for someone else, a creation to surpass all else for no one but his friend, pushing himself through endless tests, doing anything he was told to do for the sake of his only friend, his best friend, the only true friend he’d know for a long time. The weight of pressure and anxiety crushing him out of fear of failing Maria , not being able to save her from the conditions she faced, not being able to cure her, not living up to the only worth he was created to have. I want to see that expanded on , I want to see how absolutely crushing that guilt of failure is, during their time on the Ark, and the awful , doubled up guilt of the aftermath , the guilt of it all rooted in his most familiar failure. its a important part of his story, and I for one would love to see it expanded on .
