26th may - #legday Came here with the intention of doing light #highRep shit... Cus I may have to do a lot of squatting tonight at #bootcamp. Light shit turned into the most CRIPPLING pump ever. Legs feel like tree trunks. Used the rest-pause principle to push each set past #muscularFailure Calf raise: on hack squat station 90 lbs x 50 reps rest-pause. 180 lbs x 30 reps rest-pause. 270 lbs x 20 reps rest-pause. 360 lbs x 10 reps. Lying leg curl: 8 plates x 35 reps rest-pause. 10 plates x 20 reps rest-pause. Horizontal leg press: 250 lbs x 50 reps. 300 lbs x 35 reps. Bulgarian split squat: 3 sets: bodyweight only x 20 reps each leg. Leg extension: 10 plates x 50 reps rest-pause. 12 plates x 40 reps rest-pause. 14 plates x 20 reps. Sissy squat: on hack squat station 3 sets: 15 reps each.

3/28/2019: conditioning and deadlift/posterior chain
Warmup: airdyne bike, foam rolling, mobility drills.
20 minute circuit of jump rope, and speedladder drills
5 mins of track drills, A skip, B skip, butt kicks, bounds
superset of kettlebell swings and long jumps. 40 lb Kb. Did 4 sets of this. 
deadlifts. 135x10,225x5,265x5,315x5,345x5,405x3. 275x12,225x20
Sl DL. 225x10x2. Super set this with highrep regular deadlifts.
resistance band stiff legs.(looped it around my neck and stood ont he other end). 140lbsx20x2. supersetted with regular deads and SL deads. 
Glute bridges. 225x20,275x20,315x15. 315x5(pause reps)
Cable glute kickbacks. 25x20,35x10,42.5x10,50x10.
3/29/2019: Upperbody. 
warmup: airdyne bike, Rope pull machine for 30 secs on 1 mins off, foam roll, mobility. 
20 pushups, 10 inverted rows, 5 invert rows, 10 pushups(both slow pause sets), 20 invert rows, 35 pushups.
incline bench rows. 45x15. superset with incline bench shrugs. 45x10.
bench press. 45x20,135x10,195x5,225x5,250x5,275x3
incline dumbbell bench. 60x15,80x10,100x10
seated military press(almost never do these, they are hard lmfao). 45x10,95x10,135x10,155x6.
