Can't just get enough of you.....

On cold days, this hearty and comforting beef stew is just what you need. It's a filling meal that will warm you up from the inside out. The beef is slow-cooked with aromatic vegetables and flavorful herbs.

Ingredients: 1 kg beef chuck, cubed. 3 large carrots, chopped. 2 onions, diced. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 4 cups beef broth. 2 tablespoons tomato paste. 2 bay leaves. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. 1 teaspoon dried rosemary. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons olive oil.

Instructions: Put olive oil in a big pot and heat it over medium-low heat. Put in the beef cubes and brown them all over. Take it out of the pot and set it aside. Put the carrots, onions, and garlic in the same pot. Saut until the meat is soft. Put the beef back in the pot. Salt and pepper should be added along with the tomato paste. Add the beef broth and make sure all the ingredients are covered. Bring to a boil, then turn down the heat. Cover and cook on low heat for two hours, stirring every now and then. Take out the bay leaves and serve the beef hot after it is soft and the flavors have mixed.
