Chongyue's Bicep!

A pink ribbon, dainty and sweet; now where, dear anon, shall it become a bow?

[a total of 12 ribbons have been made a bow!]

A dainty ribbon - colour akin to the shade of spring’s peach blossoms in flourish and softness akin to their newborn petals - ties around the thickness of Chongyue’s bicep, with the little bow puckered, stark against the dark swirls etched onto his pale skin.

Chongyue’s reply doesn’t come in the form of words; instead, the ribbon first receives an illegible smile and a gleam in vermillion eyes. The familiar facial expression that conceals his true thoughts, yet is rapt like his world has tunneled only to you and the ribbon. Once his words leave, they only do so in a low hum, “Hmm…the purest hue embellishes the bud that dares the frost too soon, a hue yet untouched by war.”

A broad hand slides over your jawline, coaxing your face upward only with a nudge under your chin, “One might imagine, when we have already shared much time together, there’s no need for these grand gestures of passion. My only beloved, since when have we become strangers?”

His murmur, perhaps more of a remark than the hoped thanks or intrigue, pauses your fussing of the pink bow. Despite being ever-used to his sonnets and lyrics that come in place of where others simply speak plainly, your eyebrows furrow and your cheeks puff in a puzzled grumble. The eldest Sui sibling only tilts his head minutely while he watches your expression, and his gaze brightens further - a chuckle that does not leave through his lips. “Excuse my impudence, beloved. I was under the impression that you would have known I never have intention to mock you.” Leaning down, the waves of his two-toned hair brush your face before his lips press to yours. He pulls back only once the pout has eased from your lips, and casts his gaze towards the pink ribbon tied around his arm, “I trust…. you understand you have my sincerest thanks?”

Chongyue wraps his ribbon-adorned arm around your waist, allowing you to come into the circle of his arms with a hum and another gentle smile, “But, there may be a matter of concern. I can’t very well spar without risk of harm to my new token.” A huff as he rolls one shoulder, eyes narrowed on the shift of the pink ribbon against his muscle - before they snap back to you, rounded at the edges when you pipe up what you do.

“Ah? I misunderstand?” Eyebrows raise upward towards his horns, his sword-tipped tail flicks in a jolt of interest, pointed ears perk up, “You wish for me to remove it… without so much as laying a finger on it?”

Chongyue’s arms shift, his free one sliding around your waist to allow the ribbon-adorned one to lift, displaying the pink bow against his muscle before your face, “A real challenge…my beloved, such may be beyond the ordinary man that I am." His palm faces the ceiling, his hand gathers into a fist, then pulls inward toward his shoulder firm, "But…alright, very well. I’ll--” In an instant, his muscle swells larger, larger, larger under the tension.

Until - the bow snaps cleanly at the knot without even a semblance of fight, pink ribbon flopping to the floor in two halves.

“--try.” His lips fall agape in sync with your delighted gasp.

You burst with flustered mirth, cheeks rosy and hands flying to attempt - in vain - to encircle his tightened bicep, all while the eldest Sui sibling spends the next moments blinking with raised brows at the torn ribbon at the floor next to his tail. Your delight seeps into his skin, lifting a hum from him as his lips upturn, “My only beloved,” He catches your giggles with another kiss, the grin he restrains evident in how his tail curls around your hips, “For you, a fleeting spectacle. For me, it is a joyous day indeed.”

A dainty ribbon - reminding him of times ago when he had not yet been forced off the stage, hue like the blush pan on his old stage makeup palette and soft like the silk of costumes he’d performed in - is secured upon Phantom’s wrist, the petite bow nestled between his sleeve and the edge of his glove.

Copper eyes alight with a seldom-seen twinkle, fixed to the new accessory you’ve adorned him with, “A…ribbon? A mark of affection, you say?” The arch of his brow suggests disinterest, however the slight tilt of his head and the twitch of one of his lynx ears betrays him, telltale of his curiosity. Much like a cat observing a new toy, if Miss Christine’s pawing at the bow’s tails while mimicking the tilt and twitch of her owner is any point of reference.

The Feline murmurs just louder than the cat’s pleased mewing, “It seems Miss Christine grants her approval.” Enamoured, Miss Christine’s twin tails flick this way and that as she plays with the ribbon, azure eyes wide and round.

Once you finish fiddling with the ribbon, satisfied with your fluffing of the rosy bow and adjustment of the tails hanging down each side of his wrist, you retract your hands with a pleased grin and shining eyes. That same pleased expression remains on your face as your attention locks onto Phantom now to search intently for his reaction. His gaze lowers timidly before it can catch your own, however with his hood down and resting on his shoulders, no longer is there a shadow to curtain the soft grin that paints across his lips; though, Lucien realizes, his typical need to hide seems to have vanished.

“Little kitten, I have told you plenty a times now…I am truly undeserving of any gifts. You need not trouble yourself with bestowing them upon me. Your sunshine…should not linger chasing a shadow such as I.” And yet, he lifts his adorned wrist up above his head to regard the pink ribbon with eyes much too warm for him to insist he should reject your gift. “You’re much too sweet to me. Many thanks.

The Feline’s eyes lower slowly from the ribbon, traveling to his attire; from his slacks, where his cloak drapes around his torso, then up across the sleeve of his suit jacket. The pink, delicate ribbon is a stark contrast against the deep shades of black it finds itself amongst. “Though…Perhaps this elegant, pure colour is…a bit strange on one such as I?” His ribbon-decorated wrist extends in a movement gentle, as if he fears startling you if he moves too quickly, until his hand settles to trace gloved fingers over your jawline.

His copper gaze flicks between your face and the pink ribbon, lynx ears perking straighter in realization, “Hm. Wait. Could it be…” With tilt of his wrist, his fingers travel down your jaw with delicate pressure - how one might handle a doll - , then he hooks one knuckle under your chin in order to tilt your face up toward him.

Amusement lifts the corner of his lips now as he hums, “Yes. This delicate, rose shade upon the ribbon…it seems to be in harmony with the flush adorning your cheeks.” A low chuckle slips past his lips when the rosy hue he speaks of deepens to scarlet as you flush, “Little kitten…you are ever-so lovely.”

because I'm bored and due to the lack of content from the tour & on Aleksi's twitch (didn't he say he filmed material worth of at least 4 bonus videos? or does my memory fail me 🤔), I made a compilation / list of all the cute Olli/Allu moments from Aleksi's twitch streams, (because what else would I be doing with my time off 🤡) because I for one didn't expect the streams to be such a goldmine for Olli/Allu content right from the beginning 🤲 I mean, I knew they were special to each other, but to find out they're this special... 🥺💕

already on the first stream we had Aleksi texting Olli about his bass tracks being played on the stream and Olli answering immediately (because of course he answers his bf immediately <3) and Olli telling Aleksi how good his stream looks (because of course he went to look at it immediately <3) and communicating with the stream / the viewers via Aleksi by asking if they wanted a bass tutorial (because of course he'd want to contribute to his bf's new hobby <3) and then later Aleksi making a duet with said tutorial (I'm still not over how cute that was 😭)

Aleksi for some reason answering a question about Olli's gag reflex?? of all the questions he could pick from the chat, this is the once he chooses to comment on?? 👁️👄👁️ (fair enough, he probably just saw Olli's name and started reading the comment before he could help it because Olliiiiiiii 🥰💕💞)

then there was the spooky stream which I'm also still not over, tragically 😩 I'm just so weak about the fact Olli was Aleksi's first option to ask about ghost stories for his stream in the dead of night, and that Olli really had nothing else to do but join in his bf's spooky shenaningans and putting actual effort in it too (in general I'm trying soooooo hard not to overthink the fact they both chose to be texting each other about silly stuff rather than, idk, sleeping next to their girlfriends or whatever, but I guess this is completely normal behaviour for them and should not be over-analyzed)

not to mention how happy Aleksi was about Olli replying to his texts in the middle of the night, just HOW in love could they be?!? 😭

the bonus video about the remix Aleksi made in which he used Olli's guitar loop and had also named the project file after Olli 💖 (he totally didn't listen to that guitar loop over and over again thinking about Olli and how much he loves him and maybe drinking some red wine and missing him a lot and perhaps even crying a little 😭)

sadly there aren’t that much interviews with them two 😔 but here’s all I found!! (note that these are not in chronological order)

First we have this classic where they had just woken up from a nap (and after they had a little cuddling/make out session 😌)

Then in summer 2022 they had this audio-only interview and this one where Olli thought Allu was so funny (sorry but it wasn’t THAT funny 🤧) and just couldn’t contain himself (this happens around 7:45)

and I swear I’ve seen more interviews with only them two but I’ve been looking for them for an hour already and just can’t find them 🤧 but I know they exist somewhere!!

1. Who initiated the relationship, and how did it go?

Absjshs... So... This question makes me snicker a little slosjsks 😭😶

It was Exe!! Though... That's probably obvious... Since I'm not sure it could've been 'Rico 😭😶⚰️

We all know how he is with reading emotions of others... And, it's worth noting... their relationship began pre-Hortus de Escapismo, so... At the time Federico had the same ability to notice social cues as a rock... Lmaosjskjs 😶

So when the usual gentle pokes or flirting didn't work... Exe took a leap! They tried to be smooth about it... (They were not lopsksokss 😭⚰️)

"Executor? I heard about this cafe in Laterano... They decorate cupcakes like little animal faces?"

"Yes. I am aware which cafe you are referring to, it opened two weeks ago on Via Canelé."

"So... I was gonna go there after my paperwork is done! Uhm... You should-- I mean-- are you coming?"

6. What’s their relationship with each other’s families?

So!! This is sbsjshs going to be a bit of a ramble 🥹 so sbsjs please bear with me!

On Exe's side: Long story short, Exe's family is no longer around, and haven't been for awhile... sbshhs...it's just Exe, and unfortunately... They remember their family less and less as time goes on... (might need an Exe backstory lore drop sbsjs... But anywho their parents have long passed away)

But!! The closest they have to family... Would be Pramanix/Enya and Tequila/Ernesto! Best friends! And Tequila has known them long enough that they're basically siblings lolsnsis 🥹

Enya and Ernesto feel... Basically the same about Federico! Didn't know what Exe saw in 'Rico at first, and were a little worried for them considering 'Rico's reputation to be near incapable of emotions and v cold 🥹 but they can see Federico truly loves them, and he takes good care of them... So they approve! But, not exactly super friendly with 'Rico lolsksks 😭 Enya sympathizes with him a bit since they share similar titles and weighty duties now, and Ernesto... Is a bit intimidated by him najabajsbjs... ⚰️

"The first time they told me about Mr. Executor, I thought it was... Unusual. But, it's an interesting thing, how that Sankta really looks like he cares about them. I trust him with their safety. We have very little to say to each other, though, me and him... And around him, I get all nervous. But, I should take the perrito out and about less, hahah, I'm not sure Mr. Executor is fond of it. I don't want to get shot by one of those shotguns..."

So on Federico's side: We ofc know Federico's parents passed away in duty.... So for family, I think all that's known is his uncle Marcello and... Arturia shsjshjs!!

So!! To get the elephant out of the room first... Exe and Arturia:

Exe has known about Arturia for a v long time now, since them and 'Rico first got together... But!! Exe has only met Arturia very recently, since her joining to Rhodes Island as an Operator!

The same on Arturia's end, she's known about Exe for a long time, and is v v intruiged by them, has wanted to meet them... But wasn't able to sbdjdhs

Until after Zwillingstürme... Federico wasn't v eager to talk about his sorer to Exe...! Saw her as a mission... And most importantly svshhds a unpredictable threat... And for more reasons than this, Federico has actually made an effort to try and keep Exe away from Arturia always... (I don't want too much yap here so sbsjsh maybe another day I can talk about the complications and worries there 🥹😶)

So, really, Exe has only known her through files, reports, and what Federico has shared (which isn't v much besides the usual about his mission to capture her and her Arts make her dangerous); Exe is curious but cautious about Arturia! They know she's dangerous... But also that they don't know everything! Because Arturia is important to Federico's life, Exe wants to know more about her...! Though getting Federico to agree to this is... Unlikely lospksks

To say Exe intrigues Arturia is a sbjshs big understatement (Perhaps not them themselves, but... What they are to Federico); they're an anomaly within the anomaly that is Federico Giallo... Federico is compassionate? Federico loves? Usually her baby brother is rather predictable, but this, Arturia couldn't have predicted... And she wants to meet and feel this love, through the object of it

Now that Arturia is under contract as an Operator, it was inevitable they had to meet! They only just properly met... But even if 'Rico tries sbshhs it's inevitable for them to have more meetings soon...

Federico calls Exe: love, almost exclusively! Very classic sbsjhs... Sometimes, in private, he'll use Lateran ones, like amor meus 💞🤲
