My OCs, Ceri and Lucero, in thematically appropriate outfits! They're based/altered from their usual outfits.

As for introductions, I've talked about Ceri briefly before. He's one of Kirby's childhood friends, and aided in the takedown of Dark Mind during the events of KATAM. Immediately after he gave up on world saving adventures though, he is simply not made for them. One was enough.

He works as a knight in his home planet, Ripple Star, under the Queen, who took him in after the Dark Matter invasion. Outwardly he keeps a collected mask, but he's a very strange, kind of goofy guy, with quite a few insecurities he keeps well hidden.

Lucero grew up in a backwater, grimy planet, housing all sorts of criminals. They were premature, so their powers are weak and underdeveloped (This also caused the different length on their horns). As a result of their upbringing (or lack there of?), they're pretty rough around the edges, unwilling to trust others, and initially not very friendly.

They form a truce with a member of a now defunct Dark Matter colony to gain power, and together they managed to make their way to Ripple Star, where after going into a bit of a power trip and being a nuisance, they get apprehended by its knight(s).

This is how Ceri and Lucero met, and at first they didn't like each other very much. They're both competitive, as well as petty, and they love arguing more than anything, so they could barely have a conversation without fighting. (And still can't.)

As time goes on, their friendship develops, and despite the doubts of everyone around them, Lucero proves themself a person and Ceri begins to open up. They change and grow thanks to each other, they're good influences on each other.

And of course, they fall in love! It's not without hardship though. Rough spots, outside tension, a breakdown or two, and a near death experience. But we don't have time for all that right now...
