#i'd say mostly Arcane's setting really but it would be a neat thing for him to learn post canon

So I found an old Witchcraft book I owned since High School (so very fucking old admittedly) and I remembered it showcased some colors and what they're associated with in terms of magic, spells, and/or rituals so I skimmed through it for a second. Then I remembered people considered the release dates of each League Champion to be more or less their birthdays (or the closest to such) and Viktor's has him to be considered a Capricorn (eyyyy my sign!) so I looked and I just thought it was neat!
Tumblr media
Idk that would be a neat post canon idea, also ironic that it featured a butterfly too!
Though I'm not super sure how lore accurate that would be since I feel like there is such magic in League's setting but I'm not 100 percent sure. Still, be a fun HC for him!

shit, sent that last question too soon. Anyway, either when you finish all three episodes, or you drop the show, I'd like to know what your opinions are on each of the characters
So i finished all three episodes! My reaction was mostly to episode 1 where i was getting annoyed with it's style. However, I thought episode 3 was pretty good and I want to see what happens!
My main reaction at the moments how long have these guys been together as a group, how did they meet, and why do they know so little about each other.
My reactions to each of the characters:
Percy (white haired mako looking character): arguably the most interesting at the moment as we get backstory. We get some serious darkness which is very intriguing, and I tend to like stuffy characters. And there's a ruthlessness to him. Seems like a bit of a dick, blaming the others at the end of episode 3. But the most interesting, as I said.
Vax and Vex (elf twins): I like them. Vax is implied bi right? Love it. Really neat at the moment, they obvs have a bit of backstory with dead mother so nice set up! at this moment i'm not sure what distinguishes them from each other (not a bad thing at the moment as it's only episode 3) apart from that Vax can flirt.
Pike (cute gnome): cute and funny
Scanlan (annoying gnome): i thought why on earth would they have this bard guy as part of their mercenary adventure group (though he did do some magic so maybe that's why?). but the song he did at the end of episode 3 as a distraction did make me laugh so the character isn't full cringe.
Grog: (muscle man): Funny i guess? idk gotta give me some more, mostly just comic relief at the moment
Keyleth (anxious elf): Arguably the one most like me so I like her.
Basically I don't hate anyone yet (Scanlan came close but I guess he does have his role). I suspect the next few episodes are Percy episodes, then we'll see more of the others in later episodes. So I think I'll have to judge everyone at the end of the series.
I won't drop the show! I am living for more adult western animation. I don't think it's handling it's darkness as well as something as Arcane, but I am settling into the more comedic aspect of it so we will see! I perhaps just didn't need all the characters saying fuck all the time for it to seem grown up.
