"The Boredom Barrier": Why You Sabotage Right Before It Works
Everyone talks about resistance, limiting beliefs, and ego battles. But no one really talks about that weird, quiet boredom that shows up after you’ve assumed the new identity... but before it’s shown up. That space where everything is technically “done,” but nothing’s moved yet. Where your brain starts whispering, “Maybe this isn’t working,” not from fear, but from sheer impatience.
This boredom isn’t just discomfort. It’s your ego starving for stimulation. It needs chaos, proof, something to fix, something to chase. And when you pull that away, when you rest in being instead of doing, it panics. That’s when you get those sneaky urges: to redo your method, to spiral on timelines, to declare “maybe I need to script harder.” But really? You’re just uncomfortable with not performing. You’re so used to drama that peace feels suspicious.
This is the moment where most people sabotage. Not from doubt, but from the inability to sit in the stillness of already having. But if you want to collapse time, here’s the truth: the ones who don’t flinch during the boredom barrier are the ones who shift the fastest. They’re not hyping themselves. They’re not scrolling for success stories. They’re living like it already landed, and that includes letting silence be enough.
So the next time you feel bored? That’s not a problem. That’s a threshold. Cross it. Let the ego panic and don’t go back to “doing.” Just hold the knowing. You’re not waiting, you’re already it. Boredom is the ego’s last cry for attention before the dream updates.
♡♡♡

MANIFESTATION as an identity shift

The seed example
1) The Seed = Your identity

Do you want apples?
No problem, plant an apple seed 🍎
Apple seed -> manifests apples
Simple, right?
But what happens when you suddenly decide you want oranges instead?
Because, let's say apples don't satisfy you anymore 👇
2) Change the Seed = Change the Identity, not the results

Instead of planting a new 🍊 seed, you cut off the apples, tape some oranges onto the branches, and call it an orange 🌳
Sure, it looks like an orange tree from the outside… but the seed is still an apple
What do you think will happen over time?
3) What are you left with?

The oranges might stay for a bit, but eventually, they fall off, the wind, time, or life itself removes them
And what are you left with? -> With an apple tree... because the seed never changed.
You can manifest specific things repeatedly:
→ A person treating you better
→ More money
→ Queen treatment
etc etc
But wouldn’t it be easier if you just changed the seed (your identity) ?
4) You are only manifesting yourself

Instead of constantly manifesting "Queen/King treatment," what if you became the Queen/King ?
A Queen/King doesn’t chase royal treatment. It naturally happens.
You always manifest from your identity.
So ask yourself: Who do I identify as today?
Do you see yourself as someone who has to fight for what they want? Or someone who naturally receives it because it's just who they are
So?
What do you want to plant today?

control your addictions to control your reality
hi everyone! missed yall sm!!
today’s post will be a cross-over between loass & self-dev, hope you like it!
0. disclaimers
first of all, I wanna preface this by saying that I’m absolutely not gonna impose limitations on what you need to do in order to manifest. manifestation is simple, and you don’t need to ‘fix’ anything within yourself in order to manifest.
and I am ofc not here to shame you for struggling with addictions, just offering a mindset perspective on them. also, my advice is not medical & this post mainly refers to everyday unhealthy habits so don’t apply it to severe or clinical-level addictions without seeking a professional.
when I say urges, I am not talking about actively wanting to do x thing that society might deem unacceptable or excessive. for example, wanting to just spend your day doing nothing out of genuine desire, even if others would call you lazy for that. rather, I am talking about you, within yourself & according to your own code, feeling quite unhappy during/after your actions because that’s genuinely not how you wanna use up your time & energy.
also, I don’t subscribe to the grind/male-centric idea of what it means to be disciplined. to put it simply, if you feel out of control when it comes to your actions & habits + out of control when it comes to what manifests or plays out in your reality, then you’re describing two sides of the same coin.
1. why make this post?
because the path to mastering manifestation can look different for everyone. this is what I realised when I delved into what techniques work for me and when I noticed how different things like mental discipline & manifestation correlate. if this post doesn’t resonate w you & you’re alr happy with how manifesting is going for you, then wipe it off your mind.
at the end of the day, I am writing this cos I know there’s others like me who both value discipline & want to have a say in what happens in their reality — and who upon reading this post, will be motivated to work more towards that. like I said lack of discipline & feeling out of control are both issues with the same root cause, so if you fix one, you’re fixing both. and with that, let’s dive in!
2. the path to self-trust
if you are someone who truly feels like you can’t trust yourself when it comes to promises you make to yourself: saying stuff like oh! today I will do x, y, & z but you don’t and end up feeling genuinely dissatisfied with how you acted today, then you’re probably feeling out of control when it comes to life itself. and that’s not a cute look for a master manifestor. if you can’t do something as simple as command your brain to not indulge in addictions, then are you truly capable of directing your brain when comes to your thoughts on your reality? because at the end of the day, urges are just that: thoughts.
if you can’t even control your mind in terms of what you crave, can you control your focus & reactions to the 3d? if you can’t control your urges & impulses, can you truly say that you can control your thoughts & state-of-being? can you truly be firm when things don’t appear your way? sure you might manifest successes here and there, but are you confident enough to say that you have mastered reality?
discipline builds self-trust, when you can keep the promises you make to yourself, you show cohesion and trust within all of your mind. your mind is not on board with your plans only when you’re in the mood. you don’t just affirm when you feel like it. and self-trust is sexy because it builds self-confidence, and that builds your self-concept! so if you want a more ‘actionable’ way to build self-concept, start with building discipline & self-trust!
3. disciplined mind = disciplined reality
I promise you when you start doing the things that you actually wanna do, not the things you feel pressured or urged to do, reality will feel quite controllable. you won’t be spiralling because if you can control your urges, you sure as hell can control your other emotional states. ofc emotions don’t manifest, but doesn’t it feel fvcking great to be stable and calm at all times?
I am not here to shame you into changing, esp. when you’re happy with how things are going. I am not here to say u’re ‘lazy’ or ‘lacking drive.’ quite the contrary! for me, becoming more discipline was about working LESS and becoming devoted to what I personally want, not what society wants. the more disciplined I became, the more fun I introduced into my life, because I don’t do things cos I ‘have’ to or because I ‘need’ to, I do them because I WANT and I CAN & so now my desires have no choice but to show up, not because they have/need to but because I want them to & I know I can do it.
4. identity shifting
here’s a challenge for you: can you control your mind enough to the point where quitting anything feels effortless? can you live every moment of your day in accordance to how you see the ideal version of you living? because that right there is true self control!
personally, I like this challenge because it is easy to track & evaluate. for context, when I decided that I will become someone disciplined, someone who keeps herself in check despite wtv emotions I am feeling, I used both loass & traditional self-dev techniques to make that work, and guess what? months later, I am still as disciplined as I wanted to be.
why? because I shifted my identity to be a disciplined person. and if you’ve been here long enough, you know that identity shifting is the most ‘automatic’ way to get what you want. so as a by-product of this shift, I noticed that I got better at sticking to my true story & instant manifestation. getting what I want felt effortless cos my mind, now disciplined, can never make things difficult for me, not mentally or emotionally.
5. the psychology of discomfort
and speaking of emotions, I wanna elaborate more on the emotional/psychological pov to why controlling yourself is the key to controlling your life. becoming a disciplined person requires sitting with discomfort. discomfort of what? discomfort of thoughts that you’re ignoring. if you cannot sit down with unpleasant thoughts, do you really think you change them? if someone truly believes they’re rich, do you think they’d scroll through their phone all day to avoid thinking about a bill that’s coming up?
when you face your thoughts & don’t run away from them, you… a. learn their depth and true form, b. understand that they’re just thoughts, and c. get real-time opportunity to flip your thoughts instead of letting them run in the background.
you have to start seeing your addictions as signals, signals that you have some type of fear which was born out of some type of thought that you need to address. and you can address it through traditional healing techniques like journalling or meditation and/or loass techniques such as flipping your thoughts or some form of saturation.
6. takeaway
addiction = fear = unaligned thoughts
higher self trust → higher self confidence → higher self concept
disciplining yourself means you’ve mastered ur mind and w it reality
using a combination of healing & manifesting techniques to become more self-disciplined will teach you a lot about how to manifest, such as how to build ur self concept & identity shift
and that’s all! hope u liked this one. I am open to hearing your thoughts about this post & sparking a discussion, whether you agree or disagree. thanks for reading & good luck manifesting your dreams <3

Rewriting My Money Story
Rewriting My Money Story A Conscious Shift into Abundance I used to believe that struggle was noble. That working harder, giving more, and expecting less somehow made me worthy of stability. I wore scarcity like a second skin, passed down through generations, reinforced by systems, trauma, and silence. My nervous system was wired for survival, not prosperity. And it showed—in my bank account, in…

Emergency Protocol
(Told from the perspective of DID alter, Aaron)
I scrub in
when no one else can touch the wound.
This is a sterile room.
Feelings left at the door.
Only bone, breath, and threat.
You’re hemorrhaging again—
memory tearing loose
like ruptured sutures.
So I clamp down.
Tourniquet the mind.
Stop the spill
before it becomes identity loss.
The others run.
They cry out in metaphors.
I speak in vitals.
Your heart rate spikes
and I’m already inside your chest—
not to comfort,
to contain.
I calculate the risk:
Compassion vs. Collapse.
I choose the incision.
No anesthesia.
It’s not cruelty.
It’s necessity.
I don’t shrink when the past resurfaces
like a foreign object in soft tissue.
I extract it.
I cauterize.
I stitch you shut
with words no one else will say.
“You’re fine.”
“You’re safe.”
“Stop moving.”
I know it sounds harsh.
But I’ve kept us breathing
on darker nights
than this.
You don’t have to thank me.
Just survive.
I’ll handle the rest.

“DON’T COMPLAIN DON’T EXPLAIN.”

Unless you plan to do something about your problem\situation there is no point to complain. Complaining only breeds weakness and reprive. Simply accept it or believe you have the will, intelligence and character to overcome and change the situation.

Love Amidst Worm Transformation
In the realm of whimsical pondering, envision me transformed into a humble worm – a fanciful notion, perhaps deemed absurd. Allow me to refine my inquiry: Would your affection persist if I were no longer of utility, if I veered from vows and evolved into a stranger unforeseen?
Should the roles of wife and mother elude my grasp, if household duties and intimate connections were but distant echoes, would your love endure? Amidst the shifting sands of identity, would I remain recognizable to your heart, or would I dissolve into an unfamiliar entity?
Does your devotion transcend the deeds I perform? Statistics speak of spouses departing when faced with life's adversities; ominous odds paint a disheartening tableau. I pose a question, devoid of melodrama – if, in a twist of fate, I assumed the form of a worm, devoid of contributions, would love persist?
Picture a terrarium, a sanctuary of mulch within our intimate abode. Would you, with care, mist me like a delicate bloom, nurturing my existence? Or would I be cast onto the harsh pavement of indifference? Contemplating this fanciful transformation, I imagine crafting for you a miniature haven, a domicile of popsicle sticks – a whimsical offering from a humble worm to its cherished companion.

hi! to begin with, i want to note that you are one of the best on non-dualism and the law in general, thank you!! you explain everything clearly and accessibly, thank you again! could you tell me how the law “clicked” for you? how did you understand everything so much that you started to apply it and live like this?? the thing is, i have known about all this for more than 5 years and understand the law and non-dualism, but it still doesn’t “click” so much that i can also live and apply all this knowledge. to be honest, i am so tired of tumblr, the law and all this, but at the same time, i have wish lists that i have accumulated over all these years and which i will never delete, i can’t just give them up. please tell me how this shift in thinking happened for you, how you came to this and maybe give me some advice in my situation. thank you.
First of all, thank you so much💗 for what you said. It means more than you know.
And I completely understand the space you're in. Because I’ve been there, stuck between understanding and actual shift. Reading the same concepts. Watching everyone else talk about how easy it is. Feeling like I’m doing something wrong because nothing clicks deeply enough to live it fully. And still, after all the frustration, holding onto those desires. Knowing I can’t walk away, because something in me already knows they’re mine. So let me tell you honestly: what finally shifted everything wasn’t some new method or deeper explanation. It was that I stopped treating this like a spiritual school. I stopped trying to learn my way into alignment. I stopped treating manifestation like a puzzle that needed solving. And I started treating it like a mirror. That’s when it clicked. The moment I dropped the identity of "the one who’s trying to get it right" and started acting like the one who already has, the dream restructured. Not because I reached a higher level of understanding, but because I finally gave up the version of me who was stuck. I stopped checking if I was doing it right. I stopped chasing feelings. I stopped waiting for the click. And I just began speaking, moving, and breathing as the one who wasn’t waiting anymore. You already know everything you need. You’re just still being the one who thinks she doesn’t. You’re watching the dream from the lens of someone who feels left out of it. And that’s okay. It means you’re close. It means you’re tired of performance. It means you’re about to drop the act.
So if I could offer one thing to you, it would be this: stop trying to feel like it’s true. Stop asking when it will click. Just start acting like the one it already clicked for. That version of you exists. She’s not better than you. She’s just not waiting anymore. She knows the law isn’t a test. It’s a mirror. And she’s done pretending she’s not what she already decided to be.

I'm reading so much Doomsday stuff on Substack and articles on platforms like The Atlantic about how job markets deteriorating faster than ever and job cultures are as toxic as ever (at least in the States, can't speak for abroad), and how gaps are widening, and the numbers for recent grads are looking rather scary.
Starting to truly believe that job "searching" is a waste of time and effort, and I need to truly put my energy into creating and nurturing my own incomes as I've wanted to for quite some time.
Now is the time to do it, rather than waiting and getting distracted by the so-called "sage advice" and silly "best practices" that are incredibly outdated. It won't save millennials or gen Z now. The old ways of thinking and doing that helped previous generations thrive will doom the rest of us. That world/society is dying a quick death.
Now we need to live life powered by and grounded through core values and become flexible, ready to pivot at a moments notice, rather than over-identifying with job titles and resume bullet points.

Daljit Asus at Met Gala 2025: The Power of Identity Shifting and Embodying Your Best Self

Today, we explore how Daljit Asus stole the show at the Met Gala. Was it just his looks, or was there something deeper at play? He was voted best dressed by V readers and was also seated at Anna Wintour’s exclusive dinner—both clear indicators of his growing prominence. But the question remains: What else was Daljit wearing, alongside that stunning attire? This story is not just about clothing; it’s about owning your identity unapologetically and radiating your inner royalty.
The Met Gala: A Sea of Glamour and Style
The Met Gala is the world’s most dazzling parade of celebrities, couture gowns, tailored suits, and camera-ready perfection. It’s a celebration of fashion, art, and culture where the spotlight often falls on trendsetters and style icons. Yet, amidst the glitz and glamour, Daljit Asus arrived not as a fleeting fashion statement but as a timeless presence.
Dressed in a majestic white sherwani, turban, and layered pearls inspired by Punjabi heritage and the Maharaja of Patiala, Daljit’s style was a bold declaration of identity. His outfit wasn’t just an aesthetic choice—it was a proud tribute to his roots, an embodiment of his culture, and an assertion of who he truly is inside. This was identity shifting in action: transforming from surviving in the background to boldly standing out, fully and unapologetically.
What Daljit Asus Wore: More Than Just an Outfit
Daljit’s white sherwani and turban were regal, reflecting a royal vibe reminiscent of the Maharaja of Patiala. But his ensemble went beyond mere clothing. The sherwani, paired with traditional accessories like the Gurang outfit, the kurta, the tead, and a sword, completed a majestic impression that exuded power and heritage.
Adding to this visual tribute was the embroidered map of Punjab featuring Gurmukhi lettering, elegantly stitched onto his cape. This was not just embroidery—it was a statement of belonging, history, and identity that Daljit wore proudly on the world stage.
Daljit’s regal presence was palpable: the way he walked, the confident way he carried his robe, and his shimmering, majestic aura all spoke of royalty—not just in appearance, but deep within. This wasn’t a borrowed identity or a stylist’s creation; it was a soul alignment that radiated authenticity.
Identity Shifting: From Costume to Confidence
What made Daljit’s presence unforgettable wasn’t just his couture; it was his energy and confidence. This is the heart of identity shifting—the practice of fully owning who you are, not merely adopting a look or persona.
His style was a direct extension of his inner self, a reflection of the king energy that he carried within. When your identity isn’t borrowed or superficial, your style becomes a natural expression of your soul, not just a temporary fashion statement.
This inner confidence, rooted in self-awareness and cultural pride, is what won Daljit the title of best dressed, voted by V readers. It was no accident. Before even stepping onto the red carpet, Daljit had publicly declared his intent and belief in being the best dressed, living his vision boldly. This is a classic example of the Law of Assumption—imagining and embodying the outcome you desire before it manifests externally.

The Uncomfortable Truth About Self-Growth
There’s a version of self-growth that’s packaged nicely for social media. It’s filtered through warm lighting, framed by aesthetically pleasing journal pages, and hashtagged with words like #selfcare and #mindset. This version is neat, organized, and affirming. But the truth? Real self-growth isn’t always so pretty. In fact, most of the time, it’s messy, unflattering, and deeply uncomfortable.…
