Back at it again with another one-

Now, I sent a past mini theory that I believed Ren's dad did something to him after he ran away (Causing their mother to go into hysterics and etc Yada Yada yap yap) But I really haven't been able to figure it out despite knowing it must have something to do with the scars but once again its really hard to imagine unless he like...pushed [REDACTED] into a fire or they got in a fight and it resulted in a fire and [REDACTED] got the scars trying to escape the fire.

I haven't seen day 4 yet, only small pieces of beginning and end so bear with me for this part but could the black mist somehow be hmmm, Ren's guilt/trauma/something that haunts him? I thought about that one post where it was said [REDACTED] didn't sleep due to nightmares of his past.

Thats pretty much all I have for now as a theory/analysis-

Also is [REDACTED]'s name Draven, its the only thing I can thing of right now but it doesn't fit some categories.

Ren's scars will be discussed later in the game, so I won't say much about them here (out of potentially spoiling something). However, I will say that he only has scars along his hands and arms! It's why he started covering them up with tattoos and constantly chooses to wear long-sleeved clothes — even in summer.

As for the black smoke: its existence is a bit more literal than the concept of Ren's guilt/trauma haunting him. Again, I can't say much due to potentially spoiling things. Sorry!!

Ren's real name isn't Draven! Two of the letters in "Draven" are not part of it. It also sounds too close to Davrin, and it's giving me massive Veilguard withdrawals :( /silly

Some train facts that may help for your living train oc:

(From a dude who is a train mechanic and casually drives subways and city trains for years.)

Trains eat a lot of sand, some prefer mixtures with oil and other minerals but no matter what train you choose for your oc, sand is a crucial substitute for a healthy and happy train.

Rails are lubed by trains. The more trains drive on the same track the smoother the ride. (Fun idea if you wanna follow a train’s traces.)

Trains, including electric trains require a variety of oil, lubes, fluids and other liquids to operate. (Fun ideas for food or cosmetics products for trains. Fr, some materials look so freaking delicious)

Sudden and fast movements are painful for trains and can bend trails. Trains are powerful but they need more time to build up speed.

Subway trains have a burning hatred for pigeons. The amount of dead pigeons in tunnels is INSANE, despite all efforts to stop them from entering tunnels, pigeons are very passionate about flying into their dead trap.

The newest generation of trains panic about little intervention. Very anxious and scream at lot (at the driver)

All trains have graffiti on them. If it’s not outside then it’s on the inside.

Street trains or bims are like chihuahuas in my eyes. They may be small but they are thought and ready to fight anyone.

Modern Trains have several cameras inside and outside, they can see all around their body or what their passengers are up to.

Some trains are whiny bitches and constantly need service while others never complain about anything for years. (There is a fucked up reason for that but that’s a deep rabbit hole I won’t go into the details)

You don’t want to meet train drivers, they’re insane.

You absolutely don’t want to meet subway drivers, they’re insane beyond measure.

Trains honk at everything that’s near their trails.

Trains are surprisingly quiet while moving on trails. They can take you by surprise. (They did many times) Please stay away from trails.

Stopping a train is difficult, it’s nothing like a car or truck, When they arrive into a station, trains hit their brakes way before they can see the station. That’s why trains can’t stop in time when there is an obstacle on the rails.

All trains have ONE head. Most modern trains rear and front end look exactly the same, both ends have cockpits with very similar controls but their main controls are located on the head. They look like that to confuse predators.

This is optional but it makes sense to me that trains are very sensitive about their rails, they treat them like it’s part of their body, especially the ones in their region and base. You can’t compare them like cars on the road, it’s a completely different dynamic for trains.

That’s all for now, I started writing this in July and collected ideas over the months from my personal experience with driving and fixing trains. I will probably do a part 2 since I still have a lot to learn. You should be able to look up everything on the internet.

lil reminder that prentice was beacon of the golden towers before he was arrested. both he and wylie probably thought that they'd see each other in the towers when he was a level seven. and wylie probably thought he'd see tiergan around the base levels as a mentor too, since he was still teaching there before he resigned in protest of prentice's arrest. and prentice and leto were probably work buddies alongside being in a rebellion together, since leto was beacon of the silver tower presumably before and after prentice's arrest.

just. y'know. bits of prentice's life before, and how that must've impacted his loved ones all the more long-term.

Fanfic Idea of the night

Detective Conan

Kudo Shinichi was born with a gift, that gift? The ability to see and speak to the dead. He straddles the line between life and death, a death magnet. He still wants to become a detective, that doesn't change. No, it isn't an obligation to the dead though he does help them out.

Ran, Sonoko, Agasa, his parents and Ran's parents all know about Shinichi's gift. He doesn't make a big deal out of it, Ran constantly asks him to check for ghosts, he lies half the time. Shinichi can't tell when someone is dead or alive unless he geta close to them, all ghosts whether they are good or bad feel a comforting aura around him and it shows on their faces. Tension melts off their faces, they look relieved, though bad ones try to attack him sometimes he ends up with bruises.

Poltergeists are another story.

Side story about paranormal cases and other gifted the Shinichi meets? maybe?

He carries a talisman from Ran in hopes that it would help with ghosts but it doesn't. Shinichi knows when other people are faking seeing ghosts but doesn't call them out even if he wants to. Kogoro makes sure thaf Shinichi doesn't really on his gift when he searches for answers.

Enter Edogawa Conan, same gift, only more haunted and apparently a poltergeist is attached to him. (He's his own poltergeist)

Each person that he fails to save ends up attaching to him to keep him safe, wanting to protect him but seeing how guilty he looks whenever he catches sight of them they learn to hide in plain sight. They teach other guardian ghosts to hide.

The guilt complex he's gonna develop.

Annesley Old Church is an allegedly haunted medieval ruin in Nottinghamshire. The old church was built in 1356 by the Annesley family and was finally abandoned in 1942. Ashfield District Council bought the ruin for just £1 in 1973 and restored it to its current condition by 2012.

Lord Byron used to frequent both the church and hall in his childhood and wrote ‘The Dream’ about meeting Mary Chaworth, a resident of Annesley Hall, on the nearby Diadem Hill.
