Imagine the Witches have a final form too. Name it however you want, Disenchantix, Enchantix, whatever. Same way of earning it: rescue someone from her homeworld and show great sacrifice in doing so.

We know from the Winx that the sacrifice could mean losing a part of themselves, close death experiences or actual death. What if Griffin just doesn't want her students to reach it. Maybe they have nothing like fairy dust to help them and they become victims to the darkness. Have to live on eventhough they are not the same.

Griffin doesn't want to see her students like this. Who knows if fairies died for their Enchantix but it wasn't enough to save them. Maybe she carries contempt in her heart for both Faragonda and Saladin. Because their students, these children, have to risk their life to achieve greatness.
