Did you read all of the Call Me Mistress stories?

My thoughts: This was a HUGE surprise to me! It makes me wish I had made the series into a multi-chapter one instead. 

Which client were you most excited to meet?

My thoughts: This makes sense to me given the relentless teasing for over a year.

Which client’s story did you enjoy the most?

My thoughts: I’ve been watching this particular one very, very closely and Hoseok had a solid lead until a couple of days ago. This (compared to the previous chart) makes me think that Ramen and Firetruck were positive surprises, while Onyx was underwhelming or at least less entertaining by comparison. Ramen and Firetruck are the “softest” BDSM approaches that I have in the series, so the response could be from that as well. 

Which ship do you support?

My thoughts: Despite Onyx’s results in the previous poll, he has massive shipping support! I was very surprised by this because Catyx shippers were not making themselves known as much in the inbox. I think I had less than five people coming forward. Perhaps readers are supporting Cat’s romantic choice even though they think she belongs with someone else. Or, they’re hopeful that something will change in Onyx’s story arc and they’ll be together in a way that’s healthy and fulfilling for both of them.

My thoughts: I will be moving the LGBTQ stories further up in line as a result of this poll. I thought there would be more multi-fandom love, but I can live with this number. Sidebar--2% of respondents want me to stop putting out CMM fics.

I'll just tell you what I'm most curious about: Cat's relationship with N (because helloooo N running the BDSM scene gives me a lot to think about at night ok?), a prequel of Cat and Pinwheel (because if I remember correctly she started being a domme with him? I'm curious how she felt when she started it, right now she's very comfortable with it but how about the first few times?). Finally I really liked Ramen and I was wondering how he would settle in his sub role in future sessions, as for Firetruck I was wondering if his relationship dynamic with Cat would change after the session you wrote about?

I really have enjoyed reading this series, having something that actually portrayed femdom in a way that stuck to femdom rather than the man taking control halfway through.

I think CCM is a fantastic series that really allows female readers to not only be comfortable about different aspects of sex but also explores female empowerment and vulnerability, sometimes within the same chapter, ie. stoplight. I fully believe that this series has unlimited potential either expanding on current characters, new characters and original characters from all walks of life.

I’m so thankful for you and this series for it’s healthy and open portrayals of sex work and bdsm in contrast to the uneducated & borderline abusive depictions popular in the fanfic community. That and the emotional depth you give each character, but especially Cat, is incredible and your obvious dedication to planning definitely pays off.

Very good stories I love how Cat is such a complex character; she's so affectionate and caring herself, albeit all the hardships, and not just part of her Mistress persona. She is very considerate, sweet and not just a bitter bitch that is evil and seek revenge because she's heartbroken and life was difficult. I enjoy that you portray the reality of a scene and the feelings, thoughts and reasons why one seek this kind of play. I think people had a huge misconception for how things are suppose to happen due to "50 shades" series (which I think is kind of sick - personal op. I'm sorry if you like and it offended you. I just think the dom/sub play is all wrong there and the relationship abusive). I just love how you display that Cat is very comfortable and may I say proud of being a sex worker (and she should be. Esp if she enjoys). I really would like a session with her! Hahaha All her clients are complex as well and not just a plain secondary thing to fill the "sex plot" and each have their needs and wants. And the way Cat delivers everything that was agreed without the judgment others would have, it's very satisfying and comforting. I really enjoy the fluidity of your writing and how you managed to imput small but important details that link all the stories and tight all the knots. You make us feel like we're experiencing the play and the feelings; that's a very hard feature to achieve. And with all the different elements and stories, you manage to teach us more about this type of relationship/play and that even if some people find your kink and needs weird, it's not; it's quite normal and not sth to fuss or mock about. Also this makes your stories deeply entertaining and interesting; they're different than the same thing we always read in ff that became old and boring; your writing leaves us wanting for more. You've done an amazing job at creating a unique universe where you not only write really steamy scenes but you also talk about important issues and topics (prostitution, rape, abuse, relationships, kinks) without sacrificing the plot or your characters, which is really complex and an amazingly difficult to do but you pull it off brilliantly! You've also created a strong, independent female character without stripping her of femininity or over toughing her up, which i personally find beautiful and empowering. Plus  I've always just been a huge fan of your writing style! Over all I love what you've done with these characters and no matter what direction you choose to go in you will have my full support =)
