I really do think a lot on Edwin’s very serious declaration of never letting the two of them get separated after Charles shows concern about it in episode 1, and it’s abundantly clear that he’s just as protective of Charles as Charles is of him. However, due to the kinds of situations they ended up in during season 1, Edwin fell a lot more into the role of the one who needed protecting, which is why I really badly want to see Edwin have a moment in season 2 where he protects Charles or saves them from being separated again, through clever words maybe, or his spell books.

I just desperately want some kind of follow through on the ferventness of his “I will never let that happen” because with the conviction of that line, god I believe it, but do I ever really want to see it too

Regarding Cumplane sexual dynamics in my writing...

I'm a bottom SQH/Airplane truther (with the appearance of power bottom!SQH for the need of the more dominant side of the man) so that's going to be a thing for any of my more explicit stories with the man. {Mind you, I do enjoy some top!SQH on occasion but I am most likely never going to write it... And it's not something I like seeing with Cumplane for some reason... Yeah, I'm lost on why that is too...}

It's Shen Yuan's bottom energy that's the problem. The man is barely able to dom someone, stick his dick in? Sure, believable. But he's going to be interested in having something shoved up his ass and the Airplane in my head just laughs at the idea of actually topping someone.

So we will have to resort to toys for Shen Yuan's curiosity. The Power Bottom side of things handles the dominantion problem. Mostly, still have to give SQH some sub time occasionally. So digging into Cucumber-bro's brain for his dominant side... Which can be done but he's pouting at me whenever I poke for answers and scenarios.

On one hand, he wants to tie SQH down and have his way with him. On the other hand, he wants to be directed how to move and when to do something. And~ now I have another explicit Cumplane idea dealing with Shen Yuan's need to turn his hated author into a pile of blissed out goo and the fact he wants the same man to force him to his knees and make him use his mouth 'to show how a woman should be pleasured by her husband if you're so sure he's writing it wrong.' (even if those 'parts' in question are there or not) Right... Into the possible WIP pile...

(Mobei Jun doesn't give me this problem, thankfully. Ideal man fits with the god who made him really easily. So there's that. Thank you sir for making my Svsss smut somewhat easier to write. Even if the curse of plot still haunts me.)

I physically cannot see female Rin Okumura dressing in tight clothes . Like she probably has a pair of booty shorts but other that most of her outfits are long skirts with baggy T-shirts, loose fitting pants with long sleeves, Clothes that Yukio probably grew out of or just doesn't wear anymore. Like this girl walks in the cram school classroom with the only skin that's visible in her face and hands and a uniform that is two sizes too big because the original uniform was "too tight" (it was a one size up from her size)

An Astute Observation | Caleb/Reader

About: A short what if scenario wherein you noticed Caleb didn't get any snacks at all. Who could've thought you catching eye of that would change the outcome of the story?

Pairing: Caleb/Reader

“We’ve been outside for too long. Gran’s going to be worried.”

“You’re doing it again. Go inside by yourself. I’m not your sidekick.” You huffed at Caleb, watching him approach the front door of Grandma’s home. But instead of following him, you paused. “Wait. Did you even get the snacks I asked for?”

“I thought you said you’re grown up now? Get it yourself.”

You pouted. The gall of this man you have as a childhood friend. You were about to retort, the words forming on your tongue like old times, until realization hit you.

“So you were following me this whole time!” You accused him, and he had the guts to look unfazed, merely blinking at your words. You’ve expected him to trail after you, as he has always been protective of you since childhood. But somehow it… hurt, like he didn’t trust that you would be fine on your own.  

Not wanting him to pick up on the conflicting feelings within you, just as he always did with one glance at you, you turned away to hide your face from him, and began to make your trip to the store.

“Hmfph fine! I’ll go get them myself, I don’t need you to help me anyway.”

And just as expected, Caleb grabbed your wrist before you could take another step.

“...Are you really going to walk around with a wound like that? You’re going to hurt yourself like that.”

“Didn’t you say I was a grown up? I can take care of myself–”

The odd tension that hung in the air this entire time suddenly snapped, and instinctively you yanked Caleb backward, shielding him from–

“Hey! Hey pipsqueak! Help is on the way, don’t fall asleep–” “Dammit– Focus on me–”

“She will wake up soon, go and get some rest first.”

“Thank you Zayne.”

Caleb sighed the moment Zayne, or Dr. Zayne now, stepped out of the room. It’s been hours since the blast and while he and you were fortunate enough to have survived the disaster, Grandma… wasn’t. 

He pulled a chair to the side of your bed and sat, observing your sleeping face as he grasped your hand tightly, as if scared you would be out of reach if he were to let go. 

You shielded him from the blast with your own body, thus protecting him from the shockwave and debris that flew out. He remembered cradling you afterwards, trying to keep you conscious to no avail. The emergency response team tried to convince him to get himself checked for injuries while they treated you but he refused, citing that he was fine and he never let you out of his sight until Zayne appeared.

He was forced to get himself looked over after Zayne took her into the emergency ward. And during the medical examination, a question came to the forefront of his mind and stayed there. 

If he had went in as planned, would the little argument he and you had beforehand be the last conversation before he…

And if he did go in… That meant you would be alone. Alone against this world that he was desperately trying to shield you from.

He lowered his head at that thought, bringing your hand to his lips and murmured. 

“You still have me… I will protect you to my dying breath, I swear to it.”
