The Spirit of Gluttony - The Gamer
The spirit of gluttony didn't have far to travel - in a nearby apartment building, the spirit encountered Will. Will was a gamer in his mid 20s. With dirty blond hair, and a nose too large to be considered conventionally attractive, the spirit sensed something of a kindred nature in the man. Will was already working on something of a dad bod, his belly soft and flabby, his arms weak from lack of exercise. Entering the body, the spirit found Will ready for him. Already inclined towards laziness, Will had no real issues with growing fat. The spirit made himself right at home.
Will, seated as his computer, found himself pushed away from the desk as his belly expanded outwards. Will felt his hands caressing the soft fat in a daze, moving on their own. He felt himself rise in his chair as his ass expanded, and he turned to catch a peek at the transformation. His clothes felt like they were strangling him, and his body rose and undid the pants, and he sighed with relief. The buttons on the front of his shirt strained mightily against his growing belly, but pinged one by one off, smacking into the wall above his computer. His belly jiggled on and out with each bursting button.
Will felt that he should have been stunned - that he should have been horrified at what was happening to his body, but he felt himself accepting it. This was right. This was how he was meant to be. The spirit delighted in the space in Will's body. He still didn't fit, but there was time to fix that. He directed Will's body over to the phone, and ordered a couple of pizzas. There was plenty of work to do to make these changes permanent to Will.
Months flew by as the spirit continued to share Will's life. The spirit changed Will's gamertag to "FattyWill" and laughed within himself at the coupled shame and arousal that filled Will's body. Will's family and friends watched in bewilderment at the changes in Will's body and lifestyle, but everyone accepted the new Will. The spirit worked hard to plant new habits in Will, enforcing the man's natural laziness, and making sure that Will got used to always having snacks on hand as he gamed. It was so easy when he could place a recurring order online to have junk food shipped to the apartment.
Will woke one morning - he felt his fat pressing him into his bed, and felt the accustomed~arousal as his body jiggled around him as he fought his way to his feet. Moving into the bathroom, he stripped off his underwear and climbed into the shower. The warm water slicked over the body and he lathered himself well with soap. Feeling the urge to piss, he fumbled against his belly to reach for his dick. He couldn't reach it. There was too much fat in the way. Will felt horror and disgust rising within him - he couldn't even reach his own dick. He slammed off the water and stepped out of the shower, scanning the bathroom for his scale. Why had he ignored the scale all these months? He stepped on, and to his horror and disgust couldn't even see past his own fat to the reading. Grabbing his cell phone, Will was able to snap a picture of the reading from under his belly. 403 pounds. As he stared in horror at the number, the spirit was thrust out of the body, in spite of his efforts to calm Will. Without the spirit in his mind, Will started to cry, even as his dick hardened as he stared at the number on his phone.
The spirit was pleased with Will, and hung around to ensure the man didn't lose his mind. Without the spirit, Will packed on another five pounds, even though he told himself on a daily basis that he would begin to diet the next day. The spirit of gluttony had nothing to worry about with Will. He was going to do plenty of growing on his own - his sense of arousal planted by the spirit was tied to his own fat.

Mountain was going to lose his fucking mind.
He knew Phantom had always been pretty - from the moment he had tumbled out of the summoning circle, he was all pouty lips, angled face, and doe eyes. A little gangly and underfed, sure, but nothing that a little love and home cooked meals couldn’t fix. And he was sweet - Lord Below was he sweet. An adorable nativity paired with a penchant to please that drove Mountain insane with a need to fawn, dote on, and love the little ghoul.
But now that they had gotten back from tour, things had only gotten worse for Mountain. Without the constant exercise of tour and the increase in lovingly prepared rich comfort foods of winter, Phantom had started to grow a little soft around the edges. What once was all prominent bones and sharp edges became gently curvy and cherubic, with softer thighs and arms and an ass that Mountain would love to bury his face in.
But the kicker, the absolute killing blow to Mountain’s sanity, was Phantom’s fucking tummy. Mountain’s day started like normal, with him gently untangling himself from Phantom’s death grip on his body and shuffling to the kitchen to make a cup of tea. “Hey big guy. Sleep alright?”
Mountain grunted in response, holding his cup out to Dew wordlessly.
“Understood,” Dew chuckled, pouring hot water in to Mountain’s teacup. “Phantom keep you up last night?”
“You could say that. Little bug is driving me crazy.” Mountain gently blew on his tea.
“Oh? What did he do now?” Dew leaned back against the counter, sipping his coffee. “More video games? Another documentary?”
“Satan, I wish. It’s just fucking him, Dew, I’m losing my mind. I just want to hold him and never let go.”
Dew laughed again. “Wow Mount, never thought I’d see the day someone made an honest woman out of you. It’s a good look.”
“Who’s making an honest woman out of Mountain?” Phantom’s sleepy voice called from down the hall. “I want to help.”
As Phantom appeared in the doorway, Mountain’s mouth went completely dry. In his bat boxer briefs and bat wing hoodie, Phantom looked good enough to eat. Mountain wanted to mark him, claim him, fuck him, break him, and then put him back together again. He wanted to grab him and steal him back to their room and spend hours eating the poor boy out until he cried. Fuck. Mountain needed to get his shit together.
“Oh, um, hi bug. H-how did you sleep?” Mountain stammered. Phantom chuckled and walked over to him, tucking himself against Mountain’s chest and kicking up a gentle purr.
“Like a rock. Your cuddles and your tea always make me go out like a light.” Phantom nuzzled against Mountain’s neck before pulling away to the cabinet where the tea was kept.
As he stood on his tiptoes to reach his favorite box of tea, his hoodie rode up a little, revealing a sliver of dark purple belly, just sticking out a bit over his boxers. Mountain looked up from his sip of tea, only to spit it out all over Dew, coughing heavily.
“What the fuck, Mount, are you trying to infect me with your earth ghoul cooties? Fuck off with that shit,” Dew yelped. He looked down at himself, now covered with a healthy spray of earl grey. “Ah, shit. Now I have to change my fucking shirt.”
Dew walked out of the kitchen past a sheepish Mountain and a bewildered Phantom, yanking off his shirt as he went.
“You alright there, Mounty? Everything OK?” Phantoms big purple eyes stared up at him, taking his breath away.
Mountain flushed up to his horns. “U-uh yeah, bug. Just choked a little bit. Sorry if I scared you.” Phantom rolled his eyes.
“Just glad you’re not dying, you big dummy. I love you too much to watch you choke to death on leaf water.”
Mountain smiled, tugging Phantom back into his chest. “I love you too, bug. I love you too.”

As their day progressed, Mountain slowly became more sure that Phantom was intentionally trying to drive him insane. The way he’d slowly bend over a laundry basket in front of Mountain and turn around and smile teasingly, the way he’d lift his sweater up over his head and make sure his t-shirt was stuck to it, the way he’d brush up against Mountain when they were working side by side. Mountain was ready to grab the little quint by the scruff of his neck and drag him back to their room to not be seen for at least a few days.
It all came to a head at movie night. The ghouls were all gathered in the common room watching some movie Dew and Aether liked, something with bombs and explosions and good special effects. Something Mountain could ignore for something sweeter. Namely, his lapful of quintessence ghoul.
Phantom was lounging against the earth ghoul’s torso, sitting between his legs. Every few minutes he’d shift ever so slightly, pressing back directly into Mountain’s dick. He stretched backwards, bringing his arms around Mountain’s shoulders and allowing his shirt to ride up as he nuzzled into Mountain’s neck.
Come on Mounty, hold me. I’m so cold.
Mountain could hear Phantom’s voice echoing around his brain.
I know you’ve been staring. Come on, wrap those big arms around me. I can feel you, I can feel you’re hard. I know you want me, Mounty.
Mountain growled slightly into Phantom’s neck.
Don’t start something you can’t finish, little bug. I hope you know what you’re doing.
Phantom only chirped and ground harder back into the earth ghoul. He brought his mouth right up to Mountain’s ear.
“Please, Mounty. Take me back to our room, come on.”
Mountain growled, picking Phantom up and throwing him over his shoulder as Phantom squealed happily. As they walked out of the common room, a there were a few chuckles and groans from various members of the pack, but they mostly ignored the scene happening in front of them.
Once they reached their shared room, Mountain tossed Phantom into the nest, yanking his shirt over his head.
“You fucking tease. Whatever am I to do with you?” He crawled forwards, caging Phantom in on all sides. “Hope you don’t like this shirt too much, bug. You’re not getting it back.”
In one swift motion, Mountain slashed the center of Phantom’s shirt open, revealing his delicate, plush purple skin. Mountain immediately latched onto Phantom’s neck, kissing, sucking and licking his way down the quint’s body until he reached his tummy.
“Fucking harassing me all day, showing this cute little tummy off when you know I can’t handle it. Fucking drives me insane, bug, madness how gorgeous you are. Could stare for hours and never have enough.”
Phantom whined, squirming against the sheets. “Then why don’t yo-hah-do something more than just stare? Please Mounty, I need it. Touch me, please.”
“Oh princess, you’ve had more than enough touches for today. You always get what you want, hmm? It’s time for me to get something back.”
Mountain straddled Phantom’s calf, slowly starting to grind as he shoved his face back into his soft purple tummy.
“Fuck, bug, you’re perfect. Love how soft you are, how soft you’ve gotten. Love that you’re so strong now, so pretty. Such a pretty ghoul.” Mountain gasped, staring to hump Phantom’s leg more aggressively. He brought a hand down to Phantom’s straining cock, slowly beginning to jerk it.
“You drive me crazy, baby, your cute little ass and your fucking thighs, love, wanna cover em with my marks. Wanna make sure everyone knows you’re mine. Wanna - ah! Wanna mate you, mark you, show everyone how much I fucking love you, need you, want you, ah-!”
Mountain finishes with a cry, spilling all over Phantom’s leg. Phantom follows shortly after, enamored with the scene of the earth ghoul falling apart. They lay together, panting, for a minute until Mountain crawls up Phantom’s body to kiss him. A comfortable silence falls over the pair.
“H-hey Mounty? Did you mean what you said? Do you want to be my mate?” Phantom asked nervously, tilting his chin up to look in to the earth ghouls eyes.

Strength & Sensuality: My Workout Plan for Transformation
There’s something intoxicating about discipline—the way it sharpens desire, turns dreams into power. I’ve spent enough time dreaming about the body I want. Now, I sculpt.
Before I begin, a word of caution. This is my journey, my body, my decision. I know where I feel best, where I move with the most ease, where I look in the mirror and feel entirely at home in my skin. Medically, I’m at a healthy weight. But comfort and confidence aren’t measured in charts and numbers. They live in the space between how I feel and what I see. And so, I shape myself accordingly. I am not encouraging anyone else to follow my plan. This is simply what will work for me, my wants, my needs and my desires.
I’ve started my new workout plan, a strategy built not just on effort but on precision. After researching the most effective ways to lose weight, I’ve settled on a blend of cardio and strength training—the perfect combination to burn fat while keeping my body toned and feminine.
Six days a week, I’ll move with intention:
Sunday & Thursday: Burn and Endure. Aerobic walking with HIIT and resistance bands—pushing past limits, sharpening my endurance, letting the intensity take over. These will be my most demanding workouts, the kind that leave you breathless yet craving more.
Monday: Light and Deliberate. A lower-impact day to engage my core and refine my silhouette—a short, light walk to warm up, a standing ab workout to activate my muscles, then a gentle ab workout on the mat to strengthen and define. Movement without strain, but never without purpose.
Tuesday: Power & Precision. Upper body training— starting with a cardio walk infused with arm movements, then moving to resistance bands, and finally weight training. The aim isn’t raw power, but refined definition—sculpting my form, one repetition at a time.
Wednesday: Sensuality in Motion. A dance and flexibility day. Each week I’ll learn two new moves—one from the world of belly dance, another designed for more… decadent settings. Then, a deep stretch session to lengthen and soften my body, keeping it supple and alluring. A siren must be flexible, after all.
Friday: Strength, Feminine & Unyielding. Lower body training—barre-style exercises, weighted movements, and resistance work to shape my legs, thighs, and derriere, tighten my curves, and keep everything firm yet undeniably feminine. Strength isn’t measured by size—it’s defined by control.
Saturday: Rest & Reflection. A day to recover, to let my body breathe, to listen. Progress isn’t just in movement—it’s in awareness. I’ll use this time to assess how I feel, what’s working, and whether any adjustments are needed. Refinement isn’t just about the body—it’s about adaptation, precision, and mastery..
While I’ll be incorporating strength training, my primary goal right now is to lose weight—other goals, such as muscle and stamina building, will come later. For now, I focus on the numbers dropping, the curves refining, the vision coming to life.
Every movement, an offering. Every challenge, a transformation.

To Relax - Part 2
Days turn to weeks turn to months. Ted doesn’t get back in that costume, even when he clearly wants to or when his Justice League friends come to neg him about getting back in the field. He reminds them that he’s retired. That he’ll help with tech or getting folks from point a to point b but firmly insists that he’s not getting back in that costume. Not getting back on the field himself. They don’t need him like that, they’ve got plenty of manpower. He can help patch things up after, patch people up after if need be, but he’s done putting his life on the line. He can help in other ways.
Of course Ted is Ted. He softens his words with humor and self deprecating jokes. He doesn’t want to lose the friends he’s made even if he doesn’t want to fight alongside them anymore. Her husband is much nicer about being pestered about his choices than she’d be in the same situation. But Tracey isn’t known for being nice or even tempered.
The longer time passes the more Ted points out that he’s not in shape anymore and couldn’t fit in his costume anyway. By the time it's actually true and not an exaggeration, most of the hero community stop bothering with trying to get him back into the fold.
Damn near everyone at least. Apparently, Booster Gold just refuses to get the memo, continuing to hold out hope that he can convince Ted to be Blue Beetle again. Tracey almost regrets helping Booster out with getting back on his feet financially after he’d helped her look after Ted when her husband was in that coma after that Doomsday monster cracked open Ted’s skull. Wasted sentimentality that resulted in nothing more than a recurring headache, even if he does make Teddy laugh.
At the very least Booster Gold learned fast enough that she’ll just kick him out of her house or the KORD building even if Teddy doesn’t if he overstays his welcome.

Watching Ted finally relax, body and mind, is probably the best part of his retirement. The way that he’s genuinely happier after the first few weeks. The way he’s quicker to laugh and play and act a bit more his age. How he’s got more energy and time to spend that energy. He doesn’t wake in the middle of the night jolting from bed due to nightmares as often.
Between the slow metabolism, big appetite, and cutting out the more intense parts of his daily exercise routine Ted gets soft as he relaxes. Tracey’s seen it before in college, after she convinced Ted to stop smoking, the way in which Ted’s body blossoms with good care and good food. His muscles lose visible definition as fat builds under his skin. Tracey can tell that they’re still there, still strong as her husband gets fluffier. He gets a good even layer of chub on his whole body making him look thicker and sturdier. Then his belly starts pooching outwards and keeps going until it’s a proper gut.
Ted looks cute like this, her teddy bear. Soft, hairy, and more than strong enough to lift and carry both her and Murray from the threshold to the bedroom without breaking a sweat. Plenty of soft skin for her and their thirds to nibble and kiss and caress.
A childhood of intense bullying left Ted unable to accept her words that he looks good, handsome, sexy even. The tabloids don’t help running stories with pictures taken at unflattering angles of the young billionaire letting himself go and running rampant speculation as to why. Nor are Ted’s ex-heroing colleges that much better. Ted might laugh along with their cracks about his weight but she knows it gets to him.
So she lets him know that his body is beautiful in her actions instead. Tracey showers him with physical affection. Holding hands and kissing in public. Giving attention to every part of him when they’re being intimate. Wrapping her arm around his soft waist in challenge to anyone who gets the bright idea to ask why a woman like her is with a guy like him. Shooting biting words at any jerks who are bold enough to insult him in her presence. She’d give them her fists too if Ted would let her, but nooo they have to worry about lawsuits.

Two years after Ted’s retirement, Tracey hums with a paper tray of coffee for Ted and hot sweetened tea for herself in her hand as she comes back to the lab to find her husband half crawled onto the blueprint table as he worked. He’s fully absorbed in his work, not noticing how his shirt has managed to untuck itself and ride up as he’s gone back and forth across the table working on the design of the rent free apartment complex he plans to dedicate in Professor Garrett’s name to help mitigate Hub City’s homelessness issue. The drooping edge of his gut alternates between getting squished against the top of his thigh or plopping against the table depending on his position as he moves.

Through some magical means, your body always was given the exact perfect amount of calories and nutrients.
Sounds pretty good, right? Except... what happens when you do eat? After all, humans don't just eat to survive. It's a social event- beers out with your friends, a cookie offered to you at work, holidays with your family.
Since your body is already perfectly nourished, there's only really one place for those calories to go.

Maybe you don't realize it at first and keep eating normally. But "normally" for everyone else is "2000 calories extra" for you. That would be at least 3 pounds of fat in just a week.
