After 20+ years of my life playing and collecting videogames, I've reached another milestone with 700 physical games!!!!

Some of them aren't in my hands quite yet, but preorders count in my eyes.

Oh, wow, you decided to keep reading? Well, I figure I can use this opportunity to ramble about some neat oddities within my collection because I'm very annoying proud with my hyperfixations.

I have two Google Spreadsheets that have these games neatly averaged about by their Average Critic Scores based on their release year and console they belong to. Statistically speaking, 2018 is the best year in gaming (86.666 avg), while 2007 is considered the worst year (68.833 avg).

The best console is the SNES (84.481 avg), with the Game Gear in last (73.300 avg).

158 of my games came out before I was born. Castlevania 64 is game closest to my birthday. Personally, I think Castlevania 64 is a really good game and the hate it gets on the Internet is undeserved. You should play it sometime!

You may notice a few games that look to be repeats. I assure you, they're not. These would be different console versions of these games. Yes, I do have all eight version of Chamber of Secrets, including the macOS version. I hate Joanne (and she hates me), but these are decent Zelda clones.

I only have one game in this collection that's an import, and that is Sonic the Hedgehog for the Sega Master System. Being the last Master System game in the US, SEGA just decided to use their European stock of the game for the US release and slapped an American UPC sticker over top the European one. Literally nothing else is different, except an authentic US box goes for nearly $1,000. I'll make an exception here.

Over half of my collection has been procured in less than two years! I started tracking my collection in August 2022, when my total was 332 games. A lot of time and money has passed, but here we are!

There are six romance options available to a female player character, two men and four women. Two pairs of these characters, Octavia and Regongar, and Kalikke and Kanera, can be romanced at the same time or separately. Kalikke and Kanera are sisters who are willing to share a lover, but Octavia and Regongar are a pre-existing couple. If the player romances either Octavia or Regongar alone, they will break up with eachother.

There is an additional romancable male character added by the Varnhold's Lot DLC, but the playable character of the DLC is not the same as the one in the main story.

The game follows the mechanics of the Pathfinder tabletop game, and as such each character has their own moral alignment, and in some cases a patron diety. Having the same alignment or diety will open up unique dialogue with your love interest in certain cases. The game has multiple endings, and some choices the player makes may result in a bad ending for certain characters.

There is a decent amount of reactivity towards a female player in which her gender is acknowleged, but there are a small few scenes, mostly with Octavia, where the narrative clearly expects the player to have chosen a male character.

En julio de 2018, Avelina Lésper publicó en su blog una fotografía en la que posaba junto a un grafiti ubicado en la calle 4 Poniente esquina con Periférico Sur, cercano a la Sala Ollin Yoliztli en la Ciudad de México;​ en este se podía leer la frase «¡Avelina Lésper, Me la Pelas!». A partir de dicha situación, la crítica convocó a los autores del grafiti a mantener un diálogo sobre lo que implican estas intervenciones y en qué sustentan su valor artístico, así como por qué deberían permanecer en las calles de la ciudad. El debate fue convocado para el sábado 4 de agosto en el Museo de la Ciudad de México​

Durante las intervenciones de Lésper se escucharon silbidos y reclamos por parte del público. Al finalizar el evento, y una vez fuera del museo, la crítica fue interceptada por una persona que la agredió golpeándola con un pastel en el rostro.​

El 8 de febrero de 2020 provocó la accidental destrucción de la obra Nimble and Sinister Tricks (To be Preserved with Out Scandal and Corruption) del artista Gabriel Rico, exhibida en el stand de la Galería OMR de la 17 edición de Zona Maco que se realiza en Centro Citibanamex de la Ciudad de México.​ Ella declaró que se trató de un accidente que sucedió al intentar colocar sobre la obra una lata de refresco en la pieza.​ La Galería OMR señaló que no tomaría acciones legales en contra de Lésper.
