trying very hard to not feel like a cringefail loser but how am I meant to write bisexual blue when there are literally zero canon girl characters blue’s age. I feel like I need to beat myself with a hammer. I’m having a great time but I need to be put down. I’m loving this and also I should never be allowed to write ever again.

ok look no matter what, i think ill always be obsessed with dl-6. i know, its kinda overused at this point, but the whole thing is so amazing

like,, miles obviously didn’t know he was innocent, but gregory didnt either. when they channeled him he said it was the bailiff (forgot his name srry) even though there was no proof, because he wanted to protect his son. and the result of a child convinced he is guilty for the death of his dad, who even after death tried to find a way to reassure him he was innocent??? just- the concept of this relationship is fascinating, and honestly has so much potential.

and then you add von karma, and the fact he was not only the murderer of the father but the adopter of the son??? just makes everything gets better (worse)

dl-6 will forever live in my head and in my heart bcs the overwhelming guilt at least two of the three must have felt!! (depends on your headcannons about manfred ofc, maybe he was slightly guilty or smth) the psychological impact and the aftermath of it? amazing. maybe its not perfectly written, nothing is, but its fascinating and makes me want to dissect all three’s brains to see the effects this would have caused.

i never finished this series but i’ve been rewatching from the beginning and am hoping to finish it this time bc it’s so much fun and so chaotic. it’s probably not as well known since it’s on clare’s streaming channel, so i’m not sure how this post will do lmaoo, but i knew i had to at least make some simple fanart as it’s definitely one of my favs of clare’s series (i just love occult sims sm ok loll). i love how shamelessly dark it is and how many twists and turns the story took (most not even planned by clare lmao). the characters are so fun to interpret in my style !! pls click on image to see details better

Watched Wendy Rocket's very good Franmaya vid and am now filled with Franmaya ideas. Dunno if I can write these, so I am offering them out here.

Franmaya taking care of Trucy together and being mistaken for a couple. Can either get them flustered so they confess or make them laugh because they are a couple, they should HOPE they look like one!

Franmaya double date with Kay and Ema. Franziska and Ema can talk prosecutors until they run into awkward, Kay and Maya can get close to throwing hands until they vibe and unite over singing Franziska's praises, Ema and Maya can bond over being the weird girl and talk about the times they've been involved in murders. Kay can join in on that one as well!

Franmaya wingmanning for the baby gays, Athena and Juniper. After Lily died, Lou could barely handle Cole right?

So what if Lily had been babysitting Kai and Nya when Ray and Maya were kidnapped? She’s a doer, so I can see her trying to solve their disappearance herself (especially if she couldn’t track down Wu, Libber, or ice dude) and keeping her friends’ kids.

Then of course she dies, and suddenly Lou has not only Cole but also Kai and Nya who had to have been wild kids.

Something something Wu ends up with Cole and Kai right off the bat and Nya thinks they’ve been kidnapped… the fury that is Nya when they go back for the fangblade in the cup and she discovers they’ve been off playing ninja without her…

I’m glad you liked them 😭💖 tbh, Maya was a total extra character that wouldn’t appear for a long, LONG time, but I decided she’s gonna accompany Ethan cuz she’s too cool to just disappear🤙🏽 (and now I’m dying to rethink the whole story omg send help)

Hmmm I dunno what to say about Ethan without spoiling but, geez, he’s hard to write. His description is apparently simple: shy, insecure guy who wants to be loved. Simple. SO SIMPLE THAT IS HARD TO MAKE HIM LOOK LIKE A PROTAGONIST. He was made to be a normal guy amidst the weirdos, but because of this, it’s troublesome to highlight his own characteristics. Like, everything is related to somebody else, the drama is because of someone else… he doesn’t have any “active” decisions, and it’s annoying me 😭😭

I hope he gets to improve and realize he is not a spectator of his own life. He needs to act by himself, to do what he wants, and stop living for others. MOVE, BOY!

(Secretly this is an advice for myself lol)

In the fiery nation of war that has now achieved peace, the audience from across Neo-Teyvat and from other worlds has gathered to witness the first-ever tournament of the new era.

"Ladies and gentlemen! Also, those in between and those that aren't. We're about to witness the first match of the Neo-Teyvat Fighting Tournament! Are we ready, everyone?"

And the crowd cheered, excited for this particular match.

"For our fighters in this match, I bet you have already known one of them for a long while. She has traveled across Teyvat and achieved many titles. Mondstadt's Honorary Knight of Favonius, The Hero of All Nations, Watatsumi Island's Swordfish II Captain, the one with the Ancient Name 'Tumaini'... oh boy, the list goes on!

Finally, we will see her fight on stage. Now, let's give it up for... Maya the Traveler!"

At the side of the stage...

"Ooooh! Sounds like everyone is excited to see you there, Maya. Don't worry. Paimon will also cheer for you," the floating faerie reassured as she gave her partner a thumbs up.

"Thanks, Paimon. Though I gotta say it's kinda odd that they didn't tell us who I'll be fighting first. I guess I'll find that out when I step in there." Either way, Maya returned the same gesture to Paimon as she walked onto the stage, hearing the audience cheering for her and shouting her name.

Back to the stage...

"Here she is! One of our heroes! This is getting heat from the crowd already.

Speaking of heat, looks like our Traveler's opponent is also an Outworlder. What are the odds? Among those who came to save us from the Grimm, many have seen him slay his foes with his burning blade. Oh, that's as hot as the sun, too!

Now, prepare for this match to be set ablaze! Here's Kamado Tanjiro!"

"Wait, what?!" It sounds like Maya knew that person, which was confirmed when her opponent showed up.

"H-Hello, Miss Maya. To be honest, I am also surprised I'll be fighting you here."

"I'm more surprised that you're here as a fighter." She was tempted to ask the reason, but she thought it'd be better to ask that later, after the match.

"Looks like our fighters are already acquainted. Are we ready now?"

"I'm ready. I hope you don't mind, Miss Maya."

"It's not like we're gonna kill each other here anyway. Whoever loses will treat the winner later."

Both of them raised their swords as they prepared themselves for the match to start.

"Ohoho! I can feel their fighting spirits already! Which of our Outwolders will win? We shall find out here.

Now, let the battle... BEGIN!"

[BGM: Game Changer · Ikoliks]

As the fight started, Maya rushed to the side and used the power of Geo as she slammed her palm on the ground, creating a wall of Geo shards that trailed their way towards her opponent.

"...!" When the Traveler made her first move, the Sun Breather took a few steps back as he took a deep breath to execute a counterattack.

"Hinokami Kagura... Enbu!" As his sword was engulfed in flames, he performed multiple vertical slashes at the Geo shards erected from the ground.

As he was about to reach Maya, she was no longer in that same spot. Tracking her scent, she was... above him!

"Hy-dropping in!" Switching her element to Hydro, the Traveler threw a couple of bombs of the same element, which would normally inflict great damage when they exploded upon contact. The follow-up attack was so fast, it didn't give Tanjiro enough time to evade them.

"Hinokami Kagura: Retsujitsu Kōkyō!" In his immediate reaction, he attempted to parry those Hydro bombs with 2 consecutive slashes. With his blade in flames, the bombs evaporated within seconds as they nearly exploded.

Landing on the ground with both feet and a hand, Maya rushes towards him. As she got close enough, she went on executing 2 sword slashes.

Before either of them could land a hit on him, Tanjiro stepped back, avoiding the first swing. The second swing was blocked by his sword.

"Holy Valberries! The Traveler is on full offense! Yet looks like our young samurai also keeps his flames up. Oh boy! He might even compete with the Pyro Archon with that kind of heat.

Will his burning blade lead him to victory? Or will he be beaten by the Traveler's multiple elements?"
