New Intro 3.0

We have been putting this off for a long while now but now its time to do this, and simply to say, we are a plural system that uses the collective name of "The Whirl Production House", Ava, or Whirl, and if you know us you know there is a tendency for us to be quite nerdy or atleast a collection of dorks obessed with more artistic endeavors. Also before you look, to note is that we do have commissions, and before the link tree here is the comms sheet and feel free to message me if you want to possible support a disabled Transwoman

And beyond this it should be noted we are mostly a grouping of differing levels of otherkin sort of deals ranging between those of us who are fictives to those who are kins with very little shifting beyond that if at all. Mentioning that we should probably shift into introductions of individual members of our collective. I will say individual members because we are more so at the multiple end of the plural spectrum of things where its kinda easy to tell there are several of us up here, without bleed-through unless we are feeling blendy/foggy on who is fronting.

Also something to note, we gernally do not fall into Plural related labels and are still early in the processes of System stuff even though its been a few months since syscovery. Part of the reason is because the only ones of us that care about assigning labels feel we do not know enough to label everything, only using labels we do have an idea of working as apart of our system. Will those labels be disclosed? Not in this post atleast.

A Quick Rundown

We are the Whirl Production House system or Whirlproductions, a system to which is still figuring shit out who has an open mind to things so to get syscourse out of the way we are Pro Endo. I will say I am not afraid of blocking people as we generally do not care what you think but if you are annoying there is a way to make you shut up on our feed or notifs. Beyond that we generally face things with caution and are still learning about many things, we have a few ideas on who is what kind of roles but I will not share them and for origins I will say its either unknown or a mixture of several probably, with stress being a detriment at times and is part of the reason why we are not out publically about the Trans stuff alone IRL. We stress easily and have chronic illness (Some form of lung related thing as well as Fatigue) so if we are slow on the uptick please keep that in mind.

Members who will not be given great detail

This section is mainly here because of system members who have either been identified or appeared once and haven't been active at really all and we do not know if they are apart of our system still or if their existence is confirmed outside of small blips:

Duana - Moth monstergirl who kinda was the main one angry at everything and was the host for a bit before Sylvia and Lucinda took the reigns, was noted as a member pre-syscovery by those who knew the system was a thing sort of passively back then and she hasn't reappeared in a long time.

Aria - Robot girl who appeared once for like half a day before disappearing into the ether of our brain, do not know if she was a fragment with more of a sense of self or if she is a headmate but she is logged on our SimplyPlural

Clémente Dearworth - Yaelokre Fictive, who appeared in our system very recently and is a middle

Nicole Demara - ZZZ Fictive, who also appeared in our system very recently. And is active, this may get updated again to add her to the main list of things. 🩷

??? - A third pressence of recent editions is known but is unknown.

Questioning on if they are Kins or Members of our System

Mentzelia Laev (OC), its less so feeling like we get too into the mindset of the character, its generally an aspect closer to Clemmie where I feel there is a potential Kin but its more further back, or maybe being someone who is currently not active in the system. Either way Bug Lady had a specific sense of self that has not changed much and would explain the like autumn we were obsessed with blacksmithing and medieval weapons.

Lethica Nightborne (Legends of Avantris, Edge of Midnight), This one is more of a situation where I do not know but suspect she could potentially be like one my brain has picked up upon in a similar sense to Avarstia, Ceroba, and Dendro, a character who is more of a comforting pressence than similar tracks of trauma.

Vash the Stampede (Trigun), this one I think is or will be a kin, I do not see the aspect of them as a headmate being likely given the difference in thoughts but I feel atleast someone in our system will be a kin of Vash... Just has those vibes.

Falin or Marcille (Dungeon Meshi), Again I feel its more of a kin but its somewhere as it was a moment months ago admist the whole identity crisis of syscovery, that I ended up going on a spree and you can check my Tumblr back in April to see it, we were still figuring things out so I have no clue who it would have been. Either way, I feel it may come back again when Dungeon Meshi season 2 drops given the more laxed nature of it all atm.

Burnice White (Zenless Zone Zero), a new one and is the first documented adition. There has been a back and forth between her being a kin or the budding of a headmate, but either way, one tie to Lucinda.

In other words do not be surprised if we update this post to mention them beyond this section, whether as a offhanded mention of a Kin or as apart of our system full on. This section may be updated or maybe not I will say though.

I got in a vicious fight with someone over communication issues and they said I was tone policing when asking for tone tags. (bitch I was just confused)

A few of my posts have been popular in endo spaces, so it's whiplash every time I see the notifications.

I've rarely actually had an altercation with an endo, but I have a feeling that a friend's girlfriend made me block them because I am anti-endo and they're toxic as fuck.

Syscourse blogs are the ones circulating the most drama. If you've ever thought "what the fuck" in terms of sysblr drama, it's syscourse blogs getting into spats. Most of us just eat popcorn and watch for the tea. So if you ever want to be free, never use the tag ever again. All the drama is relatively contained around the same 15-20 people.

I don't have too many tales. Bad memory and all.

Help what the fuck is tone policing

So I saw a doc going around accusing me of being a dangerous person. Which, cool! I've been trying to get anti-endos to see me as a threat and I only see this as being helpful to that end.

Just because you tell people to not interact with someone you're accusing of being dangerous doesn't mean they'll actually listen. I view the notoriety as a positive.

That said, I started reading and it feels like it's largely a lot of nothing. Frankly, I'm pretty disappointed.

Before I get into that...

I barely know who you are, and had no idea you were writing this document. And even if I did, how would I know the specific contents of it to try to "soften the blow?"

That makes no sense!

But I actually wanted to cover their first piece of evidence, because wow! There is really, so much nothing there!

Let me try to summarize this incident because this gets a bit hard to follow.

The inciting incident

On December 5th, 2022, (according the doc, I don't have the date memorized) I responded to a post from a blog, referenced above as Halex...

After this, SAS (on the JustAnotherSyscourse blog) responded to my post.

Meanwhile, Halex also told me to stop interacting with their posts.

So rather than respond any further to them in that thread, since I still wanted to continue the argument with SAS, I screenshotted SAS's reblog of my own post, and then just made a public response to that and that alone. A response that has no link to Halex, didn't show their name, and would not appear in their notifications.

It is not, in any way, shape or form, interacting the them.

At this point, Halex blew up at me and told me to "get out of their reblogs" as if they somehow own the reblogs of their posts.

Now, if you're smart and know anything about how Tumblr works, you would probably realize that getting that screenshot did not require me to go onto Halex's blog. I get the notification in my inbox that SAS replied to me (on the JustAnotherSyscourse blog), I click on that notification. I then screenshot only the parts posted by SAS.

In all of this...

When did I ever interact with Halex's post or blog after they told me not to?

I respect their boundary and didn't interact with them in this case. But telling me not to interact with SAS is a stupid boundary they don't get to make.

The "Block Evasion"

There seem to be three claims of me "block evading."

The first is the ridiculous one above where they seemed to think me screenshotting SAS was somehow interacting with them. I shouldn't need to go into how stupid that is again. (I can't even remember if I was blocked at that point by them. I don't think I was, but it's beside the point because I wasn't interacting with them.)

The second involved screenshotting their syscourse blog ("Oops") months later which had a "Sophie DNI" banner on it.

I saw the posts I screenshotted in the public tags because this systems was, in fact, really bad at blocking.

While I was blocked on the Halex blog, I was not on the the Oops blog. Even quotes in the document admits this:

And as far as I'm aware, there wasn't even anything linking the Oops blog to the Halex blog, so even if I knew that I was blocked on the Halex blog, I wouldn't have connected them at the time. I just saw them as separate blogs ran by completely separate people.

As far as I recall, I haven't interacted with this blog or screenshotted it since they actually blocked me.

The third accusation of block evading was this...

Where I reblogged a post from Cambrian that happened to be replying to their third blog.

Again, Tumblr doesn't allow you to reblog someone who you're blocked by. I couldn't view their blog to reblog from them directly, nor could I reblog a post if they were the OP. Cambrian, a system I follow, made a post. This system argued with them. Cambrian responded. And I reblogged Cambrian's response, in a post Cambrian was the OP of. Which I saw on Cambrian's blog. That I follow.

So to recap, the so-called "block evasion" was...

Screenshotting someone who was not the person who had me blocked. (If I was actually blocked at the time.)

Screenshotting someone's blog posting a banner with my name and avatar on it, which ALSO DIDN'T HAVE ME BLOCKED ON THAT BLOG!

Reblogging a mutual who I follow who happened to be talking to someone who had blocked me.

The last, I'll admit, is at least a bit of a gray area. But "you can't reblog posts from your mutuals if I'm talking to them" still feels like a pretty silly boundary to me.

So this whole part below... it's nonsense.

Yeah, of course I'm not going to respect a Sophie DNI banner.

It's a joke.

I don't care if they're upset or distressed. They could have just learned how to actually block people if it bothers them that much. Putting a target on someone by name with a banner you attach to all your posts isn't a "basic boundary."

Absolutely nothing about this is standard!

In my years on Tumblr, both before and after that incident, I've never seen anyone else make a "[specific person] DNI" banner with their name and avatar.

This isn't commonplace. Absolutely nobody does this.

And it was even more hilarious when I found out that this happened over an incident where they decided me interacting with someone else was breaking their boundaries.

Can we just talk about the hypocrisy for a moment?

So according to them, screenshotting SAS was somehow block evading Halex. Screenshotting OOPS was block evading them despite the fact that THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE ME BLOCKED ON THAT BLOG. Reblogging Cambrian was also block evading

All of these things, they'll pretend are block evading.

But again, all these boundaries are being treated as one-way.

The user who compiled this doc, who I won't name, has me blocked. But apparently sees no issue with going through my posts to compile a massive callout document about me.

Maybe their logic is that their own actions don't count because they blocked me instead of the other way around, but something tells me that if I had blocked them, it probably wouldn't stop them from mentioning me and screenshotting my posts.

I'm probably not done with this yet. There are so many terrible arguments and so much misinformation in that doc that I can mock and mine it for content for ages. But this is good for now.

a certain someone is claiming you are embodying sexist stereotypes, like "arguing with people" and "being nagging" or something. when half the time you're literally just standing up for what you think is right, and pointing out when sysmeds are being stupid? like that just sounds like internalized transphobia and sexism from them, because they're like "sophie is all these NEGATIVE traits of women that are STEREOTYPES" when... i don't see those traits in you? at all? and neither do many people?

Gotta agree on the transphobia and sexism point. Isn't trans women being too stereotypical and therefore sexist a super common TERF talking point?

There is really a lot I could say about this!

For one, I feel like "arguing with people" being a stereotype of women exists because men like asserting authority over women and bossing them around, and then get mad when women don't go along with it. My take is that women are stereotyped as "argumentative" by misogynists who expect women to shut up and do whatever they're told. Often, women who are called argumentative are standing up for themselves or their loved ones, and certain men don't like women who do that.

The stereotype doesn't seem true at all to real life. And especially not on the internet, where there's lots of arguing on male-dominant spaces. Look at Reddit! Look at the Youtube comments under a Star Wars video!

Second, calling what I do "nagging" just feels like intentionally using language with a sexist connotation for something it really doesn't even apply to.

I will publicly vent or complain about certain things or people. But nagging? I would think of nagging as a type of persistent interaction. Constantly @'ing somebody to show up in their notifications, for example. That's not really my style though. I'll post about people publicly. They can respond if they see fit. But I'm not typically going to "nag" someone.

Also, I generally think nagging is done to get people to take a certain action. Kind of like what harassers involved in the "Michaverse" stuff a while back did to their target, constantly @'ing them to show up in their notifications under the pretense of getting them to give a better apology.

The callout posts I make calling out harmful actions aren't talking to the person. They aren't trying to convince that person to change their behavior.

Finally, I will admit that there's times I question how much of me could be based on stereotypes. An idea of a woman made in the brain of a man... But being argumentative??? That's actually a trait I happen to share with Ghost. He just doesn't care about syscourse with his arguments. 🤷‍♀️

TL;DR: That post is wrong about me, is using sexist language towards me where it doesn't even apply, and is echoing extremely harmful transphobic talking points. Put even shorter: It's terrible and gross!

There was one more smear post that's been spread around that I need to address.

The first two points of this post aren't really that relevant. One is being mad at me for identifying as a tulpa and defending myself.

Another accuses me of spreading misinformation which is too vague to even bother arguing since people can call anything they disagree with misinformation.

Pretty usual stuff.

The third point though...

If anyone has seen this and would like further context for this supposed harassment campaign, here are the details.

(Assuming this isn't someone else who I don't know about.)

There was a system who started making posts making various attack posts about me, I think around last February. These posts ranged from callout posts accusing me of being transphobic or racist or dangerous to reblogging sysmeds who were arguing against my posts, including one that this system tagged by telling me to get banned.

All in all, when I counted at the time, I think my name was mentioned on their syscourse blog over 80 times in about six months. (CTRL+F is nice.)

This wasn't even including vagues. These are just mentions of my name.

During all of these callout posts and personal attacks, do you know what I did?

Nothing.

I ignored them.

When they reached out to try to talk to me to convince me to change my evil ways after that... I ignored them more, because I'm frankly not interested in hearing someone out who spent months attacking me personally and telling me to get banned.

Then I blocked them.

They, upset by this, made a callout post on their positivity blog telling their followers to block me. Then reblogged that to bump it several times. (I may be wrong about the timeline here. Maybe this came before me blocking them, while I was just still ignoring them. I can't remember exactly.)

As of that time, they had posted attack after attack after attack against me. I hadn't interacted with them or said anything bad about them directly at all, or so much as mentioned their names.

...

The so-called "harassment campaign" was me making, I don't know, maybe 4 or 5 posts in total (including responding to anons who asked about it) after a pro tulpa user they @'d was temporarily banned following a callout post they made that @'d that user... a user who had them blocked at the time.

They took issue with me calling their attacks against that user attacks, and falsely said I accused them of reporting the banned user user. (In reality, I was clear that I didn't know if they were responsible and didn't want to accuse them of falsely reporting, but I do hold them responsible in that the ban likely was triggered by them @'ing the other blog in an attack post. A blog which they knew had them blocked.)

I also said that I didn't understand why someone would tag an account that had them blocked unless they were intending to point harassers in the direction of potential victims.

I can't for the life of me understand why they felt the need to tag an account that had them blocked. Generally, the point of tagging an account is to send them a notification to let them know they were mentioned. But that doesn't happen if you're blocked. In fact, not receiving notifications from users is kind of the main point of blocking. So... what was the reason for tagging the blog that they were blocked by other than putting an easier target on their back so any potential harassers would be within one click of the blog? Because I can't think of a single one.

In that user's subsequent response to this, after reading this and hearing me explain why you shouldn't tag users who have you blocked, they tag me and link to my posts, while fully knowing I blocked them. Which at least feels to me like an intentional and malicious decision.

Me: There's no reason to tag someone who has you blocked except to send harassers at them. Person I have blocked: Everyone, look what @sophieinwonderland said about me!

I also didn't "send my followers after them." I did end up mentioning their names (again, after literal months of them talking about me on their blog by name). But I didn't tell people to go harass them. Nor did I link directly to their posts or blog.

The Harassment Campaign

So, who was harassing who here?

If me making a small handful of posts that mention someone's blog name is harassment, what are the dozens of time my name was mentioned on theirs in posts attacking me?

What are the callout posts about me?

Or going beyond this user, the entire #Sophiecourse tag???

I don't care to rehash old drama, nor do I care about the particular user. It's water under the bridge, and I barely even think about that incident or them anymore. I actually genuinely hope they're doing well.

But I do need to comment on the sheer hypocrisy of the OP and anyone buying into this narrative that a few mentions of someone who made multiple callout posts about me by name, called me dangerous and transphobic and told me to get banned, is somehow me harassing them.

The sheer cognitive hypocrisy of the OP is wild.

And this also applies to their own post too.

If saying a couple negative things about someone is harassment...

I genuinely wonder how they would feel if I had that person's name in my pinned, making sure negativity about that user is the first thing anyone who clicks on my blog will see, telling everyone who follows that individual to not interact, while making lists of reasons I don't like them.

I genuinely don't care if certain people hate me. I don't care if people want to say bad things about me. I expect it, in fact. Anything you say that goes against societal norms will cause controversy. I'm not here to please everyone.

But at least grow up and stop being hypocrites about it.

I'm sick of the double standards on display, where attacking me is normalized and encouraged, and if I say anything about someone, even someone who attacked me first, they claim I'm harassing them.

The problem is that it really could have been anyone.

When I said "attacking," I'm referring to the fact that this happened shortly after an argument with Kipandkandi hurling accusations of racism at them. Could they have falsely reported @eeveecraft? Maybe.

Not long ago, they reblogged a post I made that called out SAS's hypocrisy on posting screenshots of Tumblr posts, and tagged it with "#sophie get banned challenge." So would they be willing to report someone who said something they didn't like, even if it didn't violate any rules? I think so. But just because it's something they'd be willing to do doesn't mean it's something they did.

And speaking of SAS, they were another system who reblogged the post attacking Eeveecraft. And back when my account was wrongfully banned and then reviewed and brought back for the first time last year, SAS reblogged a post suggesting they needed to "try harder" to get me banned again.

My account ended up banned the next day for a second time after more mass reporting. (These two consecutive wrongful bans are why I was whitelisted by Tumblr when I appealed again.)

Additionally, both are members of the Survivor's Network, a Discord Server that has a habit of discussing Tumblr syscourse in their syscourse channel, along with being responsible for other toxic and bullying behavior. (There was also another system who mods the Survivor's Network who reblogged that post on two separate blogs of theirs too. And I think SAS is a mod themselves.) If Eeveecraft's posts made it to that server, it's really anyone's guess as to what went down and who could have been responsible.

It's so hard to guess because any number of individuals in this group alone are morally bankrupt enough to have been in on something like this.

I don't know who actually sent the false reports but I do know that it wouldn't have happened were it not for the amping up of anti-tulpa rhetoric over the past week. And especially the post that tagged Eeveecraft while accusing them of spreading "incredibly racist ideas," which any number of users may have seen as a justification for reporting them for hate speech. (Just for the record, no, using words with foreign etymologies is not hatespeech.)

And... I do find it rather distasteful to directly tag a user's account that has you blocked as Kipandkandi did.

While we're not your biggest fans by any means and do feel bad for what happened with kipandkandi it really feels like they dug their own grave there.

If they had trauma from slander perhaps they shouldn't have went on a hate campaign against your blog for ages to the point of spamming their positivity blog with it for a week. It feels hypocritical at best and outright two faced at worst.

We hope they recover well, but if they can't handle what they themselves serve they probably shouldn't be interacting with a space as inherently toxic and agressive as syscourse, especially when they did worse.

I really wouldn't be cavalier with phrasing of "dug their own grave" right now.

But, yeah... I feel the same sentiment.

Everything about their posts on this are just filled with hypocrisy and projection.

Warning: what's about to follow is a very angry vent.

They accuse me of having a "vendetta" against their alters. I've literally only talked about them a few times over the past few days due to everything happening. Meanwhile, my name has been continuously mentioned on their syscourse blog since the start of the year.

They accuse me of talking about them behind their back. I was blocked during the entire period they attacked me since around, I think, April to July 17th when they unblocked me to try to get me to read their document. They tried again on July 18th. And I blocked them right after.

They accuse me of block-evading, but their whole defense of why they @'d Eeveecraft is because they claim that they thought tagging them would still send the message to the account that blocked them.

This also means, by extension, that when they @'d me in May with a post calling me bigoted and transphobic, they intended for that post to be sent to my notifications despite having me blocked at the time.

They also said that they plan on remaking their post on their main because Eeveecraft doesn't have them blocked there... which... is still block evading. If somebody blocks you on one account, don't try to contact them on another.

They consider me mentioning them a few times without tagging them block evasion. Which... I genuinely don't think is true. Blocks aren't gag orders. As long as you aren't encouraging harassment or trying to contact a user, I don't think there's a rule against talking about people. But if it was block evasion, then they've clearly done much worse between both their syscourse blog and the positivity blog. (And for that matter, I think most of their friend group has made posts about me by name while having me blocked.)

And as I said in the other post, @'ing somebody you have blocked is bad because it links potential harassers directly to the blog of the other person. Don't @ them.

And immediately after reading my post explaining that @'ing doesn't send notifications to the blocked users and that all it does is make it easier for harassers to get to them, they @ my blog and link to two of my posts "for transparency". Which since they read and comprehended my previous post, I can only possibly interpret the @'ing as them trying to get me harassed.

There's no other explanation, is there?

It's the only possible reason to do that after it's explicitly explained that there's no other advantage to @'ing blocked accounts.

After calling me an asshole, a proud racist, a transphobe, a zoophilia supporter, a bigot, telling me to get banned, and so much else on their blogs... I legitimately believe them when they say I hurt them. Because their continuous, almost-obsessive attacks felt very personal for some reason. But like you, I feel that if getting a tiny fraction of what they dished out back caused them this much distress, they really should have stepped away a long time ago for their own health.

I sincerely hope that they can find healthier coping mechanisms. And, for the love of the gods, stop tagging people who have them blocked!

Also, this should go without saying, but please don't send hate to them. Don't harass them. Don't engage with them. I'm angry at the repeated smears and am expressing that, but the last thing I'd want is for anymore harm to come to them.
